- Overpriced, compared to Alpine or Highlands
- Outside the fairways, there is lots of sand, long grass, sticks. Just a few metres off the fairway can be a very challenging lie
- Greens are a bit inconsistent, some faster than others
- Some tee boxes not flat, and in bad condition
- Most of the holes are very narrow
- Most of the pin positions were right on the edge of the green
+ Some unique holes with nice views
+ Not too busy

Chilled hotel with 24/7 security in the car park.
Big parking area with a nice pond adjacent.
No lift, only stairs. Workers can carry your bag for you.

The course was in great condition and I had excellent caddies each time I went. The driving range was off real grass instead of artificial turf, which was great. The caddies had a good sense of the greens and helped me with line and weight. The birdie I got was thanks to the caddie's read on the green. Also, the caddies shared their snacks with us one time we went out.

The golf course was not really in that good of a condition. More specifically, the practice greens and tee boxes which were pretty overgrown. I also found that most of the kiosks lacked a number of snacks to buy in between (only having boiled eggs and instant noodles). The fairways and greens on the course was alright but there were a lot of footprints in the bunkers. The caddies however were exceptional at their jobs since they were able to accurately gauge the distances for us and read the putts really well.

This place is in the middle of a beautiful golf course. The service is excellent. The rooms are spacious. Very impressive for price/value especially with nice breakfast.

It's expensive to play golf at Maejo than Green Valley for 18 holes. 1800 bhat versus 1400 baht , and caddy was 400 baht versus 300 baht. 3 holes has temporary tee boxes, green wad very slow. Overall, it was not very good condition.

Affordable location and club restaurant is again good price for the type of food.
Location is not great, quite far from Chiang Mai and my grab driver got lost in the dark as the grab app pointed her in the wrong direction at least 3 times.
The golf is good, again for the price you really cannot complain, the course condition is ok and the greens are great.

Good price,nice service, kids love the pool,I and wife love the huge breakfest set. Stuffs are helpful and nice.

The golf course is grest! Difficult, but well maintained. My problem is thst I was given a caddy who did not understand golf, didn't know what the different clubs were and was unable to give me distance reccomendations etc. I found out on the 13th hole that she had only been a caddy for two days!! Terrible thing to do to a guest.

Mae Jo Golf course was so terrible!
Greens are like sand beaches.
Rental clubs (1500B) are old fashioned I've never seen.
