Having booked our superior villa 7 month ago and having stayed before in a superior villa we where given what can only be discribed as 2 rooms off a courtyard we had to go outside to go to the kitchen or bathroom. The pool was very small and dirty in a very dark location. The place was very insecure with no master door to the building only a gate .However it would be very easy for someone who wanted to enter the building illegally e.g a burglar etc to do so very easily by climbing the 6ft wall. The place was not what we booked as advertised We expressed our concern would be very easy for someone who wanted to enter the building illegally e.g a burglar etc to do so very easily by climbing the 6ft wall. There were several text messages between ourselves and the manager via the receptionist expressing our disappointment and offer compromises to pay more money for a different department, The manager wasn't interested refused to come and meet us and then cancelled our booking with the reason we failed to turn up ehen we were actually sat in the reception We were then left stranded in koh samui, not able to speak the language tired from a very long journey angry,frightened and frustrated. Fortunately a taxi driver came to our aid and we ended up in the Chawang Garden Beach resort for not much more money and a much much higher standard of facilities, location and service

Luxurious feel, w/ private pool, but a few serious design issues
Liked · The pool was amazing, excellent staff, totally private villa, and excellent value for money.
Nice front yard, and a fully fenced in private property for yourself.
Spacious rooms, and just a great private vibe overall.
Disliked · You may not be able to tell from the pictures, but the villa is basically 3 separate rooms (BR 1, BR 2, and Kitchen) that all don't connect through a hallway. They all have their own doors to the outside, which means that you need to go outside just to get from the BR to the kitchen. You also need to open and close all the doors behind you to prevent mosquitos (instead of just one main door like in a typical villa or apartment).
Even worse, is that the bathroom and shower are not en suite, which means you need to go outdoors to get to and from the shower. The shower, toilet, and vanity area are all not air conditioned so it can get real hot while you use the bathroom or shower which is annoying.
The villa could also be a bit cleaner.

Horrible experience overall - brought to our room when the cleaning lady was still mopping the floor, the room looked nothing like the photos online, old and worn out, moldy wash basin, faulty shower sprinkler, insects roaming free, curtains couldn't even be fully closed. No slippers, no toothbrush or toothpaste provided even upon request (for a 3-star hotel nonetheless). Highly recommend staying away from this hotel.

If you are looking for an adventure and challenging experience featuring centipede and cockroaches, then this will be the accommodation for you. Else, please stay away. The whole place is not properly maintained and very run down. It's so different from the photos they post. The air conditioning in the living room is faulty. The bedrooms have mouldy smell.
We request to change and willing to downgrade the rooms but each rooms have it own individual problem, either a dead hornet, no hot water, or another cockroach. In the end we changed to another hotel instead in the middle of the night.

Responsibility -1000000 I booked a hotel for 4 nights, but I got a problem from the first night because there were rats or something running around on the rooftop creating a nuisance, which made me unable to sleep all night, btw the hotel agreed to refund the first night's fee BUT after that they changed it to 50% 40% until their final answer was to reduce the first night room fee for me 400 baht from 3400. If not ok, I have to call the police to mediate. What kind of responsibility is that? I'm a guest. I paid! Why should I ask for responsibility? Why don't you guys present a more appropriate sounding responsibility? anyway I won't come back again!

Decent place to stay, walking distance from Chaweng beach road (15 min), bedding is comfortable, villas have a good layout & villa is clean. Lot of mosquitoes manage to get inside as the doors have pretty big gaps.

The housekeeping staff were great as was the lady at the pool. But no one could speak English very well at all. This facility is advertised with a restaurant which is a few outdoor tables beside the pool. There are 3 things available before 3pm. The a/c is terrible - the display shows it’s always between 25 and 30 and it’s always stifling inside. The power (voltage?) is problematic taking hours & hours to charge an iPad. There’s a club nearby with very loud base (boom) all night - it closes at 7am!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. Villas was spacious and super clean with all the amenities. What we loved about the villa is small pool and private entrance with a outdoor shower. The interior of the dining hall and rooms were beautiful.

Nice cozy clean place, lil bit of a walk or distanced from main area like chaeweng so some kinda transportation needed. Room was exactly as described on their webpage. We would recommend if you don’t mind the distance.

The villas have nice interior and decent private pool, but our room was mouldy and very humid. Good value for money. Location is odd, on a hill and right next to a club, bring earplugs!
