Nice hotel front the beach, good staffs and good service

We choose this overnight Hotel because of the free transfer to the airport but they told us while checkin that is not available for us because we booked with agoda. They Charge us more money because they would be a mistake on Agoda they said. About the accomodation: We had bed bugs the Bungalow was smelling really really bad. Smell was, from the toilet and from der Kanalisation.. it was really loud because auf die airplanes Crossing us at night and so we had to pay per room for the airport transfer 300 bath. We felt totally ript of. We couldnt sleep a Minute because of the bed bugs in our horrible last accomodation on Thailand holiday.

Great place to stay with children as it has nice gardens and swimming pools .
Close to the beach .
Close to the ferry piers if you want to go to over islands.
Close to the airport and offers free transfers .
It's on the quite side of the island so not many party people.
Walking distance to shops and restaurants
Clean rooms and free bottled water every day.
Hot showers.

Sooo many rules. Literally pages of them in your room and pages of everything they will charge you for. One line item they will charge you for "Bottle of water (free) 50baht". That whole thing is a quote. So they charge you for the free water? The place is sorta falling apart with unused old bars, broken sharp tiles in the pool. Planes fly SO close above that you could almost touch them. No ear plugs will block the sound out. Is that a earthquake? Haha. I would say stay in Chaweng... It's where we're going.

Good location. Near the airport, beach and pier.
Very Poor Rooms.
Very Noisy during early mornings, situated just below the planes landing route.

It was a comfortable place, but noisy because of being very close to the airport. The staff had trouble communicating in English. We discovered $500 was missing from our bag the night after our arrival. Not sure if it was stolen from our bag or we misplaced the money. Tried to talk with the manager but he discouraged going to the police saying it will only complicate matters.

Absolutely perfect property right on the water. We stayed here for a month during covid, and while we were the only guests in the entire property for most of the stay, the staff was incredibly nice and the property was maintained daily. There is also a 24 hour restaurant that could come in handy during some proper drinking sessions.

I've been visiting this lovely resort since years. This resort is simply beautiful, with recently renovated rooms with stunning views over the sea. For the budget traveler there are independent bungalows to choose from in their garden setting. There have 3 swimming pools and 2 restaurants, with plenty other eateries and supermarkets in the vicinity. Only a five minute drive from Samui airport and they will pick you up or drop you off free of charge. Also pretty convenient is that the resort is at walking distance from the Seatran ferry, which bring you either to Surat Thani; Koh Phangan or Koh Tao. Most importantly, the owners and all their staff from receptionist, driver and maintenance staff, are so very friendly. I highly recommend this place for a well-deserved holiday / stay over. Thank you Samui Mermaid for your great hospitality!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, unfortunately the hotel is right under the landing path for planes landing at the airport, they come over at less than 100 ft altitude starting at around 06:00 hrs.

My go to hotel if I'm going through koh Samui airport and I'm needing an overnight stay before or after the boat to job phangan.
Rooms and beds are comfortable with A.C, hot water. With a variety of rooms of varying degrees of luxury and proximity to the beach
Staff are polite and very nice, scooters can be rented to travel around Samui and get to other shopping centres.
