Absolutely no recommendation for this unorganised hotel. We booked 4 rooms for 9 people on the 29. December (high season in Thailand) and arrived at the late afternoon, where we were confronted with the fact that our rooms had not been reserved and there wouldn't be any free room left, even though booking.com had secured us them. The payment was done and we were left with no acommodation for the night. They weren't able to help us out, only told us to leave the estate. Since we had a plane to catch the next morning we saw our only solution in staying over the night at the airport, which was very unpleasant and uncomfortable of course. Needless to say that we still haven't got back our money, but instead were accused of having not been checking in at the residence. This hotel is not even worth one star...

The room is spacious, the staff is helpful, there is enough parking space, the accommodation is not far from the main road, there is a swimming pool, there is a complete hair dryer, but one thing is the bed sheet that has spots, not sure what caused the black spots.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. It cannot be described as a hotel at all. The location was so remote that it was unimaginable. It was a dark road and we couldn't see our fingers. Even an experienced local driver almost had an accident while taking us to the hotel. The room can be described as spooky, too old, a bit like an abandoned hotel in a horror movie. I booked for 4 nights in a row and wanted to get a refund on the night I checked in (but due to special reasons from local friends, I still had to stay). I didn't sleep well in any of the 4 nights. Maybe it was because it was too quiet and close to the mountain. I always heard strange noises in the middle of the night. The bedding had a musty smell. The door was made of two glass doors like those in a restaurant. We were given a bicycle lock to lock ourselves inside. Anyway, whoever lives in it will regret it!

They knew months before coming when we were to arrive. The pool was an absolute disgrace. The rooms were not serviced. The front of house person was totally non caring. The service over 4 days was shocking. The property manager needs to be fired. We have been here many times over 10 years and over the last year it has gone to the pack. It seems no person cares about the place anymore. If dramatic improvements aren't made soon this place will close permanently. So sad.

This place is a little old, but in very good condition. The property is big enough to have a great riverside restaurant. He's gorgeous and calm. The food was pretty good too. The restaurant was understaffed but in December 2020 Covid restrictions were completely understandable. All the guests were patient and the staff were competent and hardworking, so everything worked out well. Very little English is spoken here, but again it worked out great.

The date of arrival was a long holiday, December 4-5, 2023. The place looked at from the reviews, good atmosphere, beautiful accommodation, but when we arrived at the accommodation, the place in the hotel looked like there was no one taking care of the cleaning. The leaves are all falling. If you don't sweep them, there are still leaves in the swimming pool. I'm a little disappointed.

It’s a such a pity for this place is not well maintained, because the architecture and decor is very nice, plenty of grounds to chill and relax and I especially love that there’s the river just beside! Rooms feel dirty, and dusty, spiderwebs everywhere, there was a ginormous spider in my toilet, and used bottles in the fridge not cleared, and a dead insect in my kettle. Lounge chairs and common areas are dusty and not cleaned. But very pretty for the gram!
