There are big pools with slides, kids will have fun here. The staff are friendly and helped us to upgrade the rooms, but this is a relatively old hotel so the facilities may need some maintenance.

Hotel and facilities were good and perfect for families, beds comfortable. However disappointed of the cleanliness of shared areas such as pool area, it was not cleaned regularly, empty dirty plates and glasses were left for long periods of time, sometimes sitting over night. A empty cocktail glass and plate sat dirty outside. Our room from other quests for 3 days.

Location is great, with steps to restaurants and massage shops. Walking distance to Karon Beach and kids had great fun there. Room size is ok, the bench/sofa can fit a kid well (160cm). Great hotel conveniently located by the beach. They offer great deals for their guests and the rooms are big enough and sparkling clean when you check-in. Their rooftop is also a good option for a drink with amazing sunsets. They sometimes have live DJ music and pool parties though it is super quiet at night.

Incredible place in Karon. The best place for family , honeymooner or even groups of friends. There are 3 pools, with the main pool int the middle. I stay for 2 nights in suite room with a private jacuzzi pool. A huge option of breakfast and of course friendly and fluent english staffs. Totally recommended.

From the time we entered to the time we left we were served. I will definitely book another holiday and advise my family to do the same.

The Resort offered us the basics, and we had a few minor challenges. Our room was hidden and right at the back of the resort with no views at all. There was no hot water until we brought it to the attention of the staff who quickly sorted it out for us.
