1 month ago, I returned from a vacation and came to share my experience with the room. I was very happy. The atmosphere was excellent, quiet, the room was clean, and the service was good.There is a very good swimming pool, suitable for families to relax. If there is a chance, I would like to go again.

What a lovely host Wawa is! We can fully recommend as we felt very welcome during our 2 night stay. Location, service (she helped us book our transport to Trang Airport; she brought us a surprise for breakfast each morning; the scooter rental with her was flawless; and so much more!), just everything was great! There’s a house towards the street with studios and behind it (and thus more quiet) some villas together with the pool.

Lovely little hotel in walking distance of pier and beach.
The hotel offers cute bungalows close to their beautiful pool inside their large garden as well as huge appartments (sized like a suite with separate bedroom and living room as well as a balcony) in the main house. We stayed in one of the appartments where you get the usual amentities (soap, towels, kettle, hairdryer, safe) as well as some extras that are normally only available in four star+ locations like a full sized fridge with freezer and a microwave (enjoy your hot 7-11 meal at midnight without leaving the house 😄).
Air condition is powerful and silent. Courtains block out the light enough to allow you to sleep into the day if you want to. Everything is clean and feels like home.
While all that is great, the true star of the location is Wawa, the owner of the hotel. She is the sweetest soul, speaks perfect English and does everything to make your stay truely unforgettable. She also prepared little gifts for her guests every day like an iced fruit shake by the pool, some thai pastries or a fruit platter.
All in all a wonderful hotel with THE best host in Thailand. I would strongly recommend this location to everyone staying at Koh Lanta.

WOW! The owner (one of the most friendly woman we met) is so lovely, attentive, helpful, respectful and courteous. We had an amazing time in one of her villas. She surprised us every day with a little present. Thank you for everything! The villa is new, very clean and has everything you need. It is a very quiet place. The pool is in front of the villa. Staying there was wellness for us. Also the garden and the poolarea were very clean and tidily. I cannot put it into words. You need to experience it! If we come back, we will DEFINITELY stay there ❤️

Convenient location , nice workers and a beautiful pool. I stayed in the guest house part on the main road and it was a bit noisy but I knew that when I booked. Still big clean rooms, great AC and my stay included breakfast.

Pai, the host, is a sweetheart. The rooms were very comforatable and clean. Its close to rhe port, and pai offers pick up; however, the place is far from the main beaches and bars on the island. They have scooter rental available.

The villa is beautiful! It‘s a very modern and well selected interior, very quiet and directly by the pool which is also super clean and nice. Every single morning you‘ve been served a different, home-prepared breakfast which was perfect to start into the day. It‘s well located - a 20 minutes walk to the pier, 10 minutes from the walking street where local serve from small little stands the most delicious dinner plates at night (for little money). The next beach is 10 minute by tuk tuk or motorcycle. Thanks also to Nina who is the most adorable lady at the reception and makes every wish come true. I wish that everyone who’s visiting Ko Lanta makes this fantastic experience.

Although the hotel is well decorated and the swimming pool enjoyable, the service is very bad here.
Our Villa was not serviced (unclean , no fresh water or coffee refill, no new towels for 3 days out of 4 unless you complain)
On top of that they have a noisy workman who early in the morning drives his motorbike inside the hotel and late at night leaves his sharp tools on the walkway, a bipolar old Thai lady owner who will charge you for anything, and a poor English speaking staff that is complemented by a so call 5 stars hotel manager only available through phone, who will justify with any excuses he can found the poor management of that place.
With so many options straight on the beach in Koh Lanta, Na Vela being straight on heavy traffic main road, don't waste your time there or you may risk a bad experience for your family.

Such a lovely family running this place. The built some awesome small houses next to the swimming pool. We stayed at the appartments next to the road which are also very nice and clean
