Close to the main railway station and MRT (Hua Lumphong). 24 hour check in. Clean, lots of bathrooms, free water and friendly staff. Cheap and cheerful, no frills backpackers. Perfect for me as I arrived early morning and left at 9pm to catch the sleeper train. Handy tip=bring a little padlock if you want to secure your locker. I didn't have one but some people may prefer it for their peace of mind

In old town, Khao San. Decently priced, washing machines in building. I’d recommend the staff to do a couple of empty washes to remove excess of dirt from its constant use. Still, it’s very convenient for all guests. Reception is very laid back- no problems. Would stay here again

We had an amazing time at Lost in BKK! The staff were incredibly friendly and fun to talk to – they really made us feel welcome. The vibe was great, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Would definitely come back!

Clean and very well located hotel in downtown Bangkok. The staff are friendly and the accommodations are nice. The beds are very firm but you get used to them quickly. AC works well and the bathrooms are nice. Definitely recommend if you are on a budget.

Room and facility is very clean, we have a good sleep here. Staff are very friendly, helpful & sincere. My friend accidently left his pouch bag at the lobby area during check out, we contacted the hotel via instagram and they help us to trace the bag. Luckily after few hours the bag is safe at their place! Excellent service!

We stayed here again because we loved the place and the staff. It is a hostel but very well kept and furnished, and gives the chance to also have a private room. The little cafe inside the hostel is a plus! I love that there is a laundry room available to use and that new towels/sheets are provided if asked. There are some toys in the lobby and my son loved playing there.

Good location. Great common area. Slightly racist and slightly sexist. Good clean Air conditioned rooms. Beautiful soft and clean beds. Bathrooms had a bad smell because of poor ventilation No locker to lock your stuff under the beds. You are not allowed footwear into rooms or bathrooms and it is not fun when you need to use the bathrooms

Big hostel, have a laundromat inside but no communal kitchen. They provide a cafe on the lobby. Clean bathroom, I love the showers.

Ahhh Lub B is one of the best place to stay in Thailand. The location is close to everything, the BTS, 7/eleven. Is easy for you walk around. The hotel has this amazing atmosphere, the staff are lovely and friendly, the rooms is the most cute and comfy! Always with some event for you have a good time and meet new people. I really recommend to stay here!

Great location in Chinatown, close to subway about a 10 minute walk. Nice large pool area. Nice outside seating area too. Laundry area. Comfy room. Would benefit from having a kettle in the room.

The main reason I chose this hostel was because of the location, it is actually very convenient to go anywhere from Khaosan road to Chinatown. The bad side was the fact that room had a moldy or “wet” smell throughout the whole stay, even though I turn on AC.

Overall good stay, nice rooms and facilities, good location. Cleaning was a bit random, sometimes we did not get the towels back and also we had a cockroach probably killed by the cleaning lady and left in the room.

Its located in China Town, which is congested place, but inside the premises you won't feel the congestion as its huge. However the dorms are quite small, I stayed in a 8 bed dorm, the room are design to just accommodate 8 beds and had only one tiny window. Pros: Building is spacious. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. Even in a 24-bed dorm, you still get your own privacy. The beds have thick curtains, the ladders to the top bunks are actually comfortable (unlike the usual hostel ones), and the lockers are spacious and secure. Lovely stay at Luk. Basic room, we had a double private. The mattress had a plastic cover was slightly annoying but was comfortable. Good facilities on rooftop, nice chill/work area. Water dispenser and kitchen to cook your own food (a single hob!) but does the job! Most of all the location of this hostel couldn't have been better for us!! Chinatown is so lively and full of things to eat and discover, it is for sure not the most quiet district of Bangkok, quiet the opposite, but that’s where is the charm of this city for me. Stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect. The people, hosts, location, rooms - everything is amazing. The best part is that they organize multiple activities too. Would definitely recommend!

Good atmosphere coffee shop, nice resting place. Several restaurants nearby hotel, ordering from hotel catering is also good. Can walk to Royal Palace and Wat Pho.

A cozy yet easy going hostel located along the way to Siriraj hospital. Also a convenient stay if traveler want to access Temple of the Emerald Buddha and surrounding tourist spots by ferry. Yak meant a giant or a demon in the Ramayana Anyway Yak cafe gave so peaceful ambience with it’s coffee blended aroma and original Thai tase pasta that I really recommend.

My stay with the BRB Hostel was very comfortable as they come with great location and good services. Everything was very clean and staff members were very polite. I highly recommend staying with them if you are a solo traveler with a budget!

