This is a newly opened hotel, clean, beautiful, excellent service, smiling staff. Many utilities. In conclusion, it is very good if we come to Udon and stay here again.

Personally, I am a person who sleeps in a hotel more than at home because I travel a lot. But in this hotel, the staff is very nice, from the security guards, the front desk staff, the restaurant staff. that all departments are always ready to serve customers. The bar in the hotel is ready and comfortable. And the most impressive thing here is the cleanliness. If there is a chance, I will definitely sleep here again.

Nice, modern accommodation, recently opened, good atmosphere, a bit away from the city center. Very good service staff. It is really a must see. Nice furniture, good internet, unfortunately the TV does not have Netflix like in modern hotels. The hotel has a fitness center, a swimming pool and a sauna. The breakfast is considered a hotel breakfast of very good quality. Downstairs at night is also the Ruklao Bar. In front of the hotel there is a conference room where you can use this space.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. I was impressed by Nong Som/Nong Poppy. Their service was excellent and they even remembered the customers. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was just right (very) chill.

The hotel is well designed and peaceful.
The swimming pool is a chill place to go.
The bedroom are nice, clean and comfortable.

1. There is no posting about wifi information, so I have to call the front desk and find it hard to communicate in English and get the wrong information.
My Thai wife calls and gets it.
Why don't you "POST" the wifi information on the room wall and eliminate the wasting time of each other or make the whole building open wifi?
2. The bath vanity is too thick and low, and the sink is short. When I use the sink water to wash my face,I have to bend over my upper body down under the thick vanity.
It makes me so frustrated and gets my feet wet.
I am 180cm tall.
3. The webs in between the lobby ceiling decos are negative points for the inviting environment.
4. I love the music in the elevators.
"Love is blue"
5. I like the enough shelves to put my luggage.

I think the hotel location is perfect close to massage shop, dessert shop, restaurant, etc. Excellent service well organised (especially Khun Beer) very helpful thought. The room was spacious and spotless. Also great facilities saltwater swimming pool, gym and sauna room. I would recommend to all of my friends.

The hotel is 1.2 kilometers from central shopping mall. Room very clean & had all we needed. Staff (BEER) was friendly and efficient. We will comeback again . I promise

We used the Veladhi Hotel for a school banquet, and the experience was wonderful. The staff communicated well with us, and the service during dinner was fantastic. We requested a specific layout for the conference room, and it was set up perfectly when we arrived. They even had some decorations prepared for our event, which we didn’t expect but was a pleasant surprise! I appreciated that they had staff available to help us run the sound booth and the lighting. We would not have been able to do it on our own. They provided everything from projectors to microphones, and even computers for karaoke. The room we were us was spacious and comfortable.
We hope to use the Veladhi Hotel in our future years for more banquets. Thank you for the great service!

Stay for only one night so I don’t know much about the area. Only 20 min drive from the airport.
Pros: The hotel is quite new. Room design is pretty with adequate lighting. Very comfy bed and pillows. Extremely accommodating staffs.
Cons: Very loud A/C and bathroom air vent. If they could fix the system, I would guarantee to stay a night or two.
Cannot find a sweet spot between hot and cold shower so that’s a big no.
