Location: surrounded by coconut palms and tropical garden, 10 km from the airport, the beach area of Chaweng Noi, 1 km from the centre of Chaweng beach, on the hill.
Consists of three 3-storey buildings and fifty four 1-storey cottages.
Total area: 23000 m2.
The hotel has 172 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach on-site public beach in 20 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, chairs, towels – free of charge.

They try to put us cheaper room than we booked. But luckily they agreed to give us the room we booked after we asked. Great pools. Lovely beach. Restaurant stuff took moor money off our card than the bill was but when asked about they luckily gave us our money back. Other than that nice place

we were a group of about 10 people and got assign different room types. the first room we got were weirdly decorated, old, smelly, damp and dirty. There were air purifier in the room with ventilation fan in the ceiling and automatic air freshener which spray above the bed every few minutes. its not livable at all. we asked to change the room and it was done promply. so i dont get it if there were other available room why did we get assigned that room in the first place. The new room we got was ok but still smell and not properly clean.
the location is nice. its right on the beach but thats about it. breakfast was standard. the toaster only work on one side. 🤷♂️

Fantastic holiday can not thank the team at the resort. The villa was clean and comfortable and room service was excellent.
Staff were very attentive and friendly
Food was very good with plenty of choice.
Looking forward to our next visit very soon

Very good resort for both couples and families. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. The rooms were very good but we got ones that were dark all the time, so we had to turn on the lights in the day as well, if we wanted to see anything. That was a bit depressing. The sea and beach were amazing and very close. It is a bit far from the Center but its not a big bother if you can rent a motorbike or spend around 400 baht on a taxi (grab). Overaly it was a very nice stay! Also very good massage salons very close to the resort with very good prices and the loveliest people!

It's on the bigger side for an resort. Rooms are nice, clean and staff is nice as well. There are just a few things that I expected better at this resort.
1. Food of the restaurant is mediocre at best and takes ages to arrive.
2. Beach towels are always gone, sometimes have to wait two hours.
3. Lighting of restaurant at night is not really nice. Bright white LED, not really fitting with the scene.

I could have a better experience if I didn’t see this in the toliet; or if the hotel treated it more seriously. Good side is the beach is quite nice.
Follow up comments to respond hotel reply: We stayed in superior bungalows for 9 nights. I saw the rat tail thing in toliet the first night, reported to the reception as well as write to your Facebook account in private message but nothing happened during our whole stay. I only wrote the review after we left, to be fair.
I do appreciate that you react on public visible comments, and to be fair, the hotel does has good beach and many friendly staff. That’s why I gave a 3 star review. Hope you do better going forward.

I have to say this hotel is beautiful, private beach, amazing nature. Yet the hotel staff are the ones who really make your stay here special, with the lovely women in reception, who catered to everything with a smile, To the lovely service provided by Kim and his lovely partner Bee, and all the other staff in general. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We stayed for a week in the hotel, first three days in a family room which was very nice and clean but we had an issue with weed and smoke which was coming from the outside so we switched to another room. The room was okay, although had a lot of ants. However the room service cleaned it all. The breakfast was really nice, they tried to change the food so that it is not the same every day. The pool and the bar was amazing, there were so many nice people! The beach was right in front of the pool so we could easily enter. The beach was very clean, crystal clear. We really enjoyed the stay.

Quaint Hotel! We stay here for 2 weeks: The Bungalows are very traditional thai, clean and lovely. The Breakfast was good. We really love it.
