I stayed at the BW Phuket Ocean Resort for 2 weeks with my mother, and I was truly delighted with our experience.
What really stood out to me was the incredible warmth of the staff. Every morning, Su and June welcomed us with genuine smiles and such attentive service. Their kindness and professionalism made each breakfast feel enjoyable.
I also want to thank Yu whose constant smile and helpful attitude brought such a positive energy every time we crossed paths.
The hotel itself was clean, well located, and the breakfast, though simple, was perfectly satisfying. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to diversify the dinner options a bit more. In addition, be aware that there are quite a few stairs throughout the property, something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel !

A great property near Phuket’s beautiful yet less crowded Karon beach. Booked a hotel near Karon beach as Patong beach is usually very crowded. Wouldn’t recommend the place for people using wheelchairs as the property has a whole lot of stairs. They have 2 - 3 pools along with restaurant. Breakfast at the restaurant was decent but very limited choices for a buffet. They offer towels to use the beach which have to be returned. They give out a ticket or token which can be used to get a towel. The coffee machine in the reception is a very nice addition. I had a hot chocolate after every time I went to the beach or the pool which was comforting. The hotel has a good view of Karon beach.

We stayed here for a week in Feb 2025 and had a wonderful time. The hotel is clean and cosy, has a convenient location close to the beach and the centre of Karon. Its amenities were all that we needed. And the best thing about the venue was its friendly, helpful, cheerful and always-smiling staff. We especially felt well taken care of by Mr John Ervin Gulfan, who made our stay even more pleasant with his readiness to help and his positive disposition. Highly recommended!

Hi everyone i grade every part and section of any place i visit from 1 to 10 as 1 is Worst, and 10 is Best...

*STAFF & SERVICE: (5 / 10)
Staff were friendly, good and helpful, however, when i arrived there late night tired my booking wasn't showing in their system... I had to wait long for them to figure out.
Service was good, they helped with carry the bag through the unbelievable hard uphill and steps to reach the room.
*LOCATION & ATMOSPHERE: (1 / 10)
from the start the entrance to the hotel was in hard uphill, which was very tiring when you have luggage.
There is NO wheelchair entrance nor a way to go to the room with a wheelchair.
The worst part is when you leave the reception to go up to your room, you must go through really unbelievable hard up slop and many tiring steps before you can reach what i would call small service elevator to be able to go to your room, and i call it service elevator cause house keeper and workers would share it with the guest so you have to wait long to use it, cause it's only one single elevator there.. so if you have any heart issue or kness problem or you kinda over aged then please don't consider this hotel at all as it would kill you before you even reach your room.
It has multiple Swimming pools but again it's kinda not friendly to go up and down...
Location is ok cause it's Right at the street near 7/11 and a coffee club for food, but since it's right at the street a lot lf noises around.
*ROOM SIZE & COMFORT: (3 / 10)
The size of the room is acceptable, The furnitures are kinda over used, The bed mattress is ok, The pillows is too thin and uncomfortable, The shower water pressure is week, The Lighting is acceptable, The noise cancelation from outside either from the room door or the balcony glass door is very bad, alot of noises specially from those tuk tuk with too loudspeakers and music would make your sweet dreams to a nightmare all night long , The Sea View is actually covered by trees so you would hardly enjoy the view as it's not really close to the sea unless you get lucky to have a room at the highest floor.
CLEANING & SANITIZE:

bed sheet and mattress looked clean, some ants has been spoted on the bed and at the wall around the room. Doesn't seem they actually did clean it deep clean after every customer check out.
*FOOD QUALITY & TASTE:

haven't tried the food in there so i can't put any review about it.
*Would i ever come back here again for a second time???
-NO I WON'T COME HERE AGAIN.
*Would i recommend this place for others???

Exceeded my expectations! Value for Money! Great breakfast, super clean rooms and superb shower! Room was facing the road but I can barely hear any road noise! All staff are nice, lobby has a drink dispenser for guests and lastly location is perfect whether you want to go Rawai or Bang Tao direction.

This hotel is perfectly placed in a spot where closely anything you'd need as a tourist is within walking distance. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly. The breakfast is AMAZING. There are 4 pools: 1 kiddies and 3 adult pools). There is an ironing room for free use, a washing machine and dryer for a fee. There's a 7 eleven practically at your door. There's a big waiting area if you have an early check in or check out due to your flight time. There's a fitness room which has 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, lots of barbells and dumbells and a basic weight equipment to train whilst on holiday.
Your room is kept everyday. There's lotion, handwash, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner available. There aren't many TV channel options though, no netflix or amazon prime or YT.
There is a safe as well for your valuable items. Your storage space comes with extra pillows and an umbrella and hangers. You get bottled water everyday, facial tissues. Your towels are changed as often as you require. You have a ticket for a beach/pool towel as well.
This place is just the perfect spot for accommodation. The room is spacious, each room has a balcony. Theres a bar and a hotel restaurant as well.

We stayed here for 5 nights of out holiday around Thailand. Location is perfect for what we needed. The pools were amazing, we spent most evenings just soaking in them once back from our fun filled days out. The room was absolutely perfect as we had an interlinked veranda with our friends in the next room, very nice touch.
I can't comment on the food as we ate out around the corner in the Italian restaurant and got out pastry breakfast from the seven eleven down the street.
The staff were very polite and helpful in our stay and always welcomed us with happy faces. We will definitely be staying here again that's for sure.

For the off-season price, an amazing value. Rooms are a good size, you get a big balcony with a view, the breakfast buffet is good enough for only 300 baht, location is good, the service and room cleaning is good, and there’s two pools.
There’s a ton of stairs, which I actually count as an upside, because I like to get my steps in. But some people may not like that.
The gym is okay for an upper body workout only, and the barbell weights are non-Olympic, weird sizes, and come loose while you’re using them due to having standard thread screwing end-caps.
Two downsides:
The pools are over-chlorinated, which affected my ability to swim laps, and it’s an ongoing constant thing, not just a “they over chlorinated one day” thing.
One of the 8 days we stayed, a bunch of winged ants or skinny moths came up through one of the bathroom drains, and were all over the bathroom. It wasn’t a big deal, we just made sure to keep the door closed so they didn’t get in the room.
Overall, I’d stay again. Nice enough, good enough, and a great price.
