The rooms at the podstel are too small but the service they offer are great
I was here more than 5 times with in 3 months and stayed here at least 10 days , the room are fine compared with the price and location Bellboy are very friendly and help a lot. Different from the people from the reception if you are Thai stay in here they don't give a sh..t about you ! I was asking for bellboy to help with the luggages but they DONT even listening and ask...WHY? Seriously? I would...
The hotel appears to be only half operational. The shops in the same building are all closed, even the McDonalds, which creates a bit of a slum atmosphere of the surrounding, although the hotel is very easy to reach (3 Minutes walk from Lat Phrao). The room was nice and clean. The fitness area is well equipped.
Overall a good place. Near underground train. Clean & quiet. But sound & noise from the next room can get in, may disturbing you stay. And the air conditioner is very confusing, too cold and cannot set lower. (Room E1219)
The food was ordinary and was not served in sequence. The elevator is a bit old that it can carry 6 passenger at a time. Anything else was just ok.
Clean hotel, goos staff service but location is far from city. Some Taxi drivers unaware of the places we want to travel to and caused some delays. Neart MRT, within walking distance

Staff is quick to check in for us. Have bellman help to carry luggages for you. Hotel room is quite big. But it’s too old. Elevator is quite slow. But great value. Have swimming pool. Place in middle not to close not to far from center area. Street in front is not busy.
I informed the hotel a week earlier that I will be celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday in BKK and they did not disappoint. In fact they gave us the highest floor with the best view, along with impressive room decorations and a cake! It was more than what I could’ve asked for and exceed my expectations. The breakfast was good with various choices and some local food included. The staff are friendly...
It was really great staying over at the Twin Towers. The breakfast buffet was really great. They have a big variety that suits different tastes. The hotel lobby is quite something. It felt very bourgeois hahaa. The pool side is so beautiful, and the room was neat and big. There was a bit of a dusty smell, but nothing to worry about. Room service was great, very friendly staff. Thank you, Twin Towers...
The staff was very friendly, the hotel is about a 15 min walk from the train station. The services like massage/spa are really expensive, and you can find much cheaper ones slightly down the road. The pool area was really nice, it closes at 9 pm. Our room was very spacious, but already quite old. It was still well kept though, and clean. The only complaint is that the windows were never cleaned, and...
My stay at the Twin Towers Hotel was impressive. The spacious rooms offered excellent value for money, and the staff, particularly the receptionist, were exceptionally kind. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded to a deluxe one. The only downside was the lack of a charging port near the bedside, which proved to be a bit inconvenient. Nevertheless, the toilet facilities were decent...

This is the first time my family and I (couple and a 1-year old infant daughter) stayed at any Peninsula property. We arrived in Bangkok and initially stayed for a few nights at Park Hyatt Bangkok, and checked into the Peninsula Bangkok to have a feel of what’s it like to stay along the Chao Phraya. We stayed a total of three (3) nights, and what a pleasant stay it was! Once you step into the lobby...
The very pinnacle of guest experience. Stayed for 5 nights and everything (literally everything) was immaculate. Love the decadent decor that feels classical yet fresh. A very special stay, keep it up.
Beautiful hotel with helpful staff and nice location next to the river. Particularly liked the swimming pool. Next to the most artistic, well architected shopping mall in the world. Great breakfast Hard Orthopaedic type matteress was uncomfortable so I got almost no sleep.
We had a wonderful experience at the Peninsula Bangkok. If you want to be pampered, this is the place to go. Felt like such a peaceful oasis in the business of Bangkok. We were so well taken care of the by staff, the room was impeccable and we were provided with new goodies every day. Delicious breakfast buffet with impressive river views and a plethora of options! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Always my first choice when I am in Bangkok. Have been staying there almost every year. There is nothing much more to be said. Excellent services, very comfortable rooms and great location. If you are there during New Year's Eve, expect a great firework show right in front of your window.
I did the hard work for you & thoroughly researched so many hotels in Bangkok before landing on my decision to stay at The Peninsula - & this was a truly 5 star experience. The service is unmatched from start to finish, the team are gracious & accommodating. The rooms are spacious & feel grand. The food across all cuisines is delicious (veg & great alcohol-free options too!). The location is perfect...

We highly recommend this hotel due to its proximity to various amenities such as massage parlors, bars, and markets. It is an ideal choice for travelers seeking a convenient and comfortable stay in Bangkok. The breakfast provided by the hotel is comprehensive and of high quality, catering to a wide range of preferences. The hotel's services are commendable. and we anticipate returning for future stays
We celebrated my dad’s birthday in Bangkok, the location is undoubtedly convenient especially the tuktuk service from/to Terminal 21, friendly staffs(as my family can’t speak English), food is great although not much choice for Thai food during the breakfast. Big thanks for the birthday decorations, my dad had a wonderful moment here and we will definitely be back again.
This is a super hotel, especially if you need to use the main airport in Bangkok as it’s only a 20-30min taxi ride away. Staff very friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the lovely rooftop pool and bar for happy hour. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. I was very happy with our stay here.
We had a wonderful times stayed in this hotel. All the staff gave us excellent services. Especially Mr Dean who was really made our stay more pleasant. Thank you. We will definitely be staying in this hotel again for our next trip to Bangkok.
We enjoyed our stay at Mövenpick Hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. Delicious and international food. Excellent location close to many places. The toilet water leaks out of the door and there is no mirror outside the toilet and these were defects.
The Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 in Bangkok is an exceptional choice for travelers seeking a luxurious stay. With its convenient location, impeccable service, and stylish rooms, it offers a remarkable experience. The hotel's amenities, including a rooftop pool and a variety of dining options, add to its appeal. Highly recommended.

