U Nimman Chiang Mai

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, and I’m impressed both times! The service is outstanding—staff members are always friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to travel around. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Will definitely come back again!

Room for improvement
Their activities to be able to accept card payments. We wanted to try their event but only cash payment. We have 7 pax and we didn't expect to pay cash for activities. We only use cash for food and street shopping.

Excellent location right beside One Nimman, and diagonally opposite Maya Shopping Mall. Welcome drink from room's bar fridge, one drink per person per day, choose from green tea, local beer, cola, etc. Room's are very clean, not old.

Breakfast from 6.30 to 11am, reasonably good variety including live stations, local and western, but the curry/soup from the non-live station was abit cold.

Service staff are very polite, from front desk to room service to room cleaning ladies.

I've booked a One Bedroom Family Suite for 3 adults and they added a roll away bed without extra charge, which is very much appreciated. Initially they gave us a room on the second floor but I saw a review citing noisy room, so I asked for a higher floor which was immediately agreed. Ultimately it wasn't that noisy.

The road right outside, Ninmanhaemin, was rather jam most of the time, so if you are getting a grab car service, you may need to wait.

Overall it was a really pleasant experience and we will stay here again.

Love this hotel. Room is big , bed and pillow is comfortable for sleeping. They provide 2 free complimentary drink per night during our stay.

Breakfast is excellent, a lot of variety , croissant, dim sum , fruits, salad , curry, soup, congee etc .They have the noodles station, providing chicken ball noodles and Khao Soi noodles. They change the breakfast every day too so u will be very satisfied every morning

When we check out, the staff Benz is so nice for recommending us the place to eat and help us call the taxi to the other hotel. Good service, good food and good price.

The hotel is located in a fantastic location. Opp Maya shopping mall and next to One Nimman.
Food options n massage are plenty to choose from. The room is huge and clean. There is complimentary drinks ( soft drink and beer) for each night of stay. Complimentary snack and I love their rice cracker with dried strawberry. Staff are friendly and converse well in English.
Breakfast spread was fantastic as well.

The hotel is located opposite One Nimman, and its location is its greatest advantage.

The hotel staff are friendly and polite. The room size is satisfactory, quite standard, and the hygiene is very good. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area.

Since we were celebrating a birthday at this hotel, they thoughtfully arranged a surprise for us, which was very considerate.

The pool is on the rooftop, and although it is relatively small, it felt very sunny and hot, so I didn't swim. There is a small bar next to the pool. There is also a sauna with a shower area and hairdryer and lockers, which I found very thoughtful.

After check-in, you can order items you need, such as pillows and toothbrushes, through the hotel's app.

There is a Nara restaurant next to the hotel, which I have tried in Bangkok, but not at this hotel.

Overall, this hotel being directly opposite One Nimman. However, since it is in the city center, there is traffic congestion around 4pm/5pm onwards, so if you plan to call grab to go somewhere else for dinner, you should allow extra time.

A very nice experience. We were successful in choosing the U Nimman Hotel. The hotel staff is very respectful and polite, especially the lady whose name is MEWKY. She impressed me with her good manners and extreme cooperation, and she is an example of authentic Thai people.

We stayed 3x during our stay in Chiang Mai in this hotel. The location is perfect next to all the shops and market. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The extra snacks and drinks in the minibar complimentary are well thought.
Breakfast is extensive and always different, and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The girls from the reception helping us ordering baby formula online until the restaurant staff were so helpful with our baby, especially Chin always remembering what we would like to have (from the days before).
Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone 🫶🏻

We went for the 2024 Chiang Mai Songkran. It's perfectly located for the festival. Parties are at the Maya Mall along with by Eastin hotel. Convenient if you want to join in on the Songkran fun! If you don't want to get wet, don't stay here because it's so close and you will get sprayed during Songkran!
