Hotel staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. Food was also excellent

They have a long long way to go before they can call themselves hoteliers.The shower room was a disaster. The TV was not working properly. The toilet flush would not fill again once you have flushed. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very very basic cooking

Probably the best hotel in Nish, except for the location which is not close to the city centre and is hard to find.

Awesome Hotel, breakfast is very good, with meat, vegetables and sweets, very nutritious. Big, clean rooms. Workers are very helpful.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours early prior to my check-in time. The staff offered to hold my luggage in a locked secure room behind the check-in desk. I received my luggage when I check-in, nothing was missing, all secure. The free breakfast was fantastic, with lots of food to choose from. The dining area is clean and roomy to hold many customers.

The room is very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, in the core city area. The King's Square is less than 100 meters away. The castle and the pedestrian street are all in this area. The front desk service attitude is very good. The hotel parking lot is charged, and parking on the side street is free.

The room is spacious and has two beds.

It's a pity that I didn't go to Nis and didn't check out. Please comment for points.

Even though it was little they made use from everything it just has their own vibe with it

Rooms are untipical, but very nice with good furniture. Staff and service are great. Maybe it's little problem with parking because its city center and in afternoon hours it is little bit difficult to find parking spot.

I can't say enough about how friendly, helpful, and amazing the staff are in this hotel. I stayed for 6 days and extended once. Everyone at the reception is so nice and so are the women who prepare breakfast and clean the rooms. They always smile and say hello. 10 stars for service. The rooms are small but well designed with everything that's needed for a short stay, including a stocked mini bar, safe...

I really love this hotel. Directly near restaurants and bars. Nice personnel. The lady for the breakfast is great. Depending on when you are there you have great buffet or this nice lady makes you breakfast. Also gluten free bread is very good. Rooms look great. Bed sleeps fine. Little downside is that some rooms are a bit noisy.

Location is nice, pool is small but nice as well. Food options are limited but what is available will be served fast, warm and in decent quality. It is really close to center of Niška Banja spa and all it's content so it is easy to experience all that Niška Banja has to offer.

great destination - by the river - 3,5 km walk to down-town; great for running and exploring the city. it is peacfull. very friendly hosts.

Rooms looks very nice just as whole ambient. The bad thing is wi-fi whitch doesn’t work just as ac. Stuff is very arogant and uncomfortable. I felt really judged by their talk and looks. The room wasn’t cleaned for 4 days just as pool ( water was full of grass bugs and it was fuzzy... )
