We booked 2 rooms, one with twin beds and the other with a king size bed, both were great and spacious, the beds are super comfy and the view to the pool is great. The only problem we had is that we requested three oil massage and it would be great if they have a spa room instead of your own bed, it is strange and it doesn’t feel private and hygienic enough, one of them burp behind me when she was giving me a massage. overall it was a good experience staying here but definitely will not experience that massage again. The breakfast it is not included but you can pay like 250 BHT in the restaurant.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Very comfortable bed, bedroom is very spacious and also a big bathroom with bathtub 🛁. The hotel environment also very nice, come with a nice swimming pool. Some of the room can direct jump into the swimming pool. The location is also very strategic, near all the hot spots in Chiang Mai.

Nice 👍 good value and nice clean pool. The room with direct pool access is great and Michael the manager is a very nice guy who speaks great English and like 5 other languages!

Lovely hotel. Rooms are large and they have a fantastic bathroom. Lanna style decor. Pool was lovely, and staff were extremely friendly. Near airport and the hotel was not affected by the recent record breaking flooding that affected Chiang Mai

Amazing pool, room and service. The Chaya may not be at the centre of everything but is located about 10-20 minute walk from many restaurants and bars. An amazing local feel. Our room was beautiful and spacious, and the pool was huge! With lovely koi ponds surrounding it. Micheal the manager makes you feel at home and is very thoughtful. We had a great stay there.

Do not stay at this hotel. Very bad. Pool is gross. Rooms are dirty. Not clean maybe before but after Covid it is very bad and run down. They are all in for your money. The staff are disrespectful. There is only 6 rooms filled bugs everywhere. Rather spend your money somewhere else. Bed sheets all over the floor. They don’t clean anything.

There are a lot of bug bodies in the pool. The water is extremely polluted. All the trees are falling down because they are old. Please watch my review and run away

-Defiantly not a 5 star hotel, would say pushing 3.5-4 star.
-The rooms were nice, but noisy. You will have airplanes flying over your room every 5min for the whole night and day.
-Most of the staff couldn't speak English, so weren't very helpful and seemed to lack experience.
-Location is far away from the city centre and most drivers don't seem to know where it is when getting a taxi.
-Finally, the hotel is still under construction, which they don't tell you when you get there.
