Hotel room is spacious, suitable for families. But the pools are designed in a segregated way that each pool are not at all connected to each other. The ONLY WAY to access the pool is through small hallway entrances from the side of the hotel buildings, which makes it annoying and troublesome. The room is great, the pool (canal) access allows a healthy night dipping. The bathroom transparent vitrine is something that we haven't encountered before. Breakfast is rich and satisfying. Special thanks to the amazing staff for helping setting up a wonderful happy birthday gift for my wife.

This hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The location is a 20-minute walk from the beach but offers a twice daily shuttle. The staff are great very helpful and friendly. But all of the good is outwayed by the poorly maintained pools and bathrooms. The hot water in our room was hit and miss, and the air-conditioning struggled with the heat.

The location is very nice with only a couple minute walk to Patong Beach. It’s nestled in between some very good restaurants and a shopping center. This is the worst hotel in the Mercure system i have ever stayed. The hotel facility maintainance and the cleaning room service need more serious attention. We had issue of the toilet sprayer leaking and there were dirty underwear of previous customer in the cabinet under the sink.

A beautiful hotel, right on the beach. Service was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. As you go down into your rooms, the noise of the busy Patong just fades away, And you’re in a tranquil setting with the pool which is very peaceful. The beach is like 50 m from the hotel. Incredible places to enjoy beautiful atmospheres. The most romantic sunset views in Kata Phuket. We were there for my birthday. Food was excellent and the staff professional and extremely friendly. Loved everything about this place. We really enjoyed our times together. If you haven’t tried this place yet you need to. We will be definitely coming back. Amazing location and service! Can defiantly say it’s more pricey than anything in Phuket. Haven’t stayed the rooms are very expensive but can imagine they would be lovely. Beautiful sunset view, my man and I really enjoyed our night here! Really random drive hike to get to Kata Rocks but definitely worth it!

Beutiful place to catch the sunset in Phucket. Very popular place for pictures. So can be very busy at sunset. Buggy service available 24/7 to transport you around the hotel. Valet parking available. Would recommend if you want to catch the sunset and take a cute pic by the pool.

Great view. Modern, clean and nice accommodation. But the service was not impressive. Disappointed! Lobby was not welcoming at all.
