A great property near Phuket’s beautiful yet less crowded Karon beach. Booked a hotel near Karon beach as Patong beach is usually very crowded. Exceeded my expectations! Value for Money! Great breakfast, super clean rooms and superb shower! Room was facing the road but I can barely hear any road noise! All staff are nice, lobby has a drink dispenser for guests and lastly location is perfect whether you want to go Rawai or Bang Tao direction.

The room was RM70 per night but we need to pay 3000baht for deposit when we check in at the counter. The deposit must pay by cash it is not friendly to tourist. We stay at different hotel for the previous day so we dont have enough cash to pay for it and the staff told us to withdraw cash at 7-11 to pay for deposit. We had a lovely stay, staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Online it says they have laundry facilities but when checking in they said they don’t. The food was ok but disappointed in the size of the burger. Overall I would recommend this place

I chose this hotel cos it's the most affordable in Karon and it's very convenient to go anywhere. It's the first time staying there. The room is spacious, however it's quite an old hotel. The location is convenient. There is an exchange boot right next to the entrance. The room was alright, you can partially see the ocean. But room needs an update. The price was one of the cheapest considering it located right across the beach. There is a pool on the roof. Service is good.

It could be really better if they fix the lift, its too hard to carry a lot of luggies by stairs if you are traveling with your family. If you take a room with seaview, be ready for 24 hours music sound coming from Outside.

Great relaxation combined with fitness!

You live in the jungle, and of course you will have pets (gikons). The nearest shops are 30 minutes walk away, there are a couple of delicious restaurants nearby. The view from the window is crazy. It is steep to go down to the beach along the stairs, and to go up too. But there is a shuttle, ask to take you. You get used to everything, and it was very sad to leave! 😘

One of the most amazing places we have stayed till date. It's a family run resort who take care of their guests like they are a part of their family. The place is awesome, the views are amazing. Rested in 2017 The hotel fully meets expectations: inexpensive, clean rooms, well located relative to the center, close to the beach. The reception has Russian-speaking staff, which is a big plus. We had breakfast meals, the choice of dishes was small, but everything was tasty and in abundance. I recommend for a budget holiday.

We were in this hotel last week..we went phuket without any booking..we just walk in rattana hotel and got room 500 baht a night..they said if we want breakfast we have to pay another 150 baht :) It was really cheap hotel good value.friendly staff and nice rooms. Beautiful modern hotel and exceptionally clean. Daily housekeeping service with 5 star amenities in room. Very comfortable bed with very nice interior. All rooms have private balcony with city and Mountain View. Located about 600-700 meters from Karon beach , small 5 mins walk . But they also provide regular shuttle bus service to/from the beach. The complex is nice and well maintained. The pool has a great view as it is located in what seems a jungle. Be careful with the mosquitoes as they are everywhere and you cannot survive without a mosquito spray.

First of all they clean the room every day 🥇 Second this place is like a hidden paradise... Exotic flowers and trees all around the hotel and you really loose the sense of time here. Such a beautifully manicured garden property. The pool was bliss, love that there was shade! I recommend renting a scooter, you can walk to the beach but sandals get old after 2 days of walking there and back. Despite being well of the street, occasional LOUD motorcycles can be heard throughout the night (yes, even 2am->5am), eaplugs were not enough. Lastly I’m 99% sure my VERY BAD case of food...

The best thing about this hotel is the jungle atmosphere. Other than that it's not so great. Our first day there, the wifi was down. It was repaired by the second day. The water pressure in the shower could have been better. The bed was very hard. The TV reception was terrible. The front door of our hotel room/bungalow was just a large sliding glass door with curtains. So it wasn't possible to leave...

It's cheap and close to lots of stuff but in my opinion there are much nicer places in Karon that aren't necessarily more expensive. We decided to move to a different hotel after a few days.

Very nice small hotel, friendly owner. Our large pool access room was great but bed quite firm and bathroom at the back small. Plenty hot water. Kettle, cups and coffee supplied Breakfast was included and more than acceptable, but do not expect the Thai dishes to be hot!. Poolside lunch menu too. Somewhat out of the way and up a hill so I would say a motorbike or car is essential to get to shops, beaches...

Excellent 7 night stay here, massive bed and separate sitting area, the balcony and pool were fab as well. This hotel is advertised as being in Karon Beach but it’s actually closer to Kata Beach which is within walking distance. The sunset view was amazing. We have used the Orange car Phuket (quickly found in google)twice now and have been very satisfied both times

It was convenient to walk to the two nearest beaches - Karon and Kata. Breakfast was included and quite tasty. The staff is responsive, but some of the rooms were flaws - had a rest in this hotel for three weeks, a week of which not booking a room, so settled in a different availability.

I had a great stay at this hotel as the staff were so lovely and kind. I had been given a room on the fourth floor and during the first night my air conditioning stopped working so I went and told the young man at the front desk at about 5:30am. He couldn’t change my room, ad it was quite early, but got me a fan which made do until I went back down a few hours later and talked with some other staff...

Disgusting Service, Breakfast too ?.

To say that this is the most disgusting hotel that I had a chance to visit - to say nothing... the promised 10-12 minutes from the sea in reality, 35-40. The rooms are old, the plumbing is dirty, covered in mould ?

Norms'. For one night. Rent stories. But keep to the most 14-00 before not for a moment admit.

The hotel is small but cozy and homely. Stayed in a superior room on the third floor overlooking the pool. The room is so-so. Nice huge bed, and a small fridge, an old TV and a clogged sink in the bathroom... Although for overnight stays - all you need is there... Don't take room with Windows to the road, it is noisy. On the positive side I will note panoramic Windows with access to spacious balcony...

Location is good and convenient , room is large, despite old but kept super clean. Breakfast is simple but decent , good value for money. Suggest to improve the quality of your shampoo , it is really of a bad quality one. We bought our own as it is not effective at all to clean .

Everything was great, breakfast included, the sweet & sour chicken in the breakfast menu was very delicious. Near by 7 Eleven, gas station, eateries, Kata night market and stuffs.

We had a great weeks stay at Baan Karon, we especially loved meeting Gunn at the poolbar, he was our instant friend and looked after us really well, we could not have had such a great time without him there. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned very well every day. The shower was lovely and hot with plenty of pressure. The bed was comfortable and super sized. Big thumbs up to our mate Gunn 👍

It's an OK hotel with very good service. A few minutes away from Karon and Kata beaches, but not that far. You can get a taxi for cheap to get there quickly, or take the shuttles in the morning. Kata night market is a 15-minute walk away. There's some good places to eat a few metres away on foot.

My partner and I stayed here for 8 nights and loved it. Rooms were lovely, breakfast was really good but best of all was the pool bartender Gunn. He truly made the stay a great time, he was extremely friendly, very attentive and made delicious cocktails. He was always up for a chat and gave us great recommendations around the area. I have already recommend this place to friends and look forward to...

Wonderful resort with AMAZING staff!! Gun who works at the pool bar was especially friendly and goes above and beyond! I would return for the people alone, but the rooms are also comfortable and the food is great :)

Attitude of the check-in duo needs attention. Maybe it's the language barrier but even then the Thai people are more friendly than these two.
