Long Beach Cha-Am Hotel

Nice clean hotel near the beach. Nice design, rooms with interesting layout, pool between 3rd and 4th floor above the lobby, only the dark wood surrounding the pool got too hot to walk barefoot and the stone tiles are very slippery when wet, so don't forget to wear flip flops, which are in every room + big brown towels for taking to the pool or the beach. The bed is wide, the mattress is hard. Good water pressure on the 5th floor, worse on the 6th floor, maybe the shower head needs replacing. Cooling works, euro plugs fit, one in the room, one in the bathroom. Breakfast has a wide selection, I especially liked that there was coffee! Drinks include water, fresh orange or pineapple juice and milk. Rice for soup, always minced pork, squid and fish on the side, which could be seasoned with fish broth, soup greens, etc. The second course is white or seasoned rice, noodles, vegetables and chicken, pork or fish. European food was tasteless, bacon too burnt. I liked that the food was not wasted, something was made from the uneaten food for the next day, but after three weeks it got boring, I would have liked something different. Every day the same cake, fruits mostly watermelon, papaya and pineapple. Would happily stay again for a shorter time! The staff is friendly and helpful.

Location right at the beach and besides a mini mart. Check in/out was super fast.Hotel a bit old but well-maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable, AC cool and quiet and water pressure and temperature control for shower excellent. Breakfast fair, no bacon, no problem. Food prices reasonable. Massage on site. TV has loads of international channels, free wifi. Spacious family room. All good except little things like slow elevators, small swimming pools( has 2) and just 1 thing I don’t like at all and I don’t think the management knows that the toilet seat and bowl are of different shapes which is unhygienic.This is embarrassing if you it’s considered a renovation.

Aircon is central, can be slightly noisy for some, though i had no problem.

A long run hotel on business for more than 40 years, close to the beach just across the road. Breakfast is nice with a good self food - boiled rice, American breakfast, continental and fruit juice. Great service. Free car park

If you need beach chairs on the beach, just the their hotel staff. They can provide them for you without changing. What I like is they won't over charge for market snacks at the hotel.

Food: breakfast has a variety of food

Room: still in a good condition, but bit old

Facility: swimming pool s quite small and pingpong table and snooker

Most recommend if you are a beach lover !

7 eleven is so close to hotel

I was at the hotel last week for 5 days. I appreciated the service at the hotel very much. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. The staffs are very kind and everyone has great service minded. The food was great. The location is great too. The housekeeper was very neat and keep everything clean. I would love to go back there again.