This hotel is very neat and clean, cleaner “Nanny” is very keen to details and staffs are thoughtful. The room itself has nice interior, bright, walls are thick so you can’t hear any noise from outside. Amenities are excellent. You have everything you need inside the room. Service is excellent too.
The overall experience is great and deserves this rating. The hardware might not be the latest but all services provided by different staff members showcased consistency. I’m impressed! It was a great experience with very helpful staff. The room was well appointed with wonderful facilities on site. The food provided by the quarantine is not very good, except for this, the others are fine.
Great Place, lucky to get opportunity to stay here
I had the opportunity to stay in a superior room type during quarantine. Due to the outbreak of covid 19, in my opinion, the rooms are of good quality, clean, reasonable price, despite being a long-established hotel. But* everything still looks new. Maybe because it has been updated.

If you arrival time is after 6pm, I strongly suggest you to stay in this hotel which is connected after the custom check point. This can save your traveling time to city so you can search a nice foods around to enjoy your first night in Bangkok. The room is spacious and the breakfast is nice too.
Dated now but clean. Easy walk into airport. Service is good. Staff are very polite and seem professional at all times. Food isn't cheap but very nice. We usually only stay one night for flight the next morning. I recommend.
We arrived at the hotel around 16.00 after the long fight 12 hours. We expected the room should be ready at that time. Check in procedure is poor , people didnt wait in the line , just skip and none of the staff do anything. We got the room after we asked twice and that took us 35 min for the checked in procedure. Hotel check in time is 14.00? The location , good point is opposite Don Muang airport
Perfect location as it is next to the Don Mueang airport. There is a dedicated connecting bridge from the airport to the hotel. Most importantly, we are able to push the airport trolley across the covered bridge. Checking in was fast and easy. Would definitely stay here again if I have connecting flights.
Good location! It's located by the airport and sky railways so you can easily walk less than 10 mins to get the train station.
👍🏻: Hotel near DMK airport, can walk to the airport directly. Comfy room 👎🏻: Receptionist wasn’t very nice , it’s like they just wanna get job done. Hotel could have trained employees better. Surprisingly, bell boy and thai security guards was so nice and polite * Book room DIRECTLY with hotel can get free slot for parking 7 days *

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel Indigo. I did have a few issues on the first couple of days, however as soon as I bought these to their attention the staff could not have done more to address these and ensured I had the best stay possible. The rooms are wonderful, I had a high floor with balcony, they also upgraded me to a premium city/garden view which I highly recommend! The rooms themselves...
The hotel's interior design is unique and stylish, offering a distinctive atmosphere. It is conveniently located on Wireless Road, making it easy to access key areas in the city. The on-site restaurant boasts stunning views, adding a romantic touch, which makes it an ideal spot for couples looking for a change of scenery.
I recently returned for the lunch buffet at Metro on wireless, and was impressed by the noticeable improvements. There is now a greater variety of Thai desserts, which are both delicious and beautifully presented. ❤️ While the overall food selection isn't extensive, the quality and price make this place highly recommended. Additionally, the service from the staff was excellent, and the manager made...
It is highly recommended to upgrade to the higher levels of the hotel. The lower level rooms can be noisy, and the views are obstructed by a nearby building. The rooms range in comfort, I've stayed here twice and I can say that the higher rooms are so much more comfortable than the rooms at the lower floors. The location isn't that great if you want to go out for thai food.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking facility is avaiable. Near about all food outlet and lots of stores for shopping avaiable. Must visit if staying in Bangkok.
This hotel is nice. The room is big and very clean. You are near a BTS station and main road. It’s very peaceful and comfortable. The only problem is they serve exact same breakfast every morning. If you stay one or two night it’s ok but we stay 4 nights. At the end it was quite tiring

Great hotel, rooms are getting a little dated. The hotel can be a bit of a maze at times. Very expensive for bars, etc. Great views and great location with loads to do in a close area. Staff were lovely, and the check-in process was the best ever!
We initially stayed in Lebua and were later upgraded to Lebua Club. I highly recommend Lebua Club. You get high tea, drinks and continuous between 6AM and 6PM. The personnel are professional and helpful. This was a truly five-star experience.
Good location. Excellent hospitality. Welcome drinks and towels at check-in. Attentive concierge. Breathtaking view. Spacious room. Welcome chocolate gift on living room table. Wide variety of food at breakfast buffet. Dining experience indoor, outdoor by the pool or garden rooms.
Stay in the hotel where The Hangover was filmed! The rooftop bar has amazing city views! Went to enjoy the sunset and really enjoyed the experience. The drinks are expensive, but worth it. Didn't opt for dinner up here. The local neighborhood is totally walkable. And there are a lot of great places to eat, just steps behind the hotel. 10/10 would stay here again.
