I had an amazing experience at Panorama Residence. The service was exceptional, from the warm welcome to the attentive staff throughout my stay. The restaurant offered a delightful variety of dishes, each prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The flavors were outstanding, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and elegant. As for the resort itself, the facilities were top-notch, with everything designed for comfort and relaxation. The views were breathtaking, and every detail was taken care of to ensure a perfect stay. I highly recommend Panorama Residence for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience!

I think for a weekend (2-3 days) getaway. This would be great. We found the WiFi to be adequate and the view to be phenomenonal. The staff, from reception to the people dropping off food, were both friendly and accommodating. The room itself is in need of some updating and possibly upkeeping. There were water marks, dirty/stained floor tiles, and some loose shower tiles. It is a shlep to get to and from the venue, they do offer shuttles to the bottom of the mountain but this ends at 8pm. I think, as mentioned, if you are there to spend a few days without venturing out, then then is a pleasant stay, but if it is a stop gap, maybe reconsider.

This property is stunning, like literally breathtaking,... Everything was Clean and tidy, views amazing, my only problem was that the hill to get to the property is unbearable. No taxis would collect us and our scooter didn't have enough uumph to make it up the hills. You need a 4x4 vehicle

The villa looks good, the staff is very kind and welcoming, but it is quite difficult to live here. If it rains - power will go down again, you wont be able to cook or take a shower. The power goes out every 3 days and the wifi is literally one of the worst I've ever encountered. Constant packet loss and lag. It’s just uncomfortable to work and generally interact with the Internet

My recent experience at Panorama samui residence was quite disappointing. The restaurant service was extremely slow; I waited an unreasonable amount of time for my food, even though I was the only customer, and the food always came overcooked. Additionally, the WiFi was incredibly slow, making it difficult to get any work done or even browse the internet. To make matters worse, mobile data didn’t work properly in the area, leaving me completely disconnected. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a convenient and hassle-free stay.

Don't be fooled ! If you have never stayed at a 5 star resort you will love it. If you have stayed in a real 5 star resort this is clearly a 3 star resort at best. Staff and service amazing

Good place to stay in Samui. The room I stay is quite big, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, which is wonderful for the family. You can enjoy wonderful scenic view from the room of oceanfront pool. Item is ready to be used in good condition. But due to Covid situation, i understand that there is not much visitor comes, therefore, hotel's pool are a bit dirty. One thing to be notified is that it is up the hill with steep way to get there, please be mindful and choose the proper car/bike to get there.

One of my favorite place to stay of all time. Very comfortable bed and bathtub. Big and bright kitchen. Beautiful infinity pool with awesome view of sunset. I stayed here for 2 months, and I didn't want to leave!
