While people would say the rooms are outdated, I would say they are comfortable, clean with the bare necessities (kettle, tv, mini fridge show and toilet). We have had a lovely time here. Supit and staff who served us each morning have been amazing looking after our daughter who has allergies. It's in a great location and the whole family enjoyed the water slides. Looking forward to coming back once the renovations are done.

This is a good resort for a family with young teens. The rooms and grounds are clean and attractive. The kids really enjoyed the pool, particularly the slides. The staff was very nice and responsive. Having arrived at the hotel on 18/03/2024 , we had some problems with our room . Within one day we were upgraded to the executive suite , due to the manager who is called Dee sorting out the issues we had . Quiet hotel, staff at reception very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean. Nice balcony. Breakfast offered choice of Thai and western alacarte, both taste good. Karon beach right across the street. We were only here for one night, but it was very spacious, quite affordable, and not too hot. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is because the bed was a little harder than normal, but not so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep.

Single male. I stayed at resort from Nov 12 to dec 3 2023. The room was very comfortable, bed was awesome, was quiet at night, pools were great, staff very helpful, restaurant/lounge staff very accommodating (Thanks Pop), Events booking (Mon?), very helpful. Great hotel conveniently located by the beach. They offer great deals for their guests and the rooms are big enough and sparkling clean when you check-in. Their rooftop is also a good option for a drink with amazing sunsets. They sometimes have live DJ music and pool parties though it is super quiet at night.

We love this hotel. We have been here 3 years in a row. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is 200m walking distance from the beach. Although jt is full, it still is a quiet hotel, but close enough the busy streets in Karon and Kata if you want to walk around. The staff is friendly and willing to help, should you need it. Nice Place but to far away from Beach. Hotel have his own shuttlebus to the beach and back. If you do not reach the Shuttlebus you can take e Taxi for 200 Bath one way or you can walk for just about 1.65 km.

Clean, new hotel. Room was spacious and I liked that the shower pressure was strong. Breakfast spread was good and had a nice setting. The only downside was that the front desk staff did not care to do anything after mentioning to them that the shower drainage was clogged and draining really slowly. In essence, we were waddling in our own shower filth in the shower area.
