We received an upgraded room after a less-than-ideal check-in experience, and we truly appreciated the manager's thoughtful compensation and follow-up. This was an impressive example of service recovery. The hotel itself is beautiful and serene, and despite the daily rain and strong winds, the gardens and surrounding landscaping are meticulously maintained.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The design of the outdoor shower was a highlight, featuring an additional door that provides access from the pool. However, we did find the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable, as we could feel the springs. We had to request extra pillows to enhance our comfort during the night.
The breakfast was definitely worth it, offering a wide variety of options ranging from Thai dishes to Western favorites. The beach area is cleaned daily, but unfortunately, it’s not safe for swimming at the moment due to jellyfish season. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the efforts made by the staff.

We came here twice already. We did the villa this time and it was great.

The best part of this hotel is the garden. A lot of plants and jungle vibe makes it really pretty and enjoyable. The pool and the little hotel beach were clean. The whole stuff of the hotel was really nice and helpful although English wasn’t always understandable. Breakfast was good, but not for longer stay. Poor choice range, we had to eat almost the same thing every day for 2 weeks. Room was nice and clean. Although the AC broke after 2 days, they fixed it fast. Con of the AC was it blew the air right on the bed. So at night it wasn’t really ideal. Also it was a bit loud.
I also need to note the location of the hotel. There’s no place to walk. You have to call taxi to go anywhere out of hotel

The room is spacious and tastefully decorated. Comfortable, relaxing yet stylish. Direct access from the hotel room to the beach within steps. Private outdoor pool on the rear deck. Pet friendly. Keep coming back years after years.

The Resort is amazing. We can bring our fur baby stay with us. The room was clean. Staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Food is ok. The beach is clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful resort with outstanding service. We stayed in a pool villa for 9 nights and service was consistently excellent. Few things to call out:
It's a beautiful resort with many plants and flowers, gives that "jungle feel". Gardens are up kept really well and are lush and beautiful.
Resort is nicely spread out and provides a private feel. Fear not if you don't want to walk much there is a 24 hr buggy service which is absolutely excellent! Always turned up very quickly and super friendly service.
We were traveling with a 6 month old and staff really took that into account. Baby cot was prepared when we arrived. Baby cot sheets were changed a few times even though it was still clean and one time on my request. We were also allowed to keep a baby feeding chair in our room which was super convenient for him to have his solids. There were also feeding chairs available in the main restaurant and we were constantly offered one, but didn't always use one.
When staff saw the baby using the pool he brought us a nice floaty suitable for baby's age. We also requested for a kettle to boil water for baby's formula and that was provided very quickly. Very considerate service overall.
Service in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner was excellent! Super friendly staff, very attentive and always ready to assist. Special call out to Lit who made our experience super good!

Great resort, quiet, isolated, helpful staff, everyone tries their best to satisfy you.
We got a room close to the swimming pool, and spa, very peaceful.
Few downsides, but it didn't matter to us, it might be worth mentioning
- bit far from town center
- one restaurant
- charges for Wifi

English is not well spoken here, but you will find 1 in a team who will help you.

Our entire experience at this hotel has been amazing. The communication when placing the booking was great and the service throughout our stay went above and beyond. Everything was ready in our room for check in (including a baby cot). Anytime we requested something, it was dealt with and delivered very quickly. All staff were very attentive and truly cared about our experience. The resort is beautiful with great views, amazing greenery, lots of exotic birds/wildlife, very nice pool and beach, and really good food. I highly recommend this resort. We will definitely return! Thank you Jeet, Lit, and the rest of the team for making our stay very comfortable and memorable.
