Coconut Beach Resort

Great location to the beach, restaurants and bars. Lovely staff who let us check out late as we booked a tour with them and didn’t get back until 3pm!
Room was clean, nice pool and beach was okay not the most picturesque.

Our party of 3 stayed here for 5 nights over new year holidays, and we’re so happy with our time here. The staff is incredibly helpful and sweet (they helped us book a rental car). The rooms are outdated, but beds are comfortable, a/c works fine, and the shower is hot. It’s just a one minute walk from Lamai Beach, and there’s a dedicated seating area on the beach for Coconut Beach Resort guests, which was nice (the staff there always helped us look for a place to sit). Free clean beach towels everyday at the reception. Overall, we felt we got more than we paid for. Highly recommend for budget travelers looking to spend time on a chill beach.

I spent 5 nights here after New Year because my office has to WFH. Every staff is nice and friendly. Room and toiet is big and clean. Coconut bar on the beach is my perfect work desk. I definitely want to come back again!

We love the Hotel. We wanted something not too pricey, good located and clean. That's what we got. The Hotel itself is constructed in a kind of open way, I don't know, maybe it was a factory or something like that before. You'll see what I mean when u r there ;) The rooms are big, have AC, TV, bathtube, shower, toilett, a fridge and a small balcony. U can see the beach from the balcony (if u have your room on the right side) and walk there in one minute. The beach there is especially nice, u don't have to pay for the loungers, as long as u buy a drink from the Cocobar.... well, maybe u don't even have to do that, we just always did ;) And u definitly should try the food there too! In the evening they arrange nice outside dinning at the beach, really nice!

And when u finally had enough of chilling and lounging, three minutes walk and you are in the middle of the Lamai nightlife, loud music, party everywhere. Nothing to hear in your room tough!
If there is one thing I did not like so much, then I felt there was a certain smell in the rooms when coming back from a long day out.. kind of moldy, but not really. It was always gone quite fast when I opend the balcony door... Can't put my finger on it, what it was, could as well have been the wet towels and cloth too....
Whatever, we will be back for sure!

Very beautiful

This hotel is very well located. The rooms are big and comfortable. It is on the beach and has a nice swimming pool. The price is affordable. The wi-fi in the room is weak and the TV quality is poor. There are the beach restaurants very near. You should hurry to get a bed on the beach. Enjoy your holiday!

This resort hotel is in a convenient location where you're right at the beach and minutes away from the market, restaurants and island life. The service is good and adequate to the hotel star rating. The rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. We have been coming to this hotel several times over the years and it's always consistent with their level of service. There are a number of guests that come to this hotel year after year, and everyone sees to be happy.

We come back every year.. great staff.. great location.. great rooms.. clean & affordable.
