I've been staying in this hotel several times. Besides affordability, this hotel ensures cleanliness in its rooms.

Location exists in central area. A few minutes walk to Sephan Kawai SkyTrain station and direct bus to Victory Monument. Quite place and helpful staff. Worth it for money.

The rooms are very small,when we first came in,there was no hot water(it was broken😖),Then we change rooms,We changed into nicer rooms.The service is not good(no offense),its cheap but I don't really like it.i don't recommend this place.

Excellent maid or cleaning service. Staff friendly. Walking distance to bts sky train. Front desk gives detail walking map to sky train. On stop away from chatautha weekend market. Fare only 15 Bath. Restaurant and large big c shopping center with groceries just before reaching train. Hospital close by as well.

The staff were accommodating, the location was great, and booking was easy. However, the triple room lacked chairs (has only one and we were 3 in the room) and was quite dark, and there was no cabinet for clothes.

One of the best experience in a hotel. It has all the basics ticked . Located just besides 2 metro station and a massage parlor nearby. Food was never a problem as budget cafes, which serve great cake btw, are just around the corner. Most of all host is really sweet. My packaged arrived few days early and they kept it safe. Helped me from cab booking to anything I needed... Going to come again next...

The facilities are clean, the location is super convenient to BTS Ekkamai and Gateway Shopping Centre, the staff are friendly and helpful. The AC worked. Some water was dripping around the sink and the staff quickly went out and bought a new faucet and fixed it immediately. The value for what you get is amazing and I would highly recommend for anyone needing a home base while in the area.

For a backpacker's, this place was nice, clean and organised. We booked a double room with private bathroom at short notice and were happy with the room and location. They provided the essentials and the staff were lovely. They provide free tea, coffee, toiletries, even cookies. It has a good feel to the place and you will be welcomed. : )

Wonderful hostel and very friendly staff. Small but comfortable rooms with good air-conditioning. Cleaning is done daily and is done properly. Tea and chocolate milk is free and other drinks/food is for sale. The common area offers plenty of room for relaxing or eating. Also located close to the SkyTrain.

Stayed for 1 week , Great location walking distance to bus, metro , mall and street markets. If you want a cheap food court go to BIG C 10min walk , of you want expensive food court nicer looking go to the 24hr food court across the main street next to the street market. Overall experience of 3 days stay was good. The room is clean and spacious enough and has a corridor. It's a bit odd that you have to walk long minutes to the bus and train stations. But if you prefer a quiet place and local vibe, it's a great choice. If you walk a few minutes, you can find many local food stalls.

I star only 3, because the pool was soooooo cold, I couldn't even get in more than 5 min. SO if you are looking for a stop in BKK to rest and enjoy the pool, consider twice, as it's almost not possible to get into water (except if you are from Scandinavia ;) ) Location is good, hotel is clean, big hotel for business and travel.

Lovely little boutique hotel in Ari, about 7 minutes away from BTS Ari. The room we’re staying at (Walter) is located on the second floor, quite spacious and with good strong air conditioning. Loved our stay here! The room was huge, the staff were friendly and it’s in a really great location - near all the cool areas in Ari but quiet enough to feel homey. There are no lifts so beware but the staff are very helpful in bringing them up / down for you. The space was also gorgeous and the rooms were very comfy! Would definitely come back :-)

Very strange check in process.was waiting around for a few minutes for someone to address us. Had to ring the phone, and then somebody behind the glass office came out to see us. Rooms were clean, there were two bottles of water supplied. The beds are a little too hard. There is no Lift available, only stairs. Stayed for four nights in a private deluxe room. It was always kept clean, tidy and neat by diligent staffs. They sold coffee sachets, water, and some snacks for 5-10 bahts each and had two washing machines you can use with three 10 baht coins (detergent is 10 baht per sachet). They change the towels every three days. No laundry is available. You should do it by your own. Entrance and corridor are not cool. Good for staying less than 2 nights for BITEC.

Amazing location, convenient and nicely done! It is homey and the host is very friendly and helpful. Always have smaller notes with you if you need to organise airport transfer. The host can do it for you, smaller notes so that you can pay the exact amount to the taxi driver!

Great price and location for a single guy looking to let off some steam. The rooms aren't too bad either. I wouldn't recommend a family staying in this area though. Biergarten (Beer Garden) right around the corner, Nana plaza right down the street, and a 7-11 at the entrance... What more could a guy need?

Clean Hotel With Friendly Staff & Breakfast Served in Your Room Whenever You Want & Very Secure Note that you are at Nana so nightly parade of women "working" at the oldest profession on the street (and sometimes in the room next door) come with the territory. Very friendly staff, always willing to help. Our luggage didn't arrive on our flight, and after making a claim at airport, we heard nothing from the airlines. The staff took it upon themselves to call the airport about this, and after 3 days, when the luggage was finally delivered, staff brought it to our room. Our room was clean, good aircon. Good value for money. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the Khao San road. The river is also about 5 minutes walk away too. Reception was friendly and helpful. You do need to leave a 1000 Baht deposit but you get that back when you leave. The room was clean. The wifi was reliable. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the area. Exellent location, friendly staff, clean sheets. Small bathrooms. Make sure you get the room with the window looking on the street because rooms on the other side have windows 2 m close to another building and there are a lot AC installed so its very hot on that side.

The location is wonderful! Super close to KhaoSan but outside of the loud street. The street food spots outside of the hotel are really good too, with a cool place to sit by the water. Our room was super hot though, way hotter than it was outside and the AC didn't work very well. This would have been fine if the windows could have been opened but they could not. Oh well!

Great value for money, a quiet hotel in a teak house on the riverside, with good AC, better rooms are upstairs. Decent local restaurant with good seafood and other local fare. A great place to be away from the noisy ce trees but quite accessible by boat or taxi.

Nice hostel with a restaurant. It's built onto the river, so you hear waves under your rooms all night long. Very climatic and cozy. Restaurant had really good food for a low price. A little problem is that staff doesn't speak English, but they are very friendly and apologising. Just use your hands and mimics, you will be fine :)