Perfect little spot for a couple days in Si Lom. It is between two BTS stops so getting around is easy. There is a great outdoor market during the week with lots of food and shopping available. They say they have a shared kitchen, but really it is just a microwave and fridge. There is also a 7-11 right down the street to get some small bites. Great place to stay at Bangkok. If you’re on a budget trip, BRB Hostel is a good deal. It’s cheap yet rooms are clean and washrooms too. Lockers in the 4 person sharing rooms are big which I like. I really enjoyed my stay at At Hua Lamphong Hotel. The staff were friendly, and the room was spotless. The location is excellent—it’s easy to get around to different parts of Bangkok, and it’s just a short trip to Chinatown. The restaurant downstairs by reception is also a great spot to grab a coffee and plan your day.

Apart from the windowless room, the hotel is quite good value for money, 1 minute walk from Khaosan

The location is very good, extremely close to Khao San Road but far away enough to not hear anything! That's probably thanks to the fact that there are no windows. One moment there were drunk guests in the corridor which we could hear very well but during the night I did not hear anything. Would definitely stay again. Clean rooms, lovely staff and always willing to help. I needed to change the date of my booking via phone call and nothing was too much trouble for them. They even remembered me at the desk after 3 weeks!

Vivit hostel is awesome! Most importantly the staff are so caring and helpful I’ve never experienced better. You can’t really tell if it’s a hostel or hotel, the beds are so comfortable and everything is perfectly clean and inviting. There is a great free breakfast (coffee, juice, toast, bananas, eggs) very helpful in the morning in Bangkok. The street is also perfect proximity to everything locally...

It's OK. A little bit weird atmosphere. Nice shared facilities but small and not too welcoming. They were quite rude about keeping the bags after check out. They said they will only keep them for 4 hours past check out. I think it's a bit extreme most hostels are much more generous with that. Beds are really good, with privacy curtains.

Mostly fine but frustrating because I wanted to book a shuttle from the airport with them before I arrived. I emailed, favebooked and called them and they NEVER responded to any of my messages which left me incredibly frustrated. It is an easy to find spot being right on a corner. Be careful driving there because there are a lot of one way streets. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was fine....

In general everything was fine. Toilets are OK, staff is nice but they lose their temper from time to time. Breakfast is really complete! Probably the best thing in the place. Location is quite good also My bed was broken and it was a little uncomfortable to sleep in. Excellent value for money.

Very friendly staff, dorm rooms are quite pleasant, and the toilet facilities are great. WiFi is quite inconsistent however, and the was a pretty noticeable mosquito issue in the communal areas.

There are way better hostels close by. A lot of bathrooms where out of order. Beds loud, old and simply uncomfortable. In the other hand the stuff was super friendly and it's a good location.

Great hostel with all types of rooms and levels of comfort. Very clean place and the staff are extremely helpful and kind. They had only been open several weeks when we arrived but you could not tell whatsoever. The neighborhood was very enjoyable as it's quiet but just a few minutes walk to busier areas. The location was great, close to 2 great restaurants. And perfect for using the metro or ferry boat services. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help and give advice and made me feel very welcome. The facilities itself is also great.

This is a real gem in a charming local neighborhood near Rama IV Road and Silom district. The walking time is 5 minutes to Rama IV Road and the busy bus stop. 10 minutes to Samyan MRT and also Samyan Mitrtown shopping mall which has every convenience you could need. About 7-8 minutes and cross Rama IV to get to Chula and many various international eateries. Many local food options within 2-3 minutes...

I managed to get a very reasonable rate and enjoyed my short stay. There is a long but narrow pool and the bed was super comfy. It's in a relatively central locale, just a shame I didn't have a bit more time to explore. Staff friendly and welcoming and it was also very quiet, which I appreciated as I had some work to do.

Very clean, security is very good and the staff were fantastic - especially Mansh, Lucky and William. I didn't use the pool, gym, etc. but I was free to relax with a beer on the rooftop. I asked for an iron and one was delivered to my room retrieved from house keeping very quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better 2 night stay in Bangkok during a tough time for everyone around the world.

Only 300 meters walk to the QSNCC. I stayed here just 1night, a bit noisy in the morning because of the building is very close to the alley. But that's still worth for money.

I stayed here primarily for its location—affordable and close to the expo. Since it was a last-minute booking, I didn’t expect much. However, the room was big and spacious, and the shower had good water pressure.
