Lady Naya Villas - SHA Extra Plus

A wonderful place to stay! The villas are fully furnished with everything you would need to stay including an iron and ironing board, dishes, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge and small plug in stovetop.
Perfect for families and long term stays.
The staff is exceptional . I cut my toe getting out of the pool and the lady from the front desk ran to meet me with a fully stocked first aid kit.
We also had to leave early one day and staff prepared breakfast boxes for us for free. (With sandwiches, fries, fruit and juice).
Breakfast was very acceptable with both Thai and western food offered.
The biggest plus is that there are over 24 cats that live here and seem very well taken care of. They are friendly and will approach you.
This village resort offers day trips to local tourist attractions for a fee.
This Villa resort is not near many top attractions but if you want a good place to stay and are willing to drive to beaches etc, STAY HERE! It’s really worth the price!

Very nice and spacious Villas with private pools albeit a little dated. Super friendly and helpful staff. The place is located in very quiet neighborhood but within 10 minutes walk there is 7/11 and restaurants.

Great stay, clean and hygienic rooms. Polite staff. Breakfast is nice. They cooked vegetarian india food for us for the breakfast. Mr. Singh from the staff is really helpful and helped with us all our queries. He guided us with the best places to see in Phuket, travel and commute related queries. Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Everything was perfect! Spotless clean, very well maintained, the villas are great for families. Breakfast is good and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They suggested trips and gave us advise on restaurants. Loved it!

This place is absolutely incredible! The service and staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our room was impeccably clean, and having a villa right next to the swimming pool was such a treat. Unfortunately, I fell ill (from a restaurant in Patong) during our stay, but the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable.

Scooter rental through the hotel (same price as directly from rental company) was also much appreciated.

If I could give 6 stars I would.

villas were very spacious. the three bedrooms with the pool were amazing. the staff were very friendly and responsive. there were alot of facilities in the community and there were many cats there which we loved taking care of. there was a koi fish pond. you can rent motorbikes and order taxis from the reception which was convenient. the spa was available for home service as well.

Our stay was lovely. The area was quiet, peaceful and it allowed us to truly relax. We had stayed in their tropical pool villas and aside from the private pool, the room came with a washing machine which was clutch for us since we travel with our 5 year old son. The villas space and privacy given made it feel like our home.
All the staff that we came across were extremely polite. Everyone always greeted us with a smile and everyone was helpful or atleast tried to be helpful. To share one of our experiences; my wife had forgot her ring in the locker and only realized hours after we checked out (in fact we had checked in another hotel in Kamala) that she had left it behind. After contacting the reception, they actually found the ring and were kind enough to have it delivered to the hotel we were staying in.
I definitely recommend the stay. The place is peaceful and it seems isolated
but things are actually close by. A 7eleven is just a few minutes ride away. All the southern beaches from Kata, Karon, Nai Harn etc.. are all within a 10-15 min scooter ride. They'll help you rent a scooter and have it delivered for a very fair price.
To nitpick maybe the AirCons need maintenance, not that it didn't work it just took really long too cool the room but then again this is just me nitpicking.
Food is okay, not great. We either just used food panda to get food or went around restraunts and cafes whilst exploring.
We are planning another trip and we are definitley staying here again.

Everything about Lady Naya was perfect, from our room, the pool area, the lounge and especially the super nice and sweet staff. Mary on the reception was very polite and helped us with anything we needed. She recommended us where to rent a bike for a great price, they even delivered us to the hotel. Mary also recommended Green Inn massage and we went there twice - it was fantastic. The hotel also is nice to animals, they have lovely cats.

The location was perfect because it was close to Ra Wai beach and Kata beach, also there was a lot of very nice cafes and restaurants and 7-11 minutes from the hotel.

Our room was very clean and beautiful with AC, great view on the pool and it was cleaned daily. We also got free laundry cleaning.

All in all we were SUPER HAPPY with our stay and we were sad to leave.

Highly recommended to everyone who wants a nice stay.

We booked four nights at Lady Naya Villas.
The location is away from the busy street. It's important to have a scooter 🛵 to go out. There are a few new and cute cafés nearby, and a 7/11 too, only 2-3 mins by scooter.
Our room is quite spacious, which makes working on the desk more comfortable for me. Internet is good too.
There's a Nestle coffee machine, and everyday we get two complimentary capsules.
The room is cleaned everyday, and they did our laundry for free!
We are also happy with the breakfast, you can order scrambled eggs, omelette freshly made pancakes. Thai food, fruits, yoghurt...
All the staff are welcoming and friendly.

So, five stars.

Overall nice location and nice bungalows. Great service uninclusing one free laundry. Breakfast is not among the best but still good (e.g. coffee is just acceptable). Very nice pool between the bungalows. Shuttle service is offered for a small fee. A scooter is probably still the better option and can also be rented through the reception. The bungalows are big and spacious and they have actually decent coffee machines there. It is more quiet than in many areas of Phuket which is a good thing. We enjoyed our stay very much!
