-Very good service, welcome drink is roselle juice, very refreshing -The lady is good and friendly, the man tried to fix the TV many times
-Vietnamese fusion food, delicious, breakfast is very filling
-The room is clean, fragrant, lots of towels, no insects, cats can stay comfortably
-The entrance road is a bit rough, not much parking space, overall impressed

Stayed here with my partner and two daughters and loved it. Owners and staff introduced themselves and were so welcoming. It’s a tranquil and inviting place that makes you feel at home. The neighbouring restaurant is hands down the best food we had in Thailand (restaurant in the resort). It’s just a great vibe all round. Rooms also stay nice and cool which is always an added bonus! Really moved our stay here. Honestly you could stay here all day and be happy! Will be back!

For the price this hotel exceeds expectations but if they put a little extra into some upgrades, could easily charge so much more as the location is perfect nice and quiet but still in a very good location
Rooms are clean and has everything you need

The main guy in reception the Thai guy was amazing so helpful with everything we needed from scooters when we got there to advice to checking out providing transport options honestly 5* service

Just needs some little broken bits fixing and some water pressure adjusting and it would be a perfect hotel

Stayed here for a few days for my first stay in Koh Samui with three other friends. We got 2 rooms, which were relatively affordable. The room was nice, had AC, a warm shower and everything we needed to be comfortable. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, including helping us setup some excursions. We only did breakfast one day, but it was a nice and satisfying spread of coffee, juices, fruits, pastries and cereal. We did not try the neighboring restaurant, but really enjoyed the vibe.

End to end this has been an excellent stay at Baan Sukreep. Bao was an awesome host who helped us organise a scooter and gave advice about the island, as well as translate for a Grab driver who got wildly lost.

A wonderful little nested place on the hilltop.

A little ways away from all the attractions on the island, but the ambiance is very relaxing and peaceful.

I do recommend staying here if you would like to be in this part of town. There is a sunrise viewpoint not far from walking distance.

It is slightly overpriced, but everything else was good, especially the care the owners took of us for the time of our stay.

We booked this hotel for one night. We made special request (early check-in at 11a.m.)The answer was : "ok, thank you". When we came at hotel at 11a.m. the hotel's owner said, we need to wait until 12am. When we came at 12 a.m. the owner said, the room is not ready and we need to wait. We asked for how long,he answered: "I don't know, may be an hour". He didn't say "sorry, for this situation" or something like that. So, very unfriendly staff with awful owners.

I booked 4 Nights in this dump, the owner calls a hotel.
the worst experience i have ever had, very rude and impolite owner, Rooms with the worst smell of moist i have seen,
Even after i have moved to a different room,
Spent an awful night, no TV, uncomfortable beds, no blankets and poor air condition.
The owner did not even want to listen to my complains,

The place is isolated, no near accessible beach

(Chaweng NOI is not Chaweng Beach in any way)
I had to walk 25 minutes just to buy water.

The only view is a nearby Car slaughterhouse.

I ended up leaving the place after less then 18 hours , off course, no compensation.

Just don't repeat mistake!!

Spent 4 days at the Ban Sukreep. The owners were very accomodating, and made our time on Koh Samui an incredible time. From scuba to safari to incredible food and night life. Definately hope to go back again soon
