Great, central location to food, beverages and shopping. Unfortunately, due to a hotel across the road, you do have to walk around to get to the beach which is about 10min depending how fast you walk. The staff are frindly. Special mention to Kaew in the restaurant for her lovely personality and friendliness. The resort is a little dated and could do with some improvements but overall it was good value

Surprised us with a security deposit on arrival which wasn't nice. Card can take up to a month to refund which is ridiculous. Cash preferred but you kinda want that for spending elsewhere. This is a nice facility in a good location. I feel they could make a better offering at pool bars and for food, I feel this is stripped down to the minimum. Meanwhile, signs in the facility advising 'fines' for consumption of food and drink from outside. Guests are not paying much attention to this however. I think we'd probably stay again if we visited Kata Beach, assuming the same price point.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's been my third time staying there. It's in good location, not too far from Kata beach. The room were clean and bed were very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. So recommended!!!

Very quiet and clean houses, big comfortable terace, great place to stay. The pool is very small, only usable for children. Beach is about a 500m walk because the direct path is private area, closed by a hotel. Birds wakes you up early, so I recommend some earplugs. One of the best restaurant of Kata noi is at the corner, you should try it if you stay here.

Very nice place! We stayed at one of the villas and we where wery satisfied. The villa was large and came with everything you needed. The Beach is Just at short walk away and its the absoult best Beach in phuket! The pool was nice and clean and they had a pool bar if you should need something. The Staff was helpful and an ekstra thumbs up for the people that cleaned the rooms👍

Great place to stay. We paid RM1400 for 6 nights. A good bargain. Our villa is next to the swimming pool. There are restaurants, sundry shop and 7E within walking distance, but there's no decent bar around. The bathroom could be better if the water pressure issue is fixed. Friendly staff.

A fairly cheap hotel. We went during the low season. Breakfast was a bit rubbish but it's cheap enough to eat out. The air con kept breaking down in our room. The staff were polite and helpful. The room we had was great the bed was real comfortable and he fact we had a small balcony was a plus where we could sit and have a few drinks and it was close to many places to go out to eat or have a drink

Nai helped me very much with all my issues and documents I needed to enter Thailand (Test & Go). He was all the time there when I had a problem. Without him I probably would not have made it to Phuket. Honestly he is an exceptional receptionist. I probably haven't seen better hotel services than he provides. Hotel has an awesome location, walk outside and you’re on the market for food or to buy something. Beach is about 10 min walk. Rooms are clean and spacious but no outside light, and the people at the desk aren’t the best in their English. Great value for money.

Very close to Main Street, that’s why there is very loud. The room wasn’t clean, especially bathroom. We slept not in the main building, but 200m away, the building had no reception and was not locked.

Good hotel, I was their first guest after COVID-19 which was pretty neat. They were very attentive, they even noticed I bought extra waters so they just gave me more bottles for free. Clean, relaxing place, relatively close to the beach. The only complaint I have is the unreliable wifi. Friendly staff, even though they couldn't resolve my problem with the internet connection, they did their best, it's not their fault but property's responsability to provide a proper connection, or taking it out of the facilities offered to their clients.

Hotel has a pool :) OK hotel for economical vacation. In the rooms, not to say luxury, but your money will go. :) children can be, but not on the second floor - no ramps, stroller to get.

Nothing very wpe about this hotel. It is well located but the room itself had a door to the next room. Even though it qas locked, it was weird. The bed was comfortable and the pool was nice too.

I liked my stay here, will be back... I liked pool, restaurant and market next door really good food, staff, security. We tipped those that clean rooms everyday... very well done.. hard workers. The landscapers do good job also, plants trees in good shape. The only thing would recommend is bringing more fresh water into room as may need more then 2 bottles a day as provided. Overall AAA++

I visited this hotel with my wife at the beginning of March. The hosts are friendly. Of all the hotels offered, we chose this one and did not regret it. We arrived to Kata Garden Resort and was pleasantly surprised. It was better than we had expected. We were not wanting a 5 star hotel, we were looking for a hotel that felt like the real Thailand. Overall wasn't as nice as it seemed online. The walk to our room must have been a quarter mile up/down poorly lit stairs and a hill. Given this crazy hike, we only went to our rooms to retire for the night and made an effort to stay our all day, no matter how tied or sunburned we were.
