Nice Beachfronthotel with a small Pool for the Kids. There is an small on water adventure park for the kids in front, but unfortunately for a extra fee.

Right on the beach and next to speed boat for neighbouring islands and next to the airport. Our flight was delayed and they were very good at amending our booking to 2 days later

A nice hotel right on the beach, in the water there are inflatable figures for adults and children 7+, there is also a pool for children. Across the road there is an ice cream parlor with incredibly delicious ice cream.
There are never any waves in this part of the island, but the water is muddy. Maybe it's because of the piers that are on both sides of the hotel.
The staff is friendly, the waiters are efficient, the food is not bad (except for breakfasts, they are sad). But there are places nearby where you can have a delicious breakfast.
They cleaned every day quite well, changed the bed linen and towels, but sometimes they brought towels that should have been written off a long time ago.
The plumbing is broken, the room itself requires cosmetic repairs. The bed was not comfortable for me, my back hurt terribly, but my husband and child did not complain.

We didn’t stay at Samui Pier but did visit for lunch and let our teenagers burn off some energy in the water park. And returned multiple times over our 2 week stay further along the beach. They have an extensive menu, all well priced. The service is great, very friendly and family oriented place. A special thanks to David and his team there at the beach front that were very attentive to our needs.

Wow the samui pier is super good place for kids and family! There is good rooms and also very good restaurants with big menu and option that can choose!
The view is amazing you can see ko pangan and also can take the ferry from the pier :-)

An absolutely fantastic value for money option, perfectly located in the centre of Bangrak. The rooms are very nice and well worth the money. The restaurant is fantastic with great sandwiches. The pool is awesome for families and the ninja aqua park is an amazing addition.

Had a couple of hours to kill before we got our boat.
Went here because it was close and looked nice.
Drinks were good. Service was perfect.
Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a vouof hours waiting.

I went to the counter next to the water play area to buy a ticket. They directed me to the bar where I asked for my daughter to get in and also bought some food and drinks. They said ok. I offered to pay and they said I can do it later. I get my food and another person said I didn’t pay yet for the water park and needed to go back to the bar to do that. So I went back, they had me fill out some paperwork and go back to the first counter to get a life jacket on my daughter. By the time I finished all that and went back to eat, my food was cold. Pretty aggravating. Everything they asked me to do they could have easily brought to me so I could enjoy my food. Instead they made me walk around to correct their mistake.
The whole setup is a little too close to the beach. The water is only 0.5-1 meter deep making it slightly unsafe for kids falling off. I understand that no one has been hurt yet, just a concern of mine. Also, since it’s between two piers, the water is not clean and it smells like diesel whenever boats are docking and leaving.
