Resort living in Thailand with excellent facilities and large sized rooms. However seems to be designed to cater to the western mindset and provide familiar elements from home

All in all a good place for families with young children or for people looking for a beach vacation that isolates themselves from the realities of the surrounding village

Great hotel, it is a really big complex with many buildings, it features six restaurants, 5 swimming pools, 4 bars, two fitness centers, playground for kids, entertainment zone, spa, putting green, etc, etc

We are here for the third time. Space, lots of pools, friendly staff. As we 3rd time, we everywhere 10% discount and free Wi Fi THROUGHOUT the hotel. From the beach to the sea 15 meters

Really fun and convenient to stay there, you can also walk along the street to find many more stores like pharmacy, 7-eleven, money exchange, restaurants, etc

Luxury :) expensive, beautiful. Around the hotel is very well-kept area where it is pleasant to be. In the rooms, paid wifi, the Breakfast of stale fruit

Good hotel with good facilities for kids. Multiple Pools and water slides particularly good, watch your inflatables aren't left anywhere more than 5 mins as they can go missing - happened twice in a week to us

Has a kids club with some limited but fun activities and is a good place for the kids to hangout. Overall Staff extremely friendly and attentive and really try their best

Breakfast selection very good and food of good quality - just a little chaotic in the restaurant at peak times around 9am. Hotel is in a good location close to other bars and restaurants and the beach as well

Housekeeping was good, our room was cleaned everyday, and whenever we had an issue (one night the door lock ran out of batteries so the keycard didn’t work) staff were up to solve the problem instantly

Just outside the hotel is a bustling street full of good restaurant options too, aswell as cafes and of course a 7-11

I will also say it is cheaper to buy drinks and ice creams etc just at the shops just outside of the hotel, for example a drinks (soda) can will cost you 20 baht in the shops but 75 baht in the resort but I suppose that may be due to convenience, however the shops are just quite literally outside the resort

Beautiful resort with a variety of pools & lush green sitting areas. Spacious rooms & very good breakfast. Excellent location, walking to all shops, restaurants & beach. Lovely staff!

The pool area is gorgeous and great to relax in how ever the room we got was nothing I expected. Two singles beds pushed together. Mattress so worn with no back support what so ever, my wife and i woke up sore everyday

Stand type motel room but kept very clean and tidy, staff were friendly and very helpful. Had an all you can eat breakfast included, which catered for all tastes. Overall had a relaxing time. Good value for the price

Excellent hotel in a very good location. Great proximity to beach,night life,markets,7eleven. Breakfast buffet could be better in terms of variety ,no cheese or cold cuts,also no pastries

Lots of steps and steep ramps with no handrails. Breakfast was very average, same every day. Shuttle bus only one way to Kata beach, about a 15 minute walk back, lots of markets and restaurants on the way

Staff are wonderful, room was nice but basic. Cleaned daily, fresh towels and water daily. Pools are lovely but no handrails for easy access. Lovely place but not suitable for mobile disability

For a hotel in this price range, we expected this amenity to be included. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend OZO Hotel for its cleanliness, excellent location, and friendly atmosphere!

The staff is the heart of this hotel, they are all incredibly friendly and helpful and speaking good english! The location is very good, you can reach the beach easily through the back door which has secured access

One of the small yet memorable highlights of our stay was the kind and cheerful gardener who greeted us with a warm smile and a “good morning” every day as we headed to breakfast

The hotel's location is excellent—just a short 5-minute walk to the beautiful Kata Beach, which made our trip even more enjoyable

Improvements that could be made : - new sunbeds, they are all pretty damaged - chocolate dip (such as Nutella) in the breakfast - slices of cheese / chicken / ham in the breakfast

The best part about this hotel is definitely the 2 swimming pools absolutely massive and very beautiful. The hotel rooms themselves are good but not outstanding. The staff are all friendly and always ready to help

While other guests might have an issue with this, I welcomed the stroll. Our rooms were spacious enough and had a balcony with a good view of the beach. The swimming pool was a good place to swim and relax

Stayed here as a family of 4 with two kids. Excellent location to the beach and nearby restaurants. Staff very polite, courteous and always helpful. We stayed in a room with a sea view which was beautiful

Had a great 3 night stay. Clean rooms and kind staff. The hotel has perfect location to walk around the shops at Kata Beach and easy access to the beach itself. Huge rooms and comfortable bed.

Only downside is the number of steps to reach the room. However this did not ruin our stay but just something to be mindful about when booking. We absolutely loved our stay here

Chanalai Garden Resort was grand, both in aesthetic and in size. From the hotel entrance to our rooms, my friends and I had to walk quite a distance and take three elevators

The staffs are excellent, smiling and the atmosphere at the hotel is nice. Breakfast has many menus and tastes very good. Hotel near the market and Kata Beach.

