Excellent hotel, beautiful, spacious rooms with wooden floors and so comfortable. The staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming.

I very much enjoyed my stay in this family run business. The owner was very helpful with information in regards to local attractions. The location itself is perfect. Everything in the city can easily be reached by a short walk. The WiFi is strong and the towels soft. I couldn't make the hot water work but stayed in summer when it was very hot anyways.

It's everything you could want really, super comfortable beds, clean and bright rooms. We slept so well and it was so quiet at night. The staff were brilliantly friendly and helpful. A great trip!

I suspect that the lady at the reception isn't from Earth but from another planet. Incredibly kind, welcoming and hospitable. She always smiles which makes us smile, so... The staff is excellent and speaks more than decent English. The waiters at the restaurant are professional and polite. The size of the rooms are average, but the bathroom (especially the walk-in shower) is humongous. The food......

Service and staff is superior- they actually care about the guest experience, and went out of their way to assist me with some complications I had while traveling. Food and drink prices are very reasonable, and the shuttle to the airport is timely and quick. Some reviewers complained about noise- you're booking a hotel that's practically on the runway of the adjacent airport- didn't you expect some...

The hotel staff is very courteous , the rooms were clean and nice enough. Breakfast was good. The prices for meals and spirits you can't beat. The location is not so great, right next to the airport. You can rent a car from the hotel for 30-40 euros a day. Only 1 english channel.

So I stayed a couple of nights in Kosovo (Pristina and Prizren) on a solo trek around Eastern Europe. I found Pristina a crazy and chaotic city, but not necessarily in a bad way! This hotel was ridiculously cheap and I was trying to stay in a decent hotel, but they were just the prices (under €40 for one night) so I went for this hotel. Very nice reception area and my room was nicely decorated...I...

The only wrong about that hotel is that we stayed only for one night .Our room was at the 6th floor and the view of Pristina was amazing!

Kind people, but no heating. Power cuts, poor internet. They need to do something to improve.

Its pretty nice. The workers are kind and hard working. But I didn't like the view as much. Overall it was good! :)

Rooms were ok, not very well cleaned. Service at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, the location for the short visit is too far away from the center.

Really helpful staff, available even in really late night (around 2 a.m.). Rooms and hotel itself is really luxurious, breakfast are fantastic. For Europeans quality 5*.

Only 15 walk from the centre of Pristina, i cannot find any faults with my stay at the hotel. I was able to get boarding cards printed and taxis arranged whenever i needed one. I would definitely use this hotel again

Affordable and friendly, rarely crowded, which happened to be the case on the first day of my stay. On the second, when the crowd was gone, it was possible to change into a non-smoking room with a huge bed. Pity, the hairdryer did not work and no socket was available in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was worth the pay, regardless of the somewhat aloof location, mostly due to the hilly landscape separating...

The location was good and the host great with giving us nice insight on the country as well as place to visit. The neighbourhood has a nice museum to visit and it was all walking distance from the city center.

This is a very nice hotel ,great accommodation and location !

We had a short stay but the staff is very friendly and flexible. The toilet was totally small, you could not even sit right. But they have a beautiful courtyard with comfortable chairs and very beautiful flowers, where we enjoyed our breakfast in a sunny morning. The breakfast was included and it was very good.

Good rooms, nice downstairs terrace. Wifi doesn't always work and dry cleaning is not included in your stay (possible, but additional fee).

This hotel came through for me in a crunch when my reservations at another hotel in the city fell through. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The water was hot, the wifi good, and breakfast was delicious. The location is alright, just a short walk to the center, and a short cab to the bus station or wherever you might need to go.

Very nice hotel... spent the night with my family and it was good. Comfortable mattress nice room with a/c ... a very good breakfast in the nice garden and a very friendly staff ... quite close to the center by walk (10 min)

Great hotel! Amazing staff! Very kind, warm and professional. Breakfast is very traditional serbian, but still with some english breakfast options. Rooms are spacious, clean and with the balcony. Quiet and peaceful. All the best recommendations.

Just the location & the staff are the best. The rest is less than 2 stars including the breakfast I was told that the breakfast will start after 8 a clock not convinient if you are for work there. Not so clean

The location may be set in the hills, but its bloody far from the city. You will definitely get a work out walking up the hill on the return leg. Quality at Hotel La Familia Residence is "skin deep". Much is falling to ruin: mold here, rot there, electrical power wires not hidden away. All the mod-cons the establishment offered: the "relaxation center" were not well maintained and needed a bloody good...

Great little hotel, a little out of the centre of Prishtina. Stayed there a couple of times, and each time the service has been excellent, the staff courteous and helpful, food is good. Pool is nice to use, and can be used 24 hours a day. Last time I was there I left my GoPro behind and they were very helpful in getting it returned to me in Germany. Yes, some fixtures and fittings in the bathroom...

One of the best hotels in Kosovo. Very affordable prices. The staff was beyond good. It felt like they were a family to us. Breakfast freshly made and delicious. Very friendly staff! I had to chancel my reservation unfortunately, but after explaining them the reason for the cancellation they were very kind and understanding and confirmed me the cancellation without any problem. I really do hope to have a chance to go there in the future!

Beatiful view from the room. Spa with pool, gym and sauna. A bit hard to find up in the hills, but worth the drive. Taxi to town is 3 EUR.

Best hostel in Kosovo! Awesome owners, friendly volunteer staff. Large locked storage for belongings. Clean comfortable bunk beds. Clean restrooms and showers with nice water pressure and 24hr hot water. Outside area to camp, hangout, lay in a hammock, etc. Very close to the city center.
