Nice hotel overall. Great location and friendly staff. The only downside was that the room didn’t come with an iron, we had to go to a room at lobby to do ironing there. Still, a decent stay for the price.

Hotel was great. Great location, great for family with young kids, staff were all friendly and helpful, room was great. Just had a small issue with ants , but room service cleaned up and sorted. We had a lovely stay at OZO Phuket. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a good variety. The pool area was a highlight - complete with slides, jacuzzi, and a kids’ section. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach via a private access gate, and right across the street from convenience stores, restaurants, and night markets. Super convenient location for a relaxing getaway

The place smell, for some reason the smell didn't go away even after several days. There are hair on the bed when I check-in, the fake wooden floor tile is broken, which can easily scratch someone's foot.

Me and my son stayed here for two nights, we had an old room, but overall it was very comfortable. At here have all the great employees and Mr. tiger with fellow employees. The hotel is in a great location, next to Kata Beach. You can have breakfast while looking at the sea. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can pay for an extra bed if you bring a child. Excellent service and very nice accomodartions. Live jazz music every night until about 10 pm. Massage right across the street, 7-1, money conversion, local eateries are close by. We just stayed for one night. The room was small but very clean. The bathroom was not the greatest. When you showered the whole floor and toilet got wet. They organized us delicious breakfast boxes in the morning, as we had to leave early for a tour.
