The rooms at the podstel are too small but the service they offer are great

I was here more than 5 times with in 3 months and stayed here at least 10 days , the room are fine compared with the price and location Bellboy are very friendly and help a lot. Different from the people from the reception if you are Thai stay in here they don't give a sh..t about you ! The hotel appears to be only half operational. The shops in the same building are all closed, even the McDonalds, which creates a bit of a slum atmosphere of the surrounding, although the hotel is very easy to reach (3 Minutes walk from Lat Phrao). The room was nice and clean. The fitness area is well equipped.

Overall a good place. Near underground train. Clean & quiet. But sound & noise from the next room can get in, may disturbing you stay. And the air conditioner is very confusing, too cold and cannot set lower. (Room E1219)

The food was ordinary and was not served in sequence. The elevator is a bit old that it can carry 6 passenger at a time. Anything else was just ok.

Beautiful hotel with helpful staff and nice location next to the river. Particularly liked the swimming pool. Next to the most artistic, well architected shopping mall in the world. Great breakfast Hard Orthopaedic type matteress was uncomfortable so I got almost no sleep.

We had a wonderful experience at the Peninsula Bangkok. If you want to be pampered, this is the place to go. Felt like such a peaceful oasis in the business of Bangkok. We celebrated my dad’s birthday in Bangkok, the location is undoubtedly convenient especially the tuktuk service from/to Terminal 21, friendly staffs(as my family can’t speak English), food is great although not much choice for Thai food during the breakfast. Big thanks for the birthday decorations, my dad had a wonderful moment here and we will definitely be back again.

This is a super hotel, especially if you need to use the main airport in Bangkok as it’s only a 20-30min taxi ride away. Staff very friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the lovely rooftop pool and bar for happy hour. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. I was very happy with our stay here.

It was a great experience with very helpful staff. The room was well appointed with wonderful facilities on site. Being connected to the shopping mall makes it extremely easy to pick up necessary or forgotten items. Friendly and helpful staff who is willing to go extra mile. Accidently cut my finger on the day that I am leaving the hotel, however the bellboy who was on duty that day went the extra mile and get me the first-aid box and managed my wound. The hotel is located next to thonglor bts with convenient store and restaurants surroundings. Room does not have mini bar, tea or coffee but was asked to make deposit at 2k baht. The bathroom has bathtub with city view. Comfy and clean bed. Breakfast is standard. Front desk staff and bell man are helpful and attentive.

Everything is perfect, especially in service. The food is so delicious, and the round bathtub is nice with a good view of inner Bangkok city. The bed is so comfy. I’ll come back to stay again without a doubt.

The food provided by the quarantine is not very good, except for this, the others are fine.

Great Place, lucky to get opportunity to stay here

I had the opportunity to stay in a superior room type during quarantine. Due to the outbreak of covid 19, in my opinion, the rooms are of good quality, clean, reasonable price, despite being a long-established hotel. But* everything still looks new. Maybe because it has been updated.

The location of the hotel from the historical centre, far away, by foot 1.5 hours. If you arrival time is after 6pm, I strongly suggest you to stay in this hotel which is connected after the custom check point. This can save your traveling time to city so you can search a nice foods around to enjoy your first night in Bangkok. The room is spacious and the breakfast is nice too.

Dated now but clean. Easy walk into airport. Service is good. Staff are very polite and seem professional at all times. Food isn't cheap but very nice. We usually only stay one night for flight the next morning. I recommend.

We arrived at the hotel around 16.00 after the long fight 12 hours. We expected the room should be ready at that time. Check in procedure is poor , people didnt wait in the line , just skip and none of the staff do anything. We got the room after we asked twice and that took us 35 min for the checked in procedure. Perfect location as it is next to the Don Mueang airport. There is a dedicated connecting bridge from the airport to the hotel. Most importantly, we are able to push the airport trolley across the covered bridge. Checking in was fast and easy. Would definitely stay here again if I have connecting flights.

This hotel is nice. The room is big and very clean. You are near a BTS station and main road. It’s very peaceful and comfortable. The only problem is they serve exact same breakfast every morning. If you stay one or two night it’s ok but we stay 4 nights. At the end it was quite tiring

If you’re looking for a good clean hotel, and wanna be near Thonglor - this is a good choice. It’s much cheaper than other brand name hotels in the area and it’s only slightly further out. There’s a tuktuk service to bring you to the BTS. The amenities are basic in comparison to the likes of Marriott but it’s really very decent. Good business hotel.

My family and I stayed in the hotel for about a week during our time in Bangkok. The location is very close to the BTS train station which is extremely convenient. All the staff in the hotel were very hospitable, gracious and helpful and will definitely come again.

A very Grand Hotel, is the Royal, nostalgic and very central to most landmarks, etc. Reception staff very friendly and most courtiest. No problem communicating with staff. Food great. Clean and tidy. We initially stayed in Lebua and were later upgraded to Lebua Club. I highly recommend Lebua Club. You get high tea, drinks and continuous between 6AM and 6PM. The personnel are professional and helpful. This was a truly five-star experience.

Stay in the hotel where The Hangover was filmed! The rooftop bar has amazing city views! Went to enjoy the sunset and really enjoyed the experience. The drinks are expensive, but worth it. A newly built hotel close to the heart of Bangkok overlooking the River. Check in service was excellent and our room was clean, spacious and came with all standard amenities.
