Location: on Kata beach, 150 meters from the sea, 65 km from the airport of Phuket island and 16 km from the city centre.
Consists of two 5-storey buildings.
The hotel has 41 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 150 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Towels are free of charge. Sunbeds - fee.

Hotel has an awesome location, walk outside and you’re on the market for food or to buy something. Beach is about 10 min walk. Rooms are clean and spacious but no outside light, and the people at the desk aren’t the best in their English. Great value for money.

Nice little place. Cozy rooms and friendly helpful service. Rooms are good for the price. Great location, but can get noisy at night time next to the night markets.

An amazing find and I'm so grateful for this place. The location is amazing the room itself is very clean, neat, nice and new. Very reasonably priced and the staff service is really 10 out of 10. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and I really enjoyed my experience too. Highly recommend it we'll definitely come back if I'm ever visiting again

Located in prime place near to kata beach.
Room was clean and good.
They should include toothbrush and paste in the bathroom kit. Its missing.
Nearby burger king was there round the clock.

Do not stay at this hotel.
As other reviewers have shared, after checking in they walked us to an unmarked, unsecured building several blocks away.
We had to carry our luggage up multiple flights of stairs.
The room had a headache-inducing stench. The “king” bed was 2 smaller beds pushed together. The advertised terrace was nonexistent. The walls were so thin we could hear everything our neighbors did. The shower did not work properly, and there were numerous large and small stains on the walls, furniture and floor.
This hotel would be a ripoff at 400 thb a night but they have the nerve to charge 1800 thb a night.

Very close to Main Street, that’s why there is very loud. The room wasn’t clean, especially bathroom. We slept not in the main building, but 200m away, the building had no reception and was not locked.

- Music all night since the hotel is located near the night market and it is difficult to fall asleep even with earplugs.
- There is no pool, the owners suggest going to another hotel located 0.5 km away.
- The safe doesn't work.

I love this place! I can't wait to come back! The location is great, the people are awesome, and the beach is a short walk away. The pool is being remodeled, so they let you use the sister hotels pool, which is nice and deep! It's great to float around in! Kata night market is right behind the hotel and was awesome!

We loved staying here! Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee on our balcony. The bed was very comfortable.
The pool was still under construction so we used the pool in the sister resort. The pool was great!
We enjoyed our stay here very much and wished we had longer.
To get to the airport we took the Phuket Smart bus. You can catch this in front of the Coffee Club restaurant across the street.
