The hotel is a few steps from the white sandy Chaweng beach. It offers special accommodation for honeymooners and comfortable rooms for other clients. The restaurant serves international cuisine accompanied by live music.

Location: 5 km from the local airport of Koh Samui, in the North-East of Samui, the Chaweng beach, in the centre of Chaweng beach.
Consists of one 4-storey building.
Only 63 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 300 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs - for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

This is a real bad hotel.
The door locks kept failing we stayed waiting in front of the door 3 times more than 15 minutes waiting for the « engineer » to come.
If you ask for a second card for the door which normal in most of the hotel, here they ask for a deposit.
The swimming pool is cold and on the day of our arrival they were painting the ceiling with a ladder in the middle of the pool and no protection.
The breakfast is very poor, do not expect anything special.
The only positive point is that the room and the bathroom were clean.

It's a total rehab,great job,plus u stay on the north side of the bldg ,you can see planes come across the hotel

We stayed here for a week in August. The place is very very clean and nearly renovated. The bed is quite firm but the towels are very soft. The shower is also very high pressure. Whilst we stayed there was a lot of banging and drilling as some rooms are still being renovated. The pool was also missing but it is over the road from the beach, just walk down to ARK Bar to access the beach. The breakfast was also very nice with the same sausages, ham, toast, yogurts and cereal everyday and the other options changing everyday giving you a nice selection. Its also a great location for the strip as it’s at the very start, meaning you don’t get people walking past and the noise of the bars all night, but they’re about a 3 minute walk away

The staff were super nice and breakfast was amazing. The rooms are very clean and the bedsheets are also, unlike other hotels. Its very close to everything you could want and its not that far from a basketball court either. Beach is close to.

Terrific!
Many thanks to the hotel staff for their helpful effort in getting our travel documents and passports back, which we left on the ferry.
The hotel is very central and close to the beach. The rooms are modern, spacious and very clean. We love the breakfast buffet.

excellent hotel! recommend! rested here in February 2020 in a superior room, the room was clean, towels changed every day, drinking water also daily, beach towels are given, breakfasts are good, enough to eat, the menu consists of local European diluted cuisine. The hotel is in a busy place but at 24 hours it is quite calm and there is no noise from the street, the beach is also nearby, go through a bungalow-type hotel and you are on the beach.

Great hotel and staff
Liked the clean design in the room, was a hot strong water pressure ( not common in chawang).Staff were nice and easy fast checkin and checkout. In the beginning of the main road so quiet and close.
Staff very kind. Room was clean and very nice. The only down size is that the pool is in door.

The staff were very accommodating, extremely helpful and pleasant and seemed keen to make sure we had an enjoyable visit. The room was simple but comfortable. The air con kept the room comfortably cool but was a bit loud when I was sleeping. The hotel is minutes from the beach and also has markets, restaurants and bars all around so there's lots of choice for night life. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would recommend to others as a good hotel along the Chaweng beach.

Very rude staff at reception. I was told I cannot check in because they are closed and I should take it up with Agoda. They offered no help at all and treated us like we were disturbing their day. AVOID!
