Rooms here are tiny! I was also in a room where the bathroom door would not stay closed unless you were using it and had it latched. This is an excellent hotel for all reasons, especially the friendliness of the staff. When I left the hotel to got to the airport after check-out, I accidentally left my cell phone in the taxi. I called the hotel front desk from the airport and they immediately helped me to contact the taxi company and taxi driver who brought the phone to me back at the airport in time for me to catch my flight. Location was chosen for proximity to Olivia Rodrigo Concert. In this regard the hotel was perfect, being directly connected by walkway. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Buffet Breakfast was filling however lacking a little in variety. Staff were pleasant and attentive.

Staff are very friendly, room is adequate but surprised at the small size. Bed is nice comfy cozy. Breakfast option was okay but could include more variety for halal/vegan/vegetarian options. Maybe can include English Channel on TV.

Impressed with the front office n reservation that they know how to accord room upgrades accordingly even though they do not have suite rooms but they did their best unlike some ibis which has suited rooms or one bedroom yet the benefit of the accor member was not upgraded even the room was available... Those ibis should learn more from ibis impact

The hotel now operates to serve Alternative State Quarantine for the migrants. The overall looks great.

They take good care of the guests. I felt comfortable staying in this hotel. I will come back again.

Can't really rate this hotel, because I'm in quarantine for 15days, everything is good from just sitting and sleeping and I must admit the Lady that sees to me is most helpful Mrs Oh, she makes my stay pleasant.

The rooms are quite ok though the air conditioning is very noisy even at lowest speed. The number of Chinese people staying here is intimidating, very sad.

Clean, convenient, silent and the breakfast is not to bad. Most disadvantage is too many Asia group traveler especially from China and make the noise.

Always love stayong at T K Palace when in Bangkok. Wonderful service from Thai staff. Will be even better when the addition is completed.

Warm welcome and good service. I got the same room type as last time. Comfort bed, all facilities worked well. Appreciate the early check-in and late checkout service. Near Concert venue so i don't have to worry about traffic and weather.

Location is near the Impact Arena, it was very convenient take a rest after watched concert. Staffs are helpful and polite, will recommend other friends and hopefully stay again.

It's good for the exhibition hall, but it's a long way to travel to other places. The area of the standard room is narrow, there is no exhaust facility, and the temperature of the air conditioner is not controlled. The service of hotel staff is less responsible.

A very comfortable place to stay and early check in is very possible, this hotel has lots of access and is connected to the surrounding buildings as well as to the hall where I watched the concert. I always come back to this place to stay if there is a concert in Bangkok. And it's not too far from DMK Airport

Everything was fantastic. Check in and check out were equally fast. The room was clean and quiet. Love that you can raise the blind in the shower and watch TV while showering. It's about a 3 or 4 minute walk to Impact Arena. This is my go to hotel for concerts and events at Impact / Thunderdome.

Very close to the skytrain and Central Plaza. Great shopping experience. Rooms could do with better maintenance; water temperature is erratic - either it's cold or you may get scalded suddenly. Mosquitoes are plentiful in the area. They'd follow you around, even to the gyms. Breakfast is ok...too many bread alternatives and too little chinese dimsum variants. Don't expect a luxurious spread.

This is the hotel experience you need in Thailand as a foreigner. Nice place, next to metro station, close to central mall, close to immigration and staff very nice and professional 24/7. Had very nice conversations with them, english top. And really helpful. I can remember @Beauty at the desk. Very helpful and lovely. In the staff @Tossaporn very active guy🙏🏼

For attending the Thaifex trade show at Impact, it’s more than adequate. Nothing fancy, clean and beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and service was good. Only criticism, water pressure for showers etc was on the low side - but not a major issue. Skipped the breakfast option so can’t comment on that. Area itself is not particularly interesting, little to do or see. Main benefit, not being stuck...

Overall I had a great 4 night stay. Rooms were cleaned everyday, housekeepers were friendly and requests were attended to promptly too!

Went there for a seminar. The venue was nice. It was enough for more than 80 people that day. The food that served during lunch was buffet. Although I didn't taste all because some were spicy, but the ones I chose were delicious.

