WiFi is unusable. Terribly slow speeds. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent. Great views and nice enough staff but wouldn’t return.

Great hotel, it is a really big complex with many buildings, it features six restaurants, 5 swimming pools, 4 bars, two fitness centers, playground for kids, entertainment zone, spa, putting green, etc, etc... Really fun and convenient to stay there, you can also walk along the street to find many more stores like pharmacy, 7-eleven, money exchange, restaurants, etc. The breakfast is absolutely delicious...

We loved staying here during our trip to Thailand from August 5-12th 2024 😊 staff are so friendly and generally quite helpful. Staff at check in appeared unwelcoming. Rooms were basic, but enough for 5 nights stay. Housekeeping was ok. Be careful when walking around the pool area! It is incredibly slippery. People, especially children were falling all the time. On the 10th of August there was an accident where a lady fell down and was taken to the hospital by the ambulance. Hold your kid's hand all the time when walking around...

Kids enjoyed the pool. Big Slides landing area can be added additional safety measures... its very less height.. Room cleaning service is poor.

Absolutely loved this hotel. My only problem was there wasn't any entertainment for kids during the evening and that people were swimming around and generally drunk after 11pm at night making alot of noise. Location was great. Great hotel. Great service. Our package was a very good value package including flights, transportations, accommodation, food and beverages. Several Pools to choose from. A relaxing destination with great views. Service from all staff is excellent. Amazing resort! Very private pool villas (#8841) with a fantastic view and high standard amenities. The service is excellent. Hotel is good but their policy of providing just 2 water bottles a day and after that you will have to buy drinking water which is so ridiculous as I feel drinking water is a very requirement especially when you are in a tropical climate. Very nice. I went off season so it was quite quiet and empty. The beach nearby is extremely close, there is a free ride system to go to the beach and back every hour (also walkable 15 min). Incredible places to enjoy beautiful atmospheres. The most romantic sunset views in Kata Phuket. We were there for my birthday. Food was excellent and the staff professional and extremely friendly. Amazing location and service! Can defiantly say it’s more pricey than anything in Phuket. Haven’t stayed the rooms are very expensive but can imagine they would be lovely. Beutiful place to catch the sunset in Phucket. Very popular place for pictures. So can be very busy at sunset. Buggy service available 24/7 to transport you around the hotel. Valet parking available. Would recommend if you want to catch the sunset and take a cute pic by the pool.

We rested here with my wife and young son in May. I liked everything very much. An adult pool where you can lie down and read in silence. This is a nice facility in a good location. I feel they could make a better offering at pool bars and for food, I feel this is stripped down to the minimum. The hotel is lovely and the service is perfect. The view from the sea view rooms is phenomenal but there are no lifts and going up and down the stairs was exhausting because they were so many. They have a shuttle that can take you to the beach and to your room though.

Stayed here for 3 days. I enjoyed the stay here! The hotel's massive, with 2 giant swimming pools. Food options are amazing but only for breakfast. The lack of vegetarian options during lunch and dinner were so less that we had to eat elsewhere. Rooms were good, albeit quite small. Walking to the room took quite some time, with lots of stairs. We had another lovely stay here at Sugar Marina Nautical. We could walk to both surf beaches. Our room had a beautiful view and the staff Nook and Nandar were so kind and helpful. The decor is so cool. Very happy!

You will feel like VIP staying here. Get a room with access to the pool right out of your patio. And the morning breakfast is so delicious. You’ll have to take a nap afterwards…but that’s perfect because Kata Beach is a minute away. Get ready to be lulled to sleep by the soothing ocean waves. This review is actually for the food stand out front. If you are looking for a quick bite to take back to your hotel, this is perfect. They have big pork, beef, and chicken kebobs grilled while you wait. Served with a dipping sauce and a side salad. Stop by the minimart or Cafe Amazon next door for a drink and you are all set.

Stayed at Grand Kata for 3 weeks (4 adults and a 3 year old) We had the 3 bedroom (single level not duplex) which was massive. Would recommend that room for anyone traveling with families that wants space. I loved Sawasdee Village Resort. The resort is mesmerising, so beautiful and whilst you're in there you are taken into a different world and could be anywhere in Thailand and not in the middle of Kata. Shocked that anyone could rate Mom Tri’s villa less than 5 stars! My mum and I stayed here for over a week and it was perfect.
