The room was clean. The owner and the housekeeper were very kind.

I liked the accommodation. Clean, beautiful, cozy, neat. Follow the accommodation rules. They are not the same everywhere. Check-in is strictly before 19:00. This is not the whim of the owner, but a requirement of the supervisory authority.

A beautiful traditional Thai mansion with equally traditional English furnishings created such a cosy, homely atmosphere. A true home away from home. Boosting 3 of Thailand’s oldest trees in the front garden, the care taken over the house, hospitality to guests and the great service are second to none!
Highly recommend- beautiful breakfast, great recommendations of where to go and what to do and friendly morning chats made this the perfect stay.

They kicked me out in the check-in even though I did something wrong and told me I will get a refund for the 6900+ baht and then they told Agoda they will not give it to me!
Worst experience I have ever had, and I had at least dozens of accommodations. Didn’t respond my email after I already paid in Agoda, they didn’t respond when I ringed the bell, and they don’t answer my phone calls before 15:00 (only from then they allow check in).
They decided to kick me out when I was complaining about it, and I wasn’t being violent or rude.
They didn’t care for letting me exit and lay outside by the dangerous road.
I don’t know yet if I will be able to get my money back, didn’t get an email approval.
After traveling for six months, it’s the worst place I have ever experienced.

The hotel is a beautiful house and a green garden with a very calm and quiet atmosphere. The hotel staff is very hospitable and ready to tell all the useful and necessary information for a tourist. The hotel room has everything you need, I did not find any shortcomings. Also, two very kind and friendly dogs live in the hotel.

Khun Tok, the host, is an absolute delight. His kindness and hospitality truly made my stay memorable. He not only took great care of all the guests but also shared local tips, including a recommendation for an incredible restaurant named King Pakarang. The food was fantastic, and the location featured the iconic coconut tree, which gracefully curves above the sea—a sight to behold!
One of the house’s standout features is the majestic banyan tree in front. It not only adds charm to the property but also provides excellent shade and ventilation, keeping the house cool and refreshing throughout the day.
As for the negative reviews, I believe they mostly stem from disrespectful and inconsiderate guests. This is a place for those who appreciate peace, community, and mutual respect. If that’s not your vibe, this might not be the place for you.

⚠️ SCAM ALERT ⚠️
Worst Asian experience!! Worst host!! Host will steal your money!!
1 hour late = no-show = 100% of your money stolen.
The guy was unhelpful at his best. Laziness at his best.
We had a boat that arrived 30 minutes late after the "check-out" time due to the bad weather conditions. We told him 5 hours before arriving that we will be a maximum of 1 hour late, but the guy didn't want to understand anything. He starts saying some untrue thing about Thai registration for non thai people, "you have to be here before 7p.m otherwise I can not register you" which can be translated by I am to lazy to do my job and read the law. In fact, you have 24h after your arrival to register non Thai people:
"private properties, including condominiums, homes, and guesthouses, must register non-Thai nationals residing on their premises within 24 hours of their arrival with the local immigration office."
And for the lazy host that will read that, you can do it online.
We wanted to send him a picture of our passports to fulfill the files, but once again... to lazy.
To the pretenting "host", I hope now you can buy some hosting skills with our money.

No information on booking.com but if you wanna book a night here and you’re late (even if it’s because of the weather or public transports, ferry, etc), they just refuse you and declare to booking.com “no show” so you loose all your money and your accommodation (not just for 1 night but all your reservation) ! That what happened to us. We informed them that we will be a bit late, and no talk or compromise was possible. The guy was just not nice and not helpful. We just had to find another place to stay… Then we discovered on google a lot of comments like this and their terrible behavior with clients. Worst experience in Thailand !

Nice guest house. Left very disappointed by the owner. Whilst I was there he was helpful and I had explained we made another booking in accident for the property. He agreed to cancel this and refund the booking, since leaving the property he is now refusing. Be careful!
