The Spa Garden Hotel

I had a lovely stay at The Spa Garden, Koh Samui. The location is fantastic—just a short distance from the famous Overlapping Rock and Lamai Beach, making it easy to explore some of the island’s best sights.

The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and felt like a perfect home base for my trip. What truly made my stay special was the owner and the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

I absolutely loved my time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Koh Samui

Stayed here while on a fit camp nearby and it was a great base. The minimalist room was cool, spacious and spotless. Nice big towels, water each day and the management was super friendly and helpful. The pool was nice (and very clean). Plenty of eating options and supermarkets close by, but it’s a bit far from the beach if that’s your thing. They were doing some renovations right next to our room while we were staying, but the builders were extremely polite and kept any noise to a minimum, so not an issue at all (and a sign of good management). I think it’s spa facilities being built, which would be a welcome addition.

Stayed for a month and even came back later for another week.
Location is somewhat far from the beach but you can just walk there or go with bike.
7/11 in front is also major plus.
Linda is an amazing owner, very nice and always trying to help.
Rooms are very big and well equipped with an amazing bed!
Pool is really clean and not too much chlorine!
It’s a more quiet style resort, no bar or restaurant.

The best people, location, services and rooms. Everything is very clean. The room has everything you need for comfortable stay.

We did 1 week Koh Fit program and stayed at Spa Garden. You can rent a bike, swim in the pool.
Also, lots of cafes are near, laundry, 7/11.
I will highly recommend this place for all my friends !

A wonderful hotel at an affordable price! Clean, large rooms & a beautiful pool/outdoor area. The staff were lovely and Max and Linda went above and beyond to make my stay easy and enjoyable as a solo traveler. It is a family-run resort and they were extremely helpful, kind and fun to chat with. Highly recommend!

We spent 5 weeks at spa garden whilst training with Koh fit. The rooms are simple, large, clean (with a mini fridge/freezer), smart tv and good WiFi. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning was excellent and completed on request. We always found every one of the staff friendly, professional and kind. The Spa Garden was a relaxing place to stay while I was in Koh Samui on a fitness programme. Linda and Yoyo were very welcoming, looking after my every need and even assisting me in renting a scooter that got delivered just after my arrival through an affiliated rental business with ease and no requirement for a deposit. It felt like coming home each day!

The rooms have recently been updated and have powerful ACs and great quality, large smart TVs. The house keepers are so lovely and do such a great job maintaining the rooms and the property.

The hotel is located on a main road but was quiet inside. While not located at the beach, if you have a scooter it’s not hard to get to any of the main attractions/restaurants etc.

Excellent Stay at The Spa Garden Resort Samui!
I've been staying at The Spa Garden Resort Samui for several years now when I visit Thailand, and it continues to impress me, especially with the recent upgrades made by the new owners. The beautiful landscaping adds a serene and tropical atmosphere to the resort, making it feel like a true getaway. One of the standout improvements are the brand-new, large Samsung Smart TVs in every room—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island.
The bathrooms are spotless, and They don’t have that sewer smell that other hotels sometimes have in Thailand. The service has always been fantastic, and Khun YoYo, who has been working here for many years, is especially helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. The housekeepers are excellent.
If you're planning a trip to Lamai, I fully recommend staying at The Spa Garden Resort. It's a hidden gem that continues to get better with time!
