Description

Cozy secluded villas. One of the few luxury hotels that offer accommodation in villas in Kata beach. The hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. Recommend for couples and families with children.

Location: on Kata beach, in the South-Eastern part of Phuket island, 300 m from the beach, 50 km from the airport of Phuket.

Consists of four 1-storey Villa.

Total area: 300 m2 32.

Beach: public sandy beach in 400 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – no towels – free of charge.

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Deposit on the arrival day!

On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, SPA center, Laundry service, wireless Internet access in lobby (free)

    People 12 years old and over stay for THB 2,400 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
    Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

I booked this property for a trip with a small child. Then flash floods hit the area, damaging the infrastructure. They didn't communicate about the issue, and I found out about it randomly on the news. Imagine my shock seeing the property on one of the photos next to the report about a dozen dead and many misplaced.

They assured us that we'd be safe, but later, the government issued several warnings. Another landslide happened, and they again didn't care to talk to us. When asked about a refund, they refused, referring to their policies.

They knowingly put us in danger and lied to Booking support representatives about our safety.

The reviews seemed fine, and hopefully, you'll be okay, but don't expect them to care for you when an actual emergency arises.

On top of that, their communication was sparse, and even when I was open to taking some risks, they left us hanging for days, leaving us no choice but to cancel our trip to Phuket and take the issue to the bank.

THE most beautiful place I’ve had the pleasure to stay at. The villa was newly renovated, stunning design and at the best location of Phuket. I highly recommend Malisa Villas if you’re looking for top service and unforgettable experience.

Incredible stay at Malia’s Villa suites !! One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at 😍 The staff was super friendly & the whole place has been very well maintained. The location is very good and it’s very peaceful / quiet inside the resort. The breakfast was very fresh & delicious. Totally recommend anyone staying here whilst holidaying in Phuket ✨

Staff is super friendly, always ready to help and with a big smile. We came without previous booking and they gave us an amazing villa (superior villa with pool) it is super new, all top luxury. The breakfast can be served in the villa as well, which is amazing.

Beach is less than 5min walk, night Market is 2 min as well and they open all the time. Just grab the food and have it at your villa or the beach. Delicious food and cheap!

They also recommended where to take cooking class and what to do around the hotel.

We came for 2 nights and stayed 4 at the end!

Nice quiet spot in the more secluded part of kata beach but close walk to many nice restaurants and street food. Close walk to the kata beach although villa rooms provide a spacious pool! Midday check out was nice as well. All the staff were friendly - highly recommend this place

Only cons:
In house massage for 1000 not worth it, better to go on the street
Breakfast was fairly average but could do the job. Banana pancakes best pick.

I booked for the family suit room which is the highest category and most expensive, but I found out the room is undermaintenance, has broken furnitures, also very dusty and has nasty smell. Private pool has green water which made me scared of getting sick.
I requested for the new room or even the lower category one but with better hygiene, instead the hotel was asking me to pay for the extra bed!!. The reception couldn't give us any explanation and couldn't make a decision, and after 3 hours the executive or hotel owner allowed us to talk to her on the phone!!. Unbelievable the owner was yelling at us and being emotional insisted we couldn't get the new room until we had to send her family suit room pictures.
Don't come or stay at this hotel, don't waste you money, not worth anything dealing with this property.

This place is very quiet lovely friendly staff but villa look a bit old swimming pool about small quiet place suitable for family holiday

A five star experience. Amazing amenities and staff. The only factor against is that it is a few hundred meters from the beach (which is also not visible from the property). But if you have hired a scooter, that is barely a problem.
