U Nimman Chiang Mai

The hotel is located in a fantastic location. Opp Maya shopping mall and next to One Nimman.
Food options n massage are plenty to choose from. The room is huge and clean. There is complimentary drinks ( soft drink and beer) for each night of stay. Complimentary snack and I love their rice cracker with dried strawberry. Staff are friendly and converse well in English.
Breakfast spread was fantastic as well.
I wish I could give a 6 stars for this hotel.

The hotel is located opposite One Nimman, and its location is its greatest advantage.

The hotel staff are friendly and polite. The room size is satisfactory, quite standard, and the hygiene is very good. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area.

Since we were celebrating a birthday at this hotel, they thoughtfully arranged a surprise for us, which was very considerate.

The pool is on the rooftop, and although it is relatively small, it felt very sunny and hot, so I didn't swim. There is a small bar next to the pool. There is also a sauna with a shower area and hairdryer and lockers, which I found very thoughtful.

After check-in, you can order items you need, such as pillows and toothbrushes, through the hotel's app.

There is a Nara restaurant next to the hotel, which I have tried in Bangkok, but not at this hotel.

Overall, this hotel being directly opposite One Nimman. However, since it is in the city center, there is traffic congestion around 4pm/5pm onwards, so if you plan to call grab to go somewhere else for dinner, you should allow extra time.

A very nice experience. We were successful in choosing the U Nimman Hotel. The hotel staff is very respectful and polite, especially the lady whose name is MEWKY. She impressed me with her good manners and extreme cooperation, and she is an example of authentic Thai people.

We stayed 3x during our stay in Chiang Mai in this hotel. The location is perfect next to all the shops and market. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The extra snacks and drinks in the minibar complimentary are well thought.
Breakfast is extensive and always different, and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The girls from the reception helping us ordering baby formula online until the restaurant staff were so helpful with our baby, especially Chin always remembering what we would like to have (from the days before).
Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone 🫶🏻

We went for the 2024 Chiang Mai Songkran. It's perfectly located for the festival. Parties are at the Maya Mall along with by Eastin hotel. Convenient if you want to join in on the Songkran fun! If you don't want to get wet, don't stay here because it's so close and you will get sprayed during Songkran!

I stayed 5 nights, very recommend this hotel for anyone who travel in Ching Mai:

1. The reception are always polite and able to response every questions I ask on hotel APP quickly.
2. The breakfast is various, delicious and almost change the items everyday.
3. The location is really convenience. But surprisingly, you hardly hear the noise from the outside street and aircraft noise.

Everyone smile in this city and everyone is warm in this hotel :)

School, good location, close to shops and restaurants, one nimman, very good service staff, housekeeping staff, good rooms, clean, cool air, warm water, buffet breakfast A little boy wants to eat water noodles. Everything is fine. The room is clean, the bathroom is separate, wet and dry. In the restaurant, the dishes change every day, they are not monotonous, the main thing is that everything is delicious. Caring staff and nice manners. There is parking and shopping areas nearby. In conclusion, I will definitely come back and stay here again.
