WiFi is unusable. Terribly slow speeds. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent. Great views and nice enough staff but wouldn’t return.

Great hotel, it is a really big complex with many buildings, it features six restaurants, 5 swimming pools, 4 bars, two fitness centers, playground for kids, entertainment zone, spa, putting green, etc, etc... Really fun and convenient to stay there, you can also walk along the street to find many more stores like pharmacy, 7-eleven, money exchange, restaurants, etc. The breakfast is absolutely delicious...

Kids enjoyed the pool. Big Slides landing area can be added additional safety measures... its very less height.. Room cleaning service is poor.

Absolutely loved this hotel. My only problem was there wasn't any entertainment for kids during the evening and that people were swimming around and generally drunk after 11pm at night making alot of noise. Location was great. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would recommend to families. We hired a car for our stay and there were so many attractions within 20 minutes of the hotel

We are loving our stay here. Staff is great food is good and pool is awesome for kids. We didn’t get the view that we hoped for as I thought I bought poolside view but that’s ok. Really enjoyed our stay! Staff were friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. It’s clean and has a beautiful view. A bonus that their breakfast buffet has a wonderful selection and good food. You can walk to the beach and nearby shops/markets. It is on a hill so be aware that the walk back up is a challenge but manageable.

Amazing resort! Very private pool villas (#8841) with a fantastic view and high standard amenities. The service is excellent. Especially enjoyed the shuttle service up to my villa by the always friendly staff. The breakfast close to the beach is diverse and the soft sand beach itself is a joy. Will definitely be back.

Hotel is good but their policy of providing just 2 water bottles a day and after that you will have to buy drinking water which is so ridiculous as I feel drinking water is a very requirement especially when you are in a tropical climate. Very nice. I went off season so it was quite quiet and empty. The beach nearby is extremely close, there is a free ride system to go to the beach and back every hour (also walkable 15 min). Amazing location and service! Can defiantly say it’s more pricey than anything in Phuket. Haven’t stayed the rooms are very expensive but can imagine they would be lovely. Beutiful place to catch the sunset in Phucket. Very popular place for pictures. So can be very busy at sunset. Buggy service available 24/7 to transport you around the hotel. Valet parking available. Would recommend if you want to catch the sunset and take a cute pic by the pool.

Stayed here for 5 nights and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pool is great for both adults and kids and there is a back gate (for guests only) which takes you out on to the road leading straight to the beach which is very convenient. This is a nice facility in a good location. I feel they could make a better offering at pool bars and for food, I feel this is stripped down to the minimum. Stayed here for 3 days. I enjoyed the stay here! The hotel's massive, with 2 giant swimming pools. Food options are amazing but only for breakfast. Great place in Kata, got a one bedroom apartment. Great space even if you have to work. In the 5th floor there is a pool with a great view for stunning sunsets. The staff is quite friendly. Shocked that anyone could rate Mom Tri’s villa less than 5 stars! My mum and I stayed here for over a week and it was perfect. Nice location with direct access to the KATA beach. Overseeing the ocean from the room is amazing while you can tune into ocean wave. Breakfast room is fantastic with topview scenery of Adaman sea. Nice and clean pool, bar by the pool with traditional happy hour and on a spot you can order food and drinks and jump back to the pool after nice meal. Excellent hotel...The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really go the extra mile to accommodate any requests. The hotel is a little out of the way from the beach and town but Yama Hotel offer a regular shuttle service. I really enjoyed my stay at the Yama Hotel. Great hotel Stayed here for 22 days. Long enough to find any disadvantages. There are none or them, if you are lucky enough with the room and if you don’t care about noise and the fact that you will need a car or a bike to get to any civilization :)
