Tower Club at lebua Hotel1 / 50

Bangkok, 1055/42 Silom Road, Bangrak 🧭 Map
Everything was very nice but my 10,000 baht deposit was not returned after 3 weeks.
Very nice that they have a lounge that serves you all day. I recommend tower club they also have games for kids
Service was good and its location was also good. Especially in approaching sathorn pier.
The executive lounge allows lady to enter with slipper but men cannot even enter with fully covered Croc shoes, and gym close at 10pm, such a luxury hotel should have gym open 24 hrs. The double standard in lounge is not acceptable. The dining in all high floor restaurants too are exorbitant, if don't make more affordable all these restaurant will soon die like those shops on the ground floor.
we stayed at the tower club which meant we had a suite. it was a large room with free sodas and water and a nice view from the balcony. hot water pressure was good , though mattress was too hard for my preference. The gym is small and dated. breakfast buffet was very good though lacking AC so expect to sweat. Club lounge is good but not as good as Hilton or Hyatt and it closes at 6pm... too early...
Location, service and all staff are very very good. It was excellent choice to satay.

Team Spirit, Top Stay‼️ It was amazing to see how the hotel brought the whole team together for our experience. Every detail, from the friendly staff to the cozy rooms, made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both comfort and a touch of inspiration‼️
We stayed here for 5 nights, the gym was great. The pool area was OK too. The guys who help with the luggage are super friendly and helpful with other things too. The reception staff were nice too, we were super tired and got called for our room earlier than what check in should of been. The room it's self was OK we stayed in a double room, our only issue was the carpet but there is hardwood rooms...
This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok so far! Me and my son came in January for his birthday, this hotel has everything, room service, restaurants, mall, rooftop pool, amazing gym/ rock climbing. Super luxury for 30-50$! The rooms are amazing & the service.
Great price with the size of the room and service you received at the hotel. Totally recommended!
The staff from the reception, Panitarn (Pop) was really helpful and kind. He made the check in process so flexible and efficient. Can tell that he was really passionate in his work. All our queries were answered. The only downside would be there wasnt slippers in the room. Maybe we were required to request from the reception? Our hair dryer wasnt functioning and we dialed to the reception and very...
The plus point is the spacious rooms and decent service However the location is quite far from city centre. Anotger negative is that there only two small lifts in the hotel. If a large group happens to check in or check out, you will have to wait for consideeable time for the elevator. The breakfast was average.

Stayed here to check out around the river. Glad I did. Its an older hotel and can see its showing a bit of age. The rooms are huge and so is the washroom. What made the stay special was actually the buffet breakfast. It was the best ever. I went up to the sky bar my first night and it was amazing. The staff was very helpful. They offered many times to take our picture. Only bad thing is they were letting...
When u reached in the morning it was really early and had requested for an early check in but when I landed they said that not able to provide the room. On speaking to the manager on duty, she somehow managed to arrange a place for us to stay have some breakfast which is on complimentary and also arranged a room well within record time of an hour. We were celebrating anniversary had also arranged cake...
This place is definitely showing it's age. It has a lot of hype around it because of the Hangover film - however our stay left a lot to be desired. The staff were exceptional - absolutely superb from start to finish. The breakfast was good - broad selection and always tasted fresh. The restaurant was super clean with a nice view. The suite was very dated, and is in need of an update. It's not worth...
On our mother and daughter trip through Thailand, Bangkok was our first destination. I had doubts about booking this hotel because of comments that the facilities are old, which is totally false. The facilities are elegant, super clean, and beautiful. We booked the airport pickup service through the hotel, and it was the best decision. They met us at the airport, took our luggage to the car, and in...
The property exceeded expectations with its prime location. The rooms are large with nice view and balcony. Enjoy our stay for this trip. Overall it was a fantastic value for the quality and service provided. The staff who assist us upon check in with a smile and the facilities offered everything we needed for a comfortable experience. Highly recommended choice for anyone visiting.
Really enjoyed this hotel and the rooms there were some issues with the staff and the valet when it came to checking in, but they sorted a lot of it and apologised

