This was a return stay at this hotel and must say that condition has deteriorated since my visit last year. The need to place a cash deposit is also an inconvenience during check-in and causes delays during check-out, especially during peak hours.

I had a great time there, the room was clean, the staff great and helpful and the location awesome, just a few minutes from the sky train and two shopping malls.

Great spot for a night or two! So close to the airport and great to be out of the hustle and bustle of the centre of Bangkok. Amazing location close to everything, room clean except one of the rooms didn't have hot water. The pool is nice and great for kids. The staff is friendly and at the reception speaks well English.

The hotel is pretty big, has 2 building A and B. There is a big pool outside that has kids zone. The lobby is the entire first floor. They have 4 excavators, (I think )6 floors. I am not sure about the services. But the location is so deep from the big street. I can't see it from the big street. And the parking space is not big, but not full..

I stay here for 1 day package quarantine, every thing is very smooth, airport pick up and drop off to get swap straight away before they take you to the room, nurses are on side I got swap 14.30 the result came 00.30. The drawback of this hotel is it is quite far from DMK airport (around 2 hours away) and the staff can only talk very little English. The atmosphere is very good, quiet, come to relax, very comfortable and near Suvarnabhumi Airport, very convenient to travel.

The place is filled with modern Chinese layout eg. dining zones,bus services,bedrooms also not-so-good restroom. Beware of Chinese people because this hotel is the best choice for staying near Suvannabhumi Airport.

This course is amazing, featuring plenty of water hazards. The greens are a bit slow, but I can't complain since it's my home course. However, I really wish they would speed up the greens. I have been staying here in Tepp for 2 years with my family. Wonderful place, especially for those whose children study in Bangkok Patana school... It is walkable with shuttle car also. Extra: - Acoustic piano (I already get it tuned and my sons enjoy playing there) - Meeting room - Roof top is enough to enjoy sunrise, sunset.

How do I use temporary room service?

Never slept in a temporary room I'm confused why there is no water heater. Just coming to ask for a nap and take a shower. I'm almost pissed. No blankets, temporary breaks, no service blankets or what?

This hotel is intended for short-time passionate stays, with visitors' cars being covered with a curtain. The rooms have no windows, no fridge, no closet and no 220V outlets. But there is a TV and an aircon, which, unfortunately, must be either on or off, with no regulations. Very old hotel more suited for temporary stay. Room is clean enough but the rest of the hotel could do with renovation especially the lobby.

Well, we went there 1 night to join our friend's wedding. We woke up in the morning to find the floor with 10 cockroaches spasming on the floor. However, when we complained, the hotel did gave us an extended late checkout till 21.00 allowing us to use the place until the end of the wedding. At least they are doing something about it.

Did a staycation here and really enjoyed it. The staff were attentive, the rooms are super nice, and for being in Bangkok it has a beautiful, natural atmosphere. The pool is so nice, too! It is a nice escape but still easy to get food delivery. I would definitely stay again.
