Excellent hotel! Beautiful views around every corner. The lobby staff are so nice and accommodating, too! I definitely recommend this hotel if you want a tropical paradise getaway. The rooms feel dated / old but the resort himself has amazing pools everywhere. It's a kids paradise. The beach is also just across the street. Food and restaurants inside were soso, the breakfast in Hilton Bali is million times better.

My stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort was amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean, the check in process was flawless and the food was good. This hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The location is a 20-minute walk from the beach but offers a twice daily shuttle. The staff are great very helpful and friendly. But all of the good is outwayed by the poorly maintained pools and bathrooms. The hot water in our room was hit and miss, and the air-conditioning struggled with the heat.
