Kosovo, a “PRISTINE” gem in the Balkan nation, was one of our favorite destinations. We had an incredible time staying at this hotel! The staff at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist us. The restaurant bar offers a fantastic variety of food and an impressive selection of wines. The servers were attentive and knowledgeable about the wines they served. The facility is spotlessly clean, bright, and inviting. Additionally, the bus station and city center are conveniently located within walking distance of the property. The free breakfast was excellent and always fresh.

Top hotel.
Excellent breakfast, very comfy beds, nice rooms, very close to bus station. City center at walking distance but you need to take the pedestrian tunnel under the highway.

Everything was good except that there was hair in the toilet which I noticed upon check in, very delicious coffee !

Unfortunately, the good reviews are made maybe in a begining of the hotel. Now, noise is something normal, not have a good rest. Personal is doing their best...but management doesn't care.

The location is excellent, very close to the bus terminal. I arrived in Pristina in the middle of the night, so I walked there. The room was very clean and convenient. It would be even better if they had more breakfast options.

We stayed one night. The parking is a controlled underground garage so we could leave some luggage in our car without fear of it being stolen. Breakfast was fantastic, the hotel is comfortable and well appointed. The staff was extemely helpful and friendly.

The rooms are ok, quite small but in a better state than rooms at most hotels you'll find around the center of Pristina. The service is usually supportive, especially the reception, but at the restaurant you may face staff that is just annoyed if you need something. Our AC in the room was broken and the reception made sure we got a technician to fix it as soon as possible. The family room did not include a child bed and we figured, the whole Hotel has only one child bed available in total. In the back of the hotel is a simple, small and old playground but overall, I wouldn't say the hotel is child friendly.

Super modern and clean hotel..huge breakfast and very polite staff they also speak good english..and they gave us a bit discount otherwise its a bit pricey..but the hotel itself its wonderful
