Room’s light keeps turning off and on suddenly. Imagine taking a shower and suddenly lights went off? Reminds me of the typical horror movies plot. This happened more than 5 times. While people would say the rooms are outdated, I would say they are comfortable, clean with the bare necessities (kettle, tv, mini fridge show and toilet). We have had a lovely time here. Supit and staff who served us each morning have been amazing looking after our daughter who has allergies. It's in a great location and the whole family enjoyed the water slides. Looking forward to coming back once the renovations are done.

This is a good resort for a family with young teens. The rooms and grounds are clean and attractive. The kids really enjoyed the pool, particularly the slides. The staff was very nice and responsive. The hotel is a five minute walk from Karon Beach, which is very clean by Thai standards. 20-min walk to Kata beach.

My stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort was amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean, the check in process was flawless and the food was good. My one criticism is that I feel that the restaurant was understaffed. When we first walked in we were greeted by Vicky who did an amazing job in assisting us and truly went above and beyond. We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are really large, beds are large, whole resort is super clean and tidy. However there is no ventilation in the bathroom which is a bit of an issue. Good value for money overall and great location in Karon.

We were only here for one night, but it was very spacious, quite affordable, and not too hot. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is because the bed was a little harder than normal, but not so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep.

Excellent location. Could be a bit of a hike (at most 0.2km) to your room, but the front desk folks are more than happy to give you a ride in a golf cart. Located in a less busy area of Phuket than Patong, this hotel is few meters away from the beach and has a large pool. We only stayed here for one night but it was a pleasant stay. Spent 3 nights here in May 2024. The location is superb, across the road from Karon Beach. The room was OK but the air-conditioning was noisy which affected my sleep. The lift stopped working 2 days in to our stay. The cleaning services were fine. The swimming pool on the roof was ok. Overall good value for the location.

We stayed a Baumancasa twice during our island hopping, started here and finished here. They were very helpful to good our large luggage. Nice sized rooms, cold AC and comfy bed. Breakfast was good, but on both occasions the staff were heavily monitoring guests to ensure they did not take anything from the breakfast area. It wasn't even permitted to refill a water bottle with water . Sheesh! ...

Just arrived for a few days break. Check-in process was smooth & felt welcoming. All staff have been very polite & helpful. A very basic hotel. BUT. Right in the middle of everything (3 live music bars within 100 meters and in the room it was quiet). 200 meter to the beach. Restaurants, left and right. If you just look for a place to sleep and want to enjoy the beach and life. Perfect!

Good small hotel. Had a problem with early breakfast, they made mistake in date, but i had seen firstly wrote it correct. Breakfast is not bad, but its long only till 9.30. There is private parking for motobikes. Very good location. Clean room with safe, one free bottle of water per day. Can smoke in room.

Great price; Wi-Fi can be flaky. Hot water is an issue at times, but nothing major to complain about.
