The rooms are a bit small, but good enough for 2 people, I wouldnt recommend for 3. The atmosphere was very good and staff very friendly and ready to help you with anything. Also, the view was stunning.

My wife and I had a wonderful week here. We couldn't speak highly enough of the room, staff, facilities, the foid and the location. The pool is amazing and all right by the best beach in Bophut! (Koh Samui )😀

I can only wholeheartedly recommend the privilege hotel in koh samui. The service is very personalised as the hotel is rather small and has few rooms. The hotel grounds are very well maintained and everything you need is just a few minutes away. A special thank you to Alice and Gift who made my stay perfect with their hospitality. Was here for a 2 day conference. The location was amazing. So close to everything. Conference room facilities were perfect, and the ethernet speeds so fast. Staff at reception is not at all friendly. We requested for a room near the pool, they denied. We thought of extending our stay, they said we will have to change our room because it was assigned to their next guest. Late check out (even by 15 mins) was also denied. Don't know how they are managing!! On the plus side, the breakfast buffet is good and has variety. Rooms are also good.

We had a wonderful few days staying at the Celes resort upon arrival from Switzerland. The staff is friendly, the resort is very clean and the pool is fantastic, overlooking the sea. Their s9a is beautiful too. It's.located close to Fisherman's village and also very nice to walk the beach. The food at the restaurant was outstanding. The fresh fish in tamarind sauce is mouthwatering delicious....

Had a lovely stay here. Great room with very comfortable bed, nice shower with glass roof. Room overall was just comfortable. Love the espresso pods from illy, you get 2 a day. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot, on a better part of the beach which was always kept clean by the staff, and in the middle of walking street at the front, although you couldn't hear from inside the hotel grounds which made the location perfect. Very nice place. Within walking distance of Green Mango and Henry Africa bar (if you are in to that sene). Rooms were very clean. Breakfast at the beach from restaurant was decent, not the best I have ever had but still good. It has two pools. Gym is basic but will get the job done.

Excellent hotel, but also very high price for everything

All the staff are extremely kind and very competent. It’s easy to communicate in English. The value for money is truly unbeatable. It’s not cheap, but I’ve rarely felt this good in other places.

Lovely place suited for small groups. Owners are nice, shared some beers and took us on a boat trip around an island nearby. There is also a canoe and paddle board available for free! Highly recommended :)

Very nice Hotel, looks exactly like in the pictures - very clean and modern. Nice pool area and direct access to the beach. Owners are super friendly and hand out free beers and softdrinks at the pool. The owner also took us out on his boat and jetski, all for free! Highly recommended!

Lovely resort, it's very big so felt strange in covid times cause it is empty. Clean and comfy rooms with nice big balconies. Very nice staff and I liked the location near fisherman's village with lots of nice massage and food options nearby. The only negative is not there fault but the sand on the beach is quite coarse so makes beach walks uncomfortable.

They have a newly re-opened lovely Thai local restaurant right on the beach. Reasonable price and most importantly - it’s LOCAL taste and menu options. Booked one of the villas through Expedia and was rewarded with a massive 2 bedroom unit with a private pool. The unit was completely new with granite countertops and new appliances. We had a personal server who came and made breakfast in the unit each morning. Anything we needed he got for us. Super friendly staff.

Infinity pool sea view, superb impeccable, mountain market convenience store, but the steep slope is very inconvenient, the breakfast is ordinary, cleaning and maintenance and management is not very good, the water pressure is too small to wash the hair and no heat Water, I can't accept it when I can't take a comfortable shower.

Value of money for beach front hotel. Overall is worth of money for chain hotel, nice beach front with relaxation and walkable to Fisher man village. But breakfast area is dirty from swarm of flies, food scraps on the floor and chair stain.

Very small , old and bad smell room for 4700thb! Crazy prize for such a bad conditions. The way to the room was via garbage place and loundry, looked like horror movie! Excellent food & friendly staff. Rooms were perfect for us & a great price. Location wise was perfect for where we wanted to stay. Bangrak is not the best beach but only a short distance from other beaches. Is a more laid back quiet area & perfect for relaxing.

Is the Secret Garden a "hidden gem"? Not quite, but it certainly comes close. Make sure you get one of the large, circular, and we'll appointed bungalows near the beach/pool. The restaurant food is really good and reasonably priced. It's a 45m walk to Fisherman's and is well served by supermarkets etc in the immediate area. One for any shortlist.

Great place. We only stayed two nights but we got the bungalow closest to the beach! Restaurant is on site, staff at the restaurant weren’t as friendly as staff on the islands but it was a great experience! Front desk staff were very helpful! I was not staying in the hotel, so can’t talk about it but I often come to their restaurant. I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the European food they have, my medallions were excellent. I also love their gin tonics. The place also hosts jam nights every Saturday where anyone can come up on stage and play/sing. Other nights, you can enjoy live music or DJs.

We stayed in the classic pool view bungalow for $48 a night which I thought was fair for what you get. The pool area is cute and surrounded by greenery and the resort is right on the beach. Room was recently renovated, so everything is fresh and clean. The hotel is close to the airport, the walking street and overall attraction. The breakfast is alright, a la carte as it’s during the Covid situation. Recommend for family, work related, vacation but not so much for couple. Great value as well.

Stayed 4 nights! Amazing view with breakfast on the beach (well almost). There is small pool that is good and the hotel is very close to ferry terminal for Koh Phangan- where the full moon party is at🍻😁

For the price... it was pretty average. The TV in our room wasn't tuned into any channels, and the remote had no batteries (not a smart TV). The pool is on the small side... and the algae green tiles make the pool look like it's dirty (when it isn't). The staff was nice and friendly though. Not a bad place... but... I wouldn't go back again
