Samui Pier Beach Front & Resort

I went to the counter next to the water play area to buy a ticket. They directed me to the bar where I asked for my daughter to get in and also bought some food and drinks. They said ok. I offered to pay and they said I can do it later. I get my food and another person said I didn’t pay yet for the water park and needed to go back to the bar to do that. So I went back, they had me fill out some paperwork and go back to the first counter to get a life jacket on my daughter. By the time I finished all that and went back to eat, my food was cold. Pretty aggravating. Everything they asked me to do they could have easily brought to me so I could enjoy my food. Instead they made me walk around to correct their mistake.

The whole setup is a little too close to the beach. The water is only 0.5-1 meter deep making it slightly unsafe for kids falling off. I understand that no one has been hurt yet, just a concern of mine. Also, since it’s between two piers, the water is not clean and it smells like diesel whenever boats are docking and leaving.

The owner was very disrespectful and rude. I asked him about the sea playground (ninja) and he told me it was NOT INCLUDED in the price and when I asked him further questions he told me in a very rude way to "just go read the signs" instead of telling me. The rooms were a little bit dirty and the bathrooms were even worse. The ventilation system didn't work at all. Some rooms didnt cool at all and in some other rooms it only had a freezing function. Price quality wise the worse place I have ever stayed in 7 years of traveling.
