We stayed a month at this location and actually contemplated extending it because we enjoyed ourselves so much. The location is PERFECT! Within walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops and the gym. The staff are so friendly and the room cleanings are great! We had the loft suite and it had tons of space and the shower pressure was good. Toward the end of the stay they added a water, coffee and tea station with sugar and creamer which is super unique and a nice perk :). The internet is a little hit and miss but WAY better than a lot of other accommodations we have stayed. Overall we would totally recommend this place. If you have any concerns the staff will make sure you are happy!

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff with great cleaning and towel replacement. The shower is not completely great as it doesn’t get 37 degrees but that’s the only thing

Early bookings with a low price lead to cancellations 2 months before arrival under suspicious reasons such as emergency and alleged renovations. Renovation in high season? An emergency that was known about 2 months in advance? In fact, we were in a reputable accommodation and could see that the promised apartment was occupied. Conclusion: It's about the price, which the operator did not want to stick to. The behavior of *********** is particularly annoying. Nice, friendly "oh, we're sorry" and "I'm so sorry," but no involvement in the business practices of this dubious hotel operator. A shame, because we had a pleasant stay there years ago. Cheap offers should therefore be treated with caution.

We made a reservation 5 months in advance. A month before they tell us that there was a mistake and that they did not record our reservation. Now they no longer have space for us (having the reservation confirmation). Actually they have raised prices and wanted to charge more for our room. A real shame! Please don't do any reservation with them, they are unhepful and a cheaters!

Very nice and clean place! Also, the swimming pool is clean too. It became perfect after the manager made changes. The receptionist is courteous, professional, and customer-focused. My wife and I had been residing there for approximately three months. And we enjoyed it. Cleaning (once a week) is always completed on time. There is no longer breakfast available at the location, but there are numerous options nearby. Lamai Beach is also a short walk away. There is no security in the residence, but because it is such a private place, we did not feel inconvenienced. We didn't even lock the door at night. There is a lot of birds singing in the morning, so you just can pretend that you are in a jungles. Rooms are clean. AC work well (if not, just ask to clean). Water heaters in the shower work well. There are mosquitoes, but where are they not? ;) If you want to stay for a long time you should pay extra money for the electricity. But it's a common deal for most of places. And no one will deceive you asking for more money than you have to pay. So I give my 5 stars to the residence, to the receptionist, and to the director.

Amazing hotel apartments. Very clean place and beautiful setting. Very peaceful. I never enjoyed a stay more than here. Barbora was so sweet to us, helped us with a motor bike rental and a really lovely person. The other guests were great also, really going to miss this place and not far at all from Lamai centre and set between two main streets for access to the rest of the island. So sad to leave

We had a nice stay in this residence.
+ Everything was clean
+ Good rooms with enough space, a shower & an air conditioning
+ Pool to refresh and swim
+ Small, familiarly and quiet location
+ Scooters to borrow for a fair price
+ Laundry service available
Breakfast selection wasn't very big, but for thailand ok. You can also order fresh cooked breakfast meals.
I would definitely stay there again, you can easily walk to the beach or the Lamai walking street.

Spotless, calm and intimate place. Swimming pool with hydromassage, new towels, ridiculous price compared to the offer. Highly recommended. 10 minutes from the sea and markets
