Centara Khum Phaya Resort & Spa, Centara Boutique Collection

From the moment you arrive, the grounds and rooms at Khum Phaya Resort & Spa are breathtakingly gorgeous. While there were a couple of very minor areas that could use a touch more upkeep, such as some mold in the bathroom and slightly less hot water in the evenings, these small details hardly detract from the overall experience. The beauty of the resort is truly captivating, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making you feel completely welcome. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a beautiful and hospitable retreat. The room service is reasonably priced and very prompt. Many coffee cafes across the street are a better value with more options for breakfast.

This was the first place we stayed after arriving in Chiang Mai from the Pacific Northwest in America. So beautiful, private and they took great care of us. The pool was very refreshing, they take very good care of their facilities and the food was excellent! You definitely want to use the mosquito nets. The closer you are to water and jungle life, the more they are around. We will be back to visit for sure!

This place has jungle retreat vibes all over it. It's decor is very natural and wooden, the Poole is enormous despite it's limited opening times. Breakfast and dinner were superb equally and I would definitely come back here. Bravo 👏👌

very relax for holiday

Very nice resort and nice stay, I booked a room with pool access and it was really very nice, clean rooms with good size and good facilities, comfortable bed, good staff and service, high price somehow, there is mosquito if you keep the door opened, also the water fountain in the pool outside cause some noise especially in the morning, the location is not perfect as it’s really far from the city centre and everything. I really recommend if you are looking for a good and quite places for relaxation.

A very beautiful property, hands down!

All the facilities you’d want from a resort is available, a beautiful gym, spa, pool, walking track, good food at a nice in house dining restaurant, ample parking space etc.

The rooms themselves are fantastic and are large and spacious, with a very comfortable bed

There is a beautiful balcony area with a pool/ trees view where you could just sit for hours soaking in the sounds of nature

The rooms also came equipped with a bathtub with inbuilt jacuzzi like massager, thumbs up for that!!!

Even the shower cubicle had side throw massager heads for the awesome experience!

Very good staff across housekeeping and the restaurant who are very polite and attentive to your needs

The location is a bit off from the night markets or cafe streets, but if you’re booking this place you’d want to primarily remain indoors and enjoy the property alone!

They have only 2 negatives as per my understanding:

1. Rooms needs to be upgraded for the floor boards (Some of them had exposed nails and some of them seemed flimsy and need replacement)

2. The front office staff could be better trained to understand English and perhaps smile a bit more

Lovely place.

We loved our stay at Khum Phraya Resort. It is one of the best resort we have been to so far. Having the most beautiful swimming pool that we can view from the above room or right next to your door. Food is lovely and hotel staff is friendly. We have all we want in this place. Such a lovely resort in Chiangmai

Loved the mature landscaping. Pool was beautiful. Breakfast was tasty.
