What's Good?

- Room is clean and well-maintained.
- Room service is at same price as dining in at restaurant, and food is good.
- Toilet has a very good sliding door to keep out the water.

What's to be improved?
- Pool is not heated.
- Water is limited to 2 bottles per day.
- Ramp at block B lobby is very steep, be very careful if handling a luggage. Needs a hand railing to be built or anti-slip floor.

My experience at Mii Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. Upon arrival, the hotel looked nice and welcoming, creating a good first impression. However, the first room I was given had a noticeable bad smell, and the air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly, which was disappointing.

Thankfully, the front desk staff were responsive and quickly accommodated my request to switch rooms. The new room was much better—it smelled fresh, was clean, and had a comfortable bed. This room definitely lived up to the expectations I had when I booked the hotel.

The rooms are clean ,service is very good. The staff are friendly. You have to deposit 1000 BAt on arrival for insurance. They will charge if you want an early check in 800 BAT .There is two near by 7/11 and BTS near by.The neighbourhood is quiet.They have free shuttle service to nearby mall

I have just spent 3 weeks in this hotel and enjoyed every moment, the staff truly are deserving of praise, from the moment I first walked in to the final day they were very friendly and helpful.
Taking a portion of their day to sit and chat, nightly race between myself and the doorman of who would get to the door first, after the first week the entire staff knew me by name and warmly greeted every time they saw me,the service and food in the restaurant all 5 star, although I would prefer a few more western choices for breakfast (not a complaint)

The room was large and spacious with two double beds pushed together and fresh sheets and towels each day, whilst also topping up water bottles even if I requested the room not to be cleaned.

Pool was quiet and calm also the perfect temperature to cool down after a hot day.
Couldn't comment on the spa area as it was under renovation during my stay.

All in all, thank you for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable

Perfect hotel to stay if you want to stay closer to the airport/outside the center. Swimming pool was great and the room looks modern and clean. Friendly staff. You’ve to leave a 1000 Baht cash deposit at check in.

This was my second time staying in this hotel (I stayed in the B building so the one next to the main reception) and second time staying in room 514 with a pool view. The location is really good you have a few 7/11 next to you and a lotus, there is a big shopping mall close as well and a great night market just a walking distance. The room is quite spacious and you get a nice view of the pool. The swimming pool is not too big and it’s partly covered by the hotels roof. The staff are very friendly and polite greeting you every day of your stay, it’s worth mentioning that the hotel is also close to the airport which is perfect for your last days in Thailand the taxi drive is about 30-40min depending on traffic and on bolt the price can be between 200-300 baht. If there is one thing that could be improved it would be the addition of a gym for that price I would expect to see it.

A good value for money hideaway place for a couple to enjoy a private life from a busy urban lifestyle. Staffs were very polite and service was similar to any a top grade hotels. As it is located in an area which is more convenient to have a car when visiting it, it makes those without a car less convenient to travel from/to this place. But still highly recommended.
