All went well. Good and fast services with friendly staffs.

I only stayed for two nights, but they upgraded my room twice. The first night I stayed in an ocean view room, and the second night I was upgraded to a villa with a private pool. I’m truly grateful. The breakfast is dedicate, the room is big and comfy, I would love to stay here again next time

We booked a garden view room, under the assumption that it would be at the beach front hotel (just looking to the garden rather than the beach). But once we arrived, we were told that our room was actually on the other building, which is not beach front (in has a street in between). They should clearly state this in the booking details. All in all we had a very nice stay together with our 3 year old son. Room was ok, but a bit moist. There is a kids club as well as many other (pool) activities available for children, which was very important for us. Nice hotel overall. Great location and friendly staff. The only downside was that the room didn’t come with an iron, we had to go to a room at lobby to do ironing there. Still, a decent stay for the price.

Hotel was great. Great location, great for family with young kids, staff were all friendly and helpful, room was great. Just had a small issue with ants , but room service cleaned up and sorted. The staff was polite and helpful all of requirement. The waterpark was very fun, We can play all day. However, my room so many mosquitoes, the breakfast not various. and should be to clearly smoking area(We can smell cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel such as reception, pool).

The pool area is gorgeous and great to relax in how ever the room we got was nothing I expected. Two singles beds pushed together. Mattress so worn with no back support what so ever, my wife and i woke up sore everyday. A shower that requires a step ladder to climb inside a bathtub. Also the water pressure fluctuates and along with the hot water and cold. Definitely not pleasant.Nothing to watch on...

Could do better. Towels don't get changed even after requested took over an hour. Poor selection for breakfast. A very poor display of a buffet, cold eggs, no bacon and chicken boiled sausages cold. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is quite far from the airport—over an hour’s drive. Some of the facilities also had issues. We had a lovely stay at OZO Phuket. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a good variety. The pool area was a highlight - complete with slides, jacuzzi, and a kids’ section. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach via a private access gate, and right across the street from convenience stores, restaurants, and night markets. Super convenient location for a relaxing getaway

We spent 1 week here. We had such a wonderful time. My children were so happy and the staff were amazing. Especially the reception staff, particularly Nancy. Thank you for being so amazing. We loved every moment of it. Highly reccomend this place for any family.

We stayed 6 nights at this hotel and the big family room was spacious and fine for a family of 5. The resort is old and needs refurbishment in the main pool area. The area for small kids had damaged flooring with big open holes. Breakfast was OK, other meals and drinks were a bit expensive compared to other locations. Slightly underwhelming, we stayed for two nights and ordered room service on the first night. The bedsheets and pillow case was supposed to be change every day unless requested. Both our pillow case and sheets were not changed like we were told. For the price we paid, that should be an absolute minimum.

The place smell, for some reason the smell didn't go away even after several days. There are hair on the bed when I check-in, the fake wooden floor tile is broken, which can easily scratch someone's foot.

Room was very convenient, breakfast was also decent. Bed was very firm but comfortable & pillows were perfect. Shower door sealing was not great & water kept seeping through. Walk to the beach was ok and they have a shuttle bus at fixed times. All amenities just a stone throw away such as night market, laundry and good restaurants...our favourite Suger Shack.

Me and my son stayed here for two nights, we had an old room, but overall it was very comfortable. At here have all the great employees and Mr. tiger with fellow employees. The pool is lovely and big. you do not have to worry about going to the beach It's not far from the lodge. But the car park is not very wide.

Incredible places to enjoy beautiful atmospheres. The most romantic sunset views in Kata Phuket. We were there for my birthday. Food was excellent and the staff professional and extremely friendly. Amazing location and service! Can defiantly say it’s more pricey than anything in Phuket. Haven’t stayed the rooms are very expensive but can imagine they would be lovely. Beautiful sunset view, my man and I really enjoyed our night here! Really random drive hike to get to Kata Rocks but definitely worth it!

Beutiful place to catch the sunset in Phucket. Very popular place for pictures. So can be very busy at sunset. Buggy service available 24/7 to transport you around the hotel. Valet parking available. Would recommend if you want to catch the sunset and take a cute pic by the pool.

Great view. Modern, clean and nice accommodation. But the service was not impressive. Disappointed! Lobby was not welcoming at all.

Very comfortable, rich breakfast

I have to complain. This 3,000+ hotel is really the same quality as a 300-yuan hotel in China. When I booked the hotel, I saw some comments saying that this houseboat hotel is of the same quality as a domestic budget hotel. But I saw a lot of good reviews at the time, so I still booked it. The hotel is in a great location, next to Kata Beach. You can have breakfast while looking at the sea. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can pay for an extra bed if you bring a child. It costs about 200 yuan per night for a child, including breakfast. The facilities are a little old, but overall it meets expectations and is well received.

The hotel is old but clean, we bought it for one night, the only one available, has its own convenient parking. And a wonderful beach, not far from the mountain there is a super (mom tri,s kitchen) restaurant, convenient if you have a car. Thank you for your stay.
