Good hotel with above average breakfast, especially when you’re looking for a bread station. Rooms are clean and outside nice of the very busy road in front of the hotel is drowned out by the AC. Water pressure is a bit too low (3rd floor). Nice swimming on top roof. Nearby public transport and shopping mall with extensive good court.

I could write an essay but i wont as it will be going into the same details as others have voiced. Check-in was smooth. Property is in serious need of updating. The regular rooms just dont feel clean and have seroously started to deteriote. The sound proofing is terrible and you will hear every tuk tuk all night. The whole rooftop happy hour is something of an experience. Walk to the gym, press 3 on the phone and make your order. Then wait for a lovely person to bring your drinks and guess who you are. The gym if you can call it that is a joke I'm afraid. The biggest annoyance I had was when they asked my thai girlfriend for her ID. Which front of house kept for days. Never experienced this anywhere else. Also the staff could do with some re-training on common courtesy. Pros is the location local BTS and close to the big parks. Upgrade and opt for the corner rooms. I would so recommend park plaza on soi 18 over this one.

We had an absolutely perfect experience at this hotel. The location was ideal with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable.

Entire hotel needs renovation asap! Staff are good. Breakfast was fine. Location is good close to Terminal 21 Mall mrt and very nice park. Bring earplugs because of traffic noise at night.

The room was clean and tidy.
Has a safe, a hair dryer and a small fridge/mini bar.
Ample amounts of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash.
No comb, though!

The hotel is very close to Sukhumvit Road and the nearby entertainment districts. It’s a short 5-minute walk from Sukhumvit MTR station and Asok BTS Station. The nearest shopping centre, Terminal 21 is about 10 minutes’ walk. The features include a rooftop swimming pool with sun loungers and a fitness centre. There is a single a restaurant on the mezzanine floor.
The aptly named Mezza Restaurant serves delicious local and international dishes. Light bites and a variety of beverages are also available at the rooftop lounge beside the pool.

I used to stay there for business. Convenient location but somewhat outdated. Staff is very friendly!

Location is great next to shoppingcentres Terminal 21 & Robinson and skytrain BTS Asok. Rooms are clean and good. Great bed. Book the room you need, they are very strict. You will not get an extra bed or baby cot. We have twins there was just 1 baby cot available even we requested when we booked.

I'm a long time visitor to this property. It's pretty ideally located in Bangkok, with plenty to do nearby, including the fun shops at Terminal 21, as well as many restaurants.
The rooms are spacious, and clean. The staff is attentive and generally helpful.
My complaints, and I hope management does something to address them are: 1) While the staff seems anxious to help, repeated calls to room service were a translation comedy. In a similar sense, the staff seemed less friendly this visit than previously. It didn't seem so much animosity as indifference. 2) The rooms need freshened up. When I first visited seven years ago, the place was sparkling. Now the years are showing. It's time for some minor renovations and updates. It's not terrible, but it is certainly noticeable. Now is the time to fix it.
I still highly recommend this property. But some of the issues have removed the full five star rating for now.