The staff tries their best but ultimately this is a modest property named after a Chinese conglomerate in dire straits. No air conditioning in the hallways, back pain inducing beds, room was dusty with the smell of moldy decay when we entered, etc. Also don't use the laundry service - gym clothes came back still smelling like gym clothes. if you need to stay here, The hotel website offers much higher...

The price is good and the room is clean. I am quite satisfied. The shower room is a bit too small, but everything else is good.

Good service. It has good procedures and documentation for Test And Go process. Able to bear with questions and able to provide answers. I had used this hotel on numerous times for Test and Go. Food is acceptable. Rooms are well maintained. Breakfast is good. Room service is good. Hotel is clean and not congested. Attentive staff and front staff service for taxis is very good. Overall is GOOD.

We stayed one night for the test and go package and were happy with our choice. The communication was fast and easy, the room big and clean and the food all right, we even got a vegetarian option. The staff was helpful and friendly and we got the test results within 7 hours.

Staying here as part of the Thai quarantine program and it did the job but was happy we moved after the one day to another hotel. It’s in a residential area which is cool for one night but I wouldn’t want to stay here for the full length. The breakfast was a joke and the hotel needs some renovations and above all a bit love!

The hotel management is very attentive to detail and very prompt to respond to guest's comment. The room is great, the location is prime for the Nonthaburi area. One of the great choices out there.

The best is a great view of Chaopraya River, Recommended to book 1 bed room. You will get facilities as home but be careful the hot water at the kitchen sink. It was really hot!! The mattress a bit too old, would be nice if the management do something about it. The reception are not really friendly but still acceptable. Will be back again.

Great river view where you can enjoy the breeze and fresh air from the river . Great facilities and not far from mrt station. The service was great, the staff were helpful.

I think this is a very good hotel the prices were really good beautiful olympic size swimming pool a fun place to be the food was very good it was free for breakfast a buffet and for dinners they had a very good selection of food to eat at a reasonable price I recommend anybody going to Thailand to stay there you can get in a taxi and go to many places or you could walk around 2

Absolutely worth it. Walked in and got a discount for a room. Rooms are clean, Wi-Fi is decent, and the staff are very nice. Don't be fooled by other reviewers complaining about the swimming pool. FYI they never advertised it as a swimming pool. It was meant to just be a spa pool to relax on the rooftop. Just a gimmick. Wonderful. I got a big room with a queen size bed and a beautiful, clean bathroom for $30. Hard to beat that. A little difficult for taxi drivers to find, though. You'll want to make sure you've got the hotel's number on hand for the taxi driver to call. Staff speaks decent English.

Room is weird because of another 1 door oppersite your bed but I live alone. I see on the map is connection room but I live alone really feel strange and not sleep very well. Parking really big and close with The mall.

Cleaners will only change your bed linen every day, but the dirty table won't overtrude, dirty mirror won't wash

This is a new modern hotel with 3 star us quality equivalent. Rooms are large and clean, bed comfortable, ac functioning and shower working well. Location can be a plus for someone who wants to be across a mall but also a big minus given the amount of traffic in the area. Your room will either have a view of a gas station or a parking lot with massive power lines ahead.

Hotel is good but the advertising is so wrong. No bar where as on website says there is a bar on the roof top. Not. Breakfast is not good, some of it was really tasty, but cold, I know I was in tha and do as locals do but spicy stuff fo breakfast is not for me. There's lots of other things but I've said what I wanted to say and it was a nice hotel

An excellent Hotel close to the Airport - very clean and comfy. I was travelling by Bicycle and needed a part that had just broken. The young Man at reception was very helpful in liaising with a good bike shop nearby to source the part and then booked me a motorbike Taxi to go and get it. Exceptional service from this young Man.

3 star hotel @ Tiwanont Road , Convenient transportation with adjustable buses air & van through lines. Bed by Cruise suitable for training , seminars or for a short period of time due to air pollution .And loud noise from the car , motorcycle as it on the main road. Though it's far away from down town but still a quite cozy and comfortable hotel. The staffs are really friendly and accommodating. However, the house keeping broke my battery which I left on the bed without apology. And also my sunglasses were disappeared.

Very nice hotel, not so expensive and rooms are good. The only inconvenience is the location, far from the metro station and terrible traffic in the area. There was no hot water in my room, something wrong with the water heater but I was offered to change the room so it’s okay.
