Beautiful rooms among a lush riverside garden. The service was very friendly and helpful, we particularly appreciated that they made us to-go breakfast the night before when we had an early morning for a tour. Having breakfast and dinner brought to our room balcony to eat while overlooking the garden was paradise.

Quiet and super cozy with a beautiful garden. The most friendly staff we had met in Thailand! Large number of amenities included in the price.

Excellent Service, their front desk was there to make every wish a reality.

Location is a bit far from the city centre, so you'll need some motorized transportation

Walls are a bit thin, you can very clearly hear families eating or staff working in the evening/morning.

The massages they orderer were in our room and a good experience between Thai and Oil Massage (300 Baht). They happened in our room and it was possible to have 2 at the same time as a couple.

Low water pressure in the shower.

Excellent breakfast, pool area is wonderful and you can take a shared shuttle twice (10;00&17:00) into the city centre (McDonalds in the east)

Absolutely fabulous hotel, 20 mins out of Chiang Mai. We stayed 7 nights with 2 kids (2&5). They loved the infinity pool. Further on, the food is great, coffee & water included all day long. Staff is super friendly. We will come back for sure!

Awesome hotel by the river

We stayed at this hotel for five nights in the family suite on the third floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was very nice and clean, and the hotel garden is lovely, featuring a small kitchen and space for guests to sit and eat. The staff are incredibly nice and respectful. They even brought a small birthday cake for my daughter without us asking for it. The hotel is not located in the old city, but it’s only a 20-minute taxi ride away. I found this to be an advantage because, after our trips, we could avoid the crowded streets. With a bit of exploration, we discovered places just 5 minutes away by taxi. Once you have the BOLT application, it is an easy and cheap way to get a taxi.

This is our second time to visit the hotel, everything was flawless and satisfying. The garden, the overflowing swimming pool were pretty and tranquil. Breakfast has been served as a la carte, well prepared and tasty. Staff working there are kind and nice, who always display smiles whenever you meet them.

Hotels provide free shuttle to the city twice a day, so stress free that you can easily reach Chiang Mai city!

I really like it. Whenever I come to Chiang Mai, I must stay at this hotel for a night or 2 nights.
Breakfast is very good, quiet, very good.
