Amazing stay! Efficient and helpful staff especially Ms Oreo who provide wonderful care to my family! Lot of fun 🤩 and amazing pool side seafood 🍽️

The resort is a taxi ride from the beach, but the resort provides a 1 way shuttle at 3pm. Taxi is about $6AUD.
The staff were great, super nice and helpful. The room was massive, modern and clean.
I would recommend it to anyone who is ok with the short drive from the beach/town and likes a peaceful spot.

Honestly speaking, the location is not as convenient as those along the beach but it is not difficult to get a car to get there on Bolt or Grab.
To compensate this weakness, the hotel deliberately redeems visitors with warm caring service e.g their quick response to visitors’ requests, unlimited soft drinks and snacks including popcorn and ice-cream and free use of bikes and game table.
The number of food items of their breakfast undoubtedly is not their selling point but the taste outweighs the number. I personally take that as a bonus as it does not hinder my appetite for lunch.
I particularly appreciate their use of Whatsapp to keep visitors in touch. No matter what requests, texting them on Whatsapp would be immediately responded.
All the staff are nice esp their manager Arm. She is treating every customer as a friend. Phukalini is a good choice in Hua Hin if you are looking for a relaxing hotel with a big group of people.

All the waiters are very hospitable and will take good care of your daily needs.
The place is not too close to the city, suitable for self-driving tourists or vacationers
Free breakfast will be provided, which is a la carte

Misleading “Luxury” Onsen Hotel – Not Worth It
❌ No public onsen—only available in private villas for 30,000 baht per night.
❌ Pool closes at 8 PM, leaving nothing to enjoy in common areas.
❌ In-room Jacuzzi is useless—hot water flow is so slow it can’t fill properly.
❌ No privacy—sliding glass doors open directly to reception.
❌ Gym is a joke—just one running machine, nothing else.
❌ Staff can’t help—polite but completely powerless.
THE AIRCON IS 10YEARS OLD SO NOISY DIRECTLY INTO THE BED !!!
The entrance fee door/window is directly transparent to the reception have to be in t he dark all the time or staff can see you.

We stayed at Phukalini Luxury Pool Villa & Onsen. A big family would have a big villa with 4 bedrooms and there's also an onsen to soak in. Clean, beautiful, very convenient. I really want to make it my own home 😍😍 The food was delicious, the service was great. Next time, whoever says Hua Hin, it's Phukalini. 10 out of 10. Happy everyone, especially "Mama"

Arm and her staff makes you feel like home and everything works so well. Breakfast is delicious and perfectly served by the breakfast host. Also the indoor dining menu was great and the pricing was good so we ordered dinner every day to our villa! Food was excellent! Special requirements like vegetarian and allergies were taken care seamlessly. The villa is just as in the pictures and quality of detail was high grade.
Lobby service was very good and active. They provided rental car and scooter for us. Also they take care of ordering taxis e.g. for the way to city or golf course. The pineapple valley golf course is +5 minutes drive from the villa, and it was worth visiting! It is at the moment #1 course in Hua Hin! There is great minigolf 5 min walk next to the villas. They serve great food and the course nice action for the day.
This was our 5 person family’s highlight in the 2,5 week vacation in Thailand.
