Zensala Riverpark Resort-SHA Extra Plus

Beautiful spot right by the river, with rooms offering stunning nature views and exceptionally friendly service. A great surprise was the breakfast, not a standard buffet, but à la carte and freshly prepared. Location is 10 min by scooter/Bold/Grab into the city center. Highly recommend!

Stayed two nights at this hotel. Environment is peaceful. Facing the river, the orientation of the room is good without direct setting sun. The cafe nearby is quite famous cafe within walking distance.

Zensala was really, really great!
I booked 3 days at Zensala and 3 days at another accommodation, but I wanted to go back to Zensala so badly that I abandoned the other accommodation and booked Zensala again!

It was the best accommodation.
The staff were all friendly and clean, and the pool was very well managed!

Highly recommended!

A nice wonderful stay with direct access to the pool from room.
An easy way to travel around is to have grab or if u do have personal driver available.

It's a really nice and friendly resort.
It's not easy to get to if you don't have a car or motorbike, but it's worth it.
It's relaxing, the garden is pretty, and the pool is nice. Next time, I'll try the lower level full access. ㅎㅎ

If you want to find a quiet and relaxing place in Chiang Mai, I would recommend this hotel. There is a swimming pool outside the house where you can swim or sit aimlessly on the lawn to bask in the sun. Breakfast is made to order, which I think is also very good. In particular, the waiters are really enthusiastic. However, be aware that there are a lot of mosquitoes at night. The surrounding area is very quiet. The nearest 711 is more than ten minutes away.

It was such a good time to relax. With a large lawn, you can exercise there. Waking up to the river makes you feel very good. I really like it here. The service is excellent

The hotel sat on the river bank and took around 15 mins to drive from the city center. But if you don't mind the distance then you will be rewarded with a great river view and green scenery.

The room is comfortable with a good bed and pillow. The bathroom has a rain shower with good water pressure and has all the standard amenity and even provides a body lotion.

The penthouse is huge and has many seating areas including a nice size Balcany.

The service is also good, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is a la carte but you can choose 2 main which should satisfy even for big eaters. The quality is also very decent.

The down side is the rooms can get hot in the afternoon as the sun bakes the west side of the wall. Noise from the road can be a bit annoying but die down after 8 or 9 pm. Also there is no elevator so if you have elderly or children you might need to ask for room on the ground floor. But apart from those issues this hotel is a good choice.

The room is quite big, basically the same as the picture, the location is average, the surrounding supporting facilities are far away from 711, it is inconvenient without a car, close to the road, a little noisy when cars pass by, the hotel's self-ordered coffee is average, not good, no coffee aroma, drinking bitter boiled water, the breakfast taste is so-so! 

Really solid property, a little outside the centre, but a 40 minute walk, or 50 Baht motorbike taxi into town.

The property surpassed my expectations, with a nice stylish outlay, open rooms, hot showers, peaceful grounds.

There is a road behind, but it goes very quiet at night and with the fan on it's quite hard to hear anything.

Some maintenance issues, but otherwise very good.