This is my first trip to Thailand, and Prince Palace Hotel was my home base for experiencing Bangkok. The location is great — very central and convenient for exploring nightlife, culture, and the city overall. The staff were helpful and the service was good. However, I did experience issues with cleanliness. The room had a noticeable amount of dust, especially around the curtains, windows the bed headboard...
The Prince Palace Bangkok hotel, to be honest, was very disappointing. I arrived by taxi with two suitcases, and no one came to collect them. It's not a palace; you have to take the elevator to get to reception, which is very strange. Then they give you the keys, you have to pay a deposit, they give you your room number, and no one accompanies you; you're left to your own devices. It's not a palace...
rooms are dated, could use paint. okd world charm in big hotel but renovations always ongoing... floors have a damp smell and TV has one english movie channel if that matters. good water pressure.and heat. Breakfast substantial and ok. Staff are all very helpful but you are coming to an older establishment. go to hotel web site and deals available. cheaper than the booking websites ! even getting a...
A big warm thank you to the Prince Palace hotel. They truly made our trip unforgettable and special. As you will see from many other reviews the rooms are a bit dated (this is an over 30 year old property after all) but they were clean and comfortable that is the only slightly negative thing I can find to say about this property. The location is amazing and a short trip to most of the things you will...
We visited the hotel for 1 night The lady in reception wasn't nice at all and we got a old room with smell like old. We went back to the reception and Mr Peerasak Sriworasan let us change our room to better one! Also we needed to have late checkout and he let us do it in fare price! The hotel is very big, the service of the baggage store was great! The breakfast is huge but we didn't like that so much...
Love to be near the boat taxis , lots of shopping around the hotel as well as a few markets and restaurants…. Too bad , they wouldn’t let us swim in the second pool and a renovated room would have been nice too …. But the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Given the choice of quality 5 star hotels in Bangkok now the S-L seems quite old school. That said, we had an excellent stay. Room could have done with a minor maintenance fix up but it was very comfortable and had a great balcony overlooking the river. The public areas are luxurious and the breakfast is very good, if busy.
The Shangri-La Hotel in Bangkok offers an unparalleled experience of relaxation. As is typical of 5-star hotels in Bangkok, the service here is, needless to say, superb. The staff are genuinely kind and consistently strive to be helpful. The breakfast buffet is truly excellent; it features everything you could possibly want, and the flavour is magnificent. The Sukosol Hotel offers a perfect blend of Thai elegance and modern comfort. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with beautiful decor. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling. The breakfast buffet has great variety and quality. Its central location near Phaya Thai BTS/Airport Rail Link makes getting around Bangkok easy.
I went to stay overnight for an event next day in the area. Although the hotel is not brand new, it is well maintained and comfortable. It's just a 3-minute walk to the nearby sky train station, and also the airport rail link. Overall it's a value for money choice for business travelers
Originally booked a Deluxe Room for only 1 night but ended up staying three—paid to upgrade to a Premier Room, then an Executive Room. Totally worth it. Even though the hotel is in the heart of busy Bangkok, it feels like a peaceful world of its own. Service is very attentive and made me feel well looked after. Still, three nights felt too short!
The doorman is so kind and always welcomes guests with a bright, cheerful smile.
We stayed here for five nights as a family of five and used the twin rooms. They were very kind and gave us a very early check in. Even though the hotel is old its kept beautifully and service is outstanding the twin rooms are very spacious and luxurious. We only used the Chinese restaurant for dinner and that too was excellent. We stayed in this 5 stars hotel whivh is 700 meter walk from BTS station. Value for money and Pratinsm is within walking distance.
The service during check in was not polite. Old fashion design. Swimming pool is fine, but the bar at swimming pool didn’t work. Breakfast average. Around the area in walking distance just Indian food, I guess this is Indian spot.
The hotel is older, but the atmosphere is pleasant. The breakfast is rich.

Feels very slightly dated but still very pleasant experience with the service and amenities really pushing it to a 5 star stay.
Lovely river view with good transportation options (shuttle boats to a magnificent mall across the river and to the train station). The hotel has seen her good days back in the old days and renovation is overdue. Nevertheless I still like her for her location and old-day vibe. Service quality varies. I would rate the service in Sheraton Club in Singapore higher than here (surprise surprise). Lobby...

It says 5-star but some things need quite an improvement. It is a little old, food was ok but coffee was below average for the price. No exhaust in my room. I asked the staff and they said the room is not equipped with exhaust, especially for the bathroom. Quite unfortunate. The location is quite good tho.
I booked Berkeley Hotel Pratu Nam for my Test & Go package as they offered it the same price as other 3 and 4 star hotels. The process at the airport was easy, they had someone from the hotel guiding me into the taxi to the hotel. Once at the hotel, I had to stay in the room until someone swabbed me for the test. friendly staff and clean hotel. although our building is a bit off from the main building, everything else is great. 5-10 mins walk to nearest bts station. bkk can be very hot so do take caution care by wearing sun-care. breakfast is great as it offers variety. however if you are muslim do take extra care cos there quite a bit of dishes containing pork. other than that great ambience and love the facilities...
Stylish, modern, and centrally located. Sindhorn Midtown offers comfy rooms, great service, and a stunning rooftop pool. Perfect for a relaxing stay in Bangkok.
Love the hotel, convenient and clean. They have 7-11 store just right beside the hotel and the breakfast spread was huge
Hotel was in very good place and location, easy to travel by BTS to all site .The hotel was clean and spacious in the room with good quality of service, morning breakfast was good and great 👍, will come again when next visit in Bangkok.
Perfectly located near the sky train, but not on the main road, to guarantee good sleep at night. Amazing breakfast with huge choice of continental and Asian food. Great pool with a view, rooftop bar, lounge bar and a restaurant open till 22:30. Modern rooms. Staff was very efficient.

Nice hotel and clean room. Friendly front counter and helpful. My room booked comes with breakfast, a nice environment, and a variety of food. The hotel is located a bit far away from LRT Station by walking.
The room is OK.However, there is a door between it and the next room. Although the door can't be opened, it is not very soundproof.
Nice, clean and comfortable hotel at Silom area. Room is spacious and good amenities. The breakfast spread was good. Many choices. Many restaurants nearby walking distance, 7-11. Location wise - BTS is a 10-12 minute walk. Reasonable rate at trip and with the rate, perhaps better to be at hotels in pratunam area with better access to shopping areas, if you’re a tourist as this location is nearer to...
Great location. Nice breakfast. Will stay here again
1. Outdated Facilities The hotel shows its age—furniture, bedding, carpets, and towels are worn out, more in line with a 3+ star than a 4-star standard. Don’t expect luxury here. 2. Lack of Genuine Hospitality Most staff were indifferent, with only a few (especially the elderly ones) offering warm greetings. The usher lady at the breakfast hall was the only exception—truly kind.