Suggest adding more beds at the pool because there are not enough for the guests. But there are only 10 beds, not enough. As for the food and beverage service, the room is good. The only complaint is about the beds

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's been my third time staying there. It's in good location, not too far from Kata beach. The room were clean and bed were very comfortable

The hotel is very good, great pool. The food is very tasty, I liked it. The room is not big, but there was enough space for everyone (there were three of us)

Great location, close to food shops and markets, and bars. Hotel is nice and comfy, the rooms are okay but they are good for the cheaper price. Friendly service, and the tour desk in the reception area is sensational

We liked the hotel! The rooms are cozy, with comfortable furniture and all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness is maintained at a high level, which is always an important factor for us

• re-silicone the showers - ours were looking worse for wear! • replace the laminate furniture in the room because it's seemingly not coping with the humidity. • put a non-slip coating on the room and hallway tiles

These are dangerously slippery when wet, which they often are after people have been at the pools. I think giving guests extra bath mats would be a helpful thing to do until the slipperiness is addressed

The lobby was a nice place to just relax and play board games or pool. The cabaret night with buffet dinner was worth it! The kids' cooking class is a little less worthy

There were times we would get out of the pool, dry and change (as you can't go into kids club wet), just to find they'd switched the activity to simple colouring pages

The hotel is situated on a hill, but you can walk it if you're prepared for a couple minutes of physical exertion

it's rather brief with the ingredients prepared and measured already (kid just needs to put them together)

Front desk staff were good and maintenance staff as well. Our only issue was with the housekeeping staff who were inconsistent in their cleaning and times

My children were so happy and the staff were amazing. Especially the reception staff, particularly Nancy. Thank you for being so amazing. Highly reccomend this place for any family

We stayed at Centara Kata Resort for nine nights, and loved it. The room was perfect (we had a family room - three adults and a baby). The breakfast buffet was really nice, they had different and new things each morning

Great staff at hotel very friendly and helpful special thanks to Ohm Coach Joy Giff & Wan for making our visit so enjoyable. More positives than negatives points. Kids pool floor badly needs re painting

They also have a play centre, so we could take the 8-month old baby there and there was a soft mat and toys for her to play with. Special shout out to Mark and June! They made the whole stay really fun

The food in the evening was also really great. We did a cooking class and absolutely loved it. The food we made was delicious and the experience was so fun! That’s a must do if you’re into Thai food

Staff is really friendly and always happy to help. They have a big swimming pool, that works all day and all night. Nearby restaurant has the best staff. They have really good evenings, when so talented singer comes

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of cuisines albeit the flavor of some could be better. Excellent variety of fresh tropical fruits to start the day with

The orchidacea hotel, is a lovely hotel with excellent views of the sea, well positioned for the bwach, the rooms were spacious and very clean though lacking a bit of cupboard space, house keeping did a fantastic job, the staff all around the hotel were polite, helpful and accommodating and couldn't do enough to help when ever we asked, the pool was warm and inviting after laying I the hot sun, breakfast...

30 and offered everything one would need. My only issue was the steps up th my amazing room, they were a bit difficult at the end of the day, although the hotel did offer a shuttle up if needed

Great hotel, you get to see the view of the beach. There are no elevators to your rooms so everything is walking. If you stay on the 5th floor , you have to climb up those crazy stairs

Service is superb, staff friendly food great and they simply cannot do enough for you. The rooms are large and spacious, beautiful views - prob one of the best places i have ever stayed in

Jan 30, 31 and Feb 1 We stayed in suite 820, Pool Access Room for 3 nights: $299. Very convenient location, behind Kata Walking Street. Near all the convenience and walking distance to the beach

Bathroom was like a spa bathroom, with massive bath, shower and lovely vanity. The pool is amazing and everything was very clean. Breakfast was good, your usual Thailand breakfast with a mix of western and thai options

Comfortable bed, clean and lovely shower. The 2 pools were nice and the food was pretty good as well. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a very good budget resort

Although the hotel is lovely and the rooms are beautiful including breakfast, the location is not the best it's very hilly and there a lot of effort to reach your rooms if your on one of the top floors, lift to level 4, then a walk to the other side of the hotel , a lift from level 4 to level 9 then another to flights of stairs I mean it's a lot

Nice hotel, but location not good, far from eateries. They have a bus but is always stuck in traffic that then takes too long.

Stayed here for 3 nights oct 22 - 25 2024. Staff were nice and welcoming. Rooms were nice, big and spacious. Had all the basic amenities; kettle, safe etc. Massive bathtub and a very spacious shower

Indian food is superb, I would recommend having food here instead of going out or order delivery. Views are great from sea view rooms. Location is bit odd on a steep hill so it's not walkable in my opinion

Incredible stay at Malia’s Villa suites !! One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at 😍 The staff was super friendly & the whole place has been very well maintained

If you get to the bottom of detail: 1) constantly dokh conditioner, we even moved once, but they did it quickly and in the next room 2) breakfast only 3 to choose from quickly bored 3) half of the villas are being renovated, but thank God we have not heard anything, because Were at the very end of the hotel where all the villas are working 4) A lot of mosquitoes in the evening, but there are funds...

The breakfast can be served in the villa as well, which is amazing. Beach is less than 5min walk, night Market is 2 min as well and they open all the time. Just grab the food and have it at your villa or the beach
