The pool area is gorgeous and great to relax in how ever the room we got was nothing I expected. Two singles beds pushed together. Mattress so worn with no back support what so ever, my wife and i woke up sore everyday. A shower that requires a step ladder to climb inside a bathtub. Also the water pressure fluctuates and along with the hot water and cold. Definitely not pleasant.Nothing to watch on...

Excellent hotel in a very good location. Great proximity to beach,night life,markets,7eleven. Breakfast buffet could be better in terms of variety ,no cheese or cold cuts,also no pastries. Bathroom in room is quite old and dated but other than these minor things the hotel is fantastic. Staff are very accommodating and super 👌 👍 friendly. Loved our stay 1000%.

Could do better. Towels don't get changed even after requested took over an hour. Poor selection for breakfast. A very poor display of a buffet, cold eggs, no bacon and chicken boiled sausages cold. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is very good, great pool. The food is very tasty, I liked it. The room is not big, but there was enough space for everyone (there were three of us). The girls at the reception are very nice and smiling, they helped with everything.

The room we had was great the bed was real comfortable and he fact we had a small balcony was a plus where we could sit and have a few drinks and it was close to many places to go out to eat or have a drink

Good hotel, I was their first guest after COVID-19 which was pretty neat. They were very attentive, they even noticed I bought extra waters so they just gave me more bottles for free. Lots of good fruits at breakfast. Distance to the beach was nice. I would've stayed longer but unfortunately the area (kata beach) was not fully opened yet so there weren't many lunch & dinner options nearby. Very friendly...

Clean, relaxing place, relatively close to the beach. The only complaint I have is the unreliable wifi. Friendly staff, even though they couldn't resolve my problem with the internet connection, they did their best, it's not their fault but property's responsability to provide a proper connection, or taking it out of the facilities offered to their clients.

A fairly cheap hotel. We went during the low season. Breakfast was a bit rubbish but it's cheap enough to eat out. The air con kept breaking down in our room. The staff were polite and helpful. There is a swimming pool that those on the ground floor have right outside of their balcony which is great when you want a dip but not so great when you are nursing a hangover and you hear everyone else splashing...

Very close to Main Street, that’s why there is very loud. The room wasn’t clean, especially bathroom. We slept not in the main building, but 200m away, the building had no reception and was not locked.

Very quiet and clean houses, big comfortable terace, great place to stay. The pool is very small, only usable for children. Beach is about a 500m walk because the direct path is private area, closed by a hotel. Birds wakes you up early, so I recommend some earplugs. One of the best restaurant of Kata noi is at the corner, you should try it if you stay here.

Very nice place! We stayed at one of the villas and we where wery satisfied. The villa was large and came with everything you needed. The Beach is Just at short walk away and its the absoult best Beach in phuket! The pool was nice and clean and they had a pool bar if you should need something. Great place to stay. We paid RM1400 for 6 nights. A good bargain. Our villa is next to the swimming pool. There are restaurants, sundry shop and 7E within walking distance, but there's no decent bar around. The bathroom could be better if the water pressure issue is fixed. Friendly staff.

As for me the best beach on phuket island where i was. Water like the picture clean and clear. And above all high waves !! They can knock down the beach 😀 I highly recommend the Passion Fruit shake right at the entrance to the beach. And finally a phenomenal sunset.

Cheap simple hotel, included toiletries. There's no elevator so I had to take my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. It's located in the side streets, which was a bit dark due to not many street lights walking out alone at 7pm at night. Walking up the stairs to the hotel was loud. The hotel’s location was great, and the front desk staff was friendly. I booked a deluxe double room with enough space. However, the daily general cleaning was inadequate. My bedding remained unchanged for the week, and the toilet and sink were uncleaned. It felt like the bare minimum was done.

We arrived to Kata Garden Resort and was pleasantly surprised. It was better than we had expected. We were not wanting a 5 star hotel, we were looking for a hotel that felt like the real Thailand. Overall wasn't as nice as it seemed online. The walk to our room must have been a quarter mile up/down poorly lit stairs and a hill. Given this crazy hike, we only went to our rooms to retire for the night and made an effort to stay our all day, no matter how tied or sunburned we were. The rooms were large, but reminded me of being in a hospital. The porch lights didn't ever seem to turn off, so...

Amazing place built on the side of the mountain with a breathtaking inner scenery. Was like a dream and really enjoyed our 4nights stay here. Wish we could stay longer. Got a deluxe bungalow, the inside is decorated in old thai fashion and it matches the atmosphere. Nanny was an awesome host and did her utmost to make my stay enjoyable. Location is fantastic and nightlife around there sensational compared with Patong - no sell boards. When I stuffed up my return flight to Bankok Nanny helped sort it out. Very clean and serviced daily.

I loved being so close to the beach, but not right on it! The manager and housekeepers were so sweet. They made us feel comfortable and gave us extra towels and water bottles. They also had towels and boogie boards to use at the beach, which was such a nice touch.

Location versus price..... Wow this is great, 50 - 70 m from the beach. If you choose the Bungalows you live high up so you can see the ocean from you "veranda" over the other buildings.
