AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I paid for seven nights under the influence of pictures (do not trust) and after arrival, realized this was definitely not a hotel, dark scary hallways, and a room suitable for 20 year old backpackers. After the first night, I kindly made an offer to the "director": Refund half my money, keep the rest, and rent this place to another person (double money!) The response was, "Absolutely under no conditions will you receive a refund." Apparently, this occurs frequently as not only are the facilities a dump, but the "director's" mind is filled with greed and non-business understanding. Do not stay at this place. Final warning!

I stayed on the 4th floor. The shower was weak and it was hard to wash my body. There was a lot of black mold on the shower wall. I would like to see this improved. There was no confirmation that the amenities were changed every day, which was disappointing.

Amazing hotel. The room is large, 2 toilets. The room has everything you need, robes, slippers, spoons, forks, toaster. The pool is clean and uncrowded. There was a view of the mountains from the window.

Location is very bad, only for people who do long stay it is appropriate with a car. Crossing the road to the beach is challenging as there are blocked road and you need to walk like 15 mins to the crossing bridge

I m very frustrated about the location and especially about the information written in the booking. Cause it supposed to be a studio/suite but it has kitchen and NO WASHING MACHINE in the studio. There is a washing machine with the FEE. Be aware. It was my mistake I didnt contact to the property before to ask and trust the reviews!

Everything was perfect except the response from the contact person who’s number was given on the booking voucher for assistance.
Since traveling with the family, you always need some extra blankets or other minor thing.
At the time of booking I had already requested for some extra blankets. There was no response from the property made me assume that it’s been noted abs taken care.
On arrival at the hotel when I called on the given number and requested them for extra blankets, I was greeted by unfriendly voice and feeling me straight away if you need extra blankets you need to pay more which was not professional and kind of upset me.
Otherwise everything else was as expected.
