Centara Udon

The hotel's prime location in the city center makes it easy to explore nearby attractions and shopping malls. The friendly and helpful staff, coupled with clean and comfortable rooms, contribute to a pleasant stay. Ample parking space is also a definite plus. With a variety of dining options within reach, guests are well-catered for. My family loved the swimming pool the most.

Very much enjoyed staying here for 5 nights. Beautiful hotel with outstanding staff that provided excellent service. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Great spa. Pool looked nice but I didn’t get to try it as it was rainy season. This hotel is perfectly located adjacent to Central shopping mall so even if the weather does not cooperate you can always find plenty to enjoy in the mall. I can’t wait to return!

Centara is well located in Udon Thani as Mall is just beside it. Both times at this hotel I've been staying for 10 nights. Coming Dec will be back again to this hotel for family vacation stay. In general all the ground staffs are very friendly and approachable except 1 young lady manager that seen like dislike Asian ppl and also the security guard that wear spectacle. Have to complement the older manager who wear spectacle as she always listen to guest needs or any issue in the room plus the short security guard who are very helpful which I dunno their names. Their kind act and manners really warm the guest heart, keep up the good work and standard 👏

**EDIT**: After writing this I glanced at some of the other reviews. I’ve literally been living here for 4 months in the hotel (sadly about to leave 😔). No doubt anyone can have a specific bad experience, but most of what I read is nonsense. Any reviews lamenting poor staff attentiveness, etc is nonsense. I’ve simply been here too long and seen how hard staff works to serve everyone. I left for a week to Ritz Hong Kong and staff here is superior to there.

I am wrapping up a 4 month stay at Centara Udon and simply cannot say enough of the experience.

I’ve had a team of 2-4 people the entire time and we’d be hard-pressed to come up with a single complaint.

Through western eyes, the value proposition borders on unbelievable.

The hotel quality is about what you’d expect from a Marriott or Hilton. Lower than most Intercontinentals or Ritz, but higher a Doubletree Hilton or Courtyard Marriott.

It has an amazing hotel lobby with a man that plays piano in the evenings. Not too loud, but not boring. They’ve really nailed the perfect hotel energy.

The attached restaurants are all great, and are staffed by the most wonderful people.

If you are new to Thai hospitality, prepare to be mind-blown. Everyone from room cleaning to front desk staff to room service to laundry to fitness/spa staff are nothing short of amazing.

While Centara Udon is (rightly) the highest price point in the city, I can assure you (I’ve stayed at the other hotels), the value you get here is worth it. It’s really not a close comparison from this hotel to the 2nd best in town.

had a wonderful stay here at the Centara Udon. The room were in very good shape, the air conditioning was perfect and the hotel were in general very beautifully decorated. Bathroom and shower was perfect and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. Good location in the absolute central area of Udon. The pool is a bit small compared to the size of the hotel but it will do for most people. This hotel is without doubt a top 5 hotel in Udon in my opinion

Love it here, staffs are amazing and made sure my stay was more than perfect. Cleaning and kitchen staff are the friendliest and helpful people on earth. My only problem was the other guests that visit this hotel, they lack manners and basic human decency they don’t spend money and expect too much from the staff. Thank you for taking care of me I will for sure be back with more people next time. 🙏🏼

I have traveled a lot but this is my first time visiting this hotel I really liked it just next to central mall very convenient place .

Only one thing don't like staff of the reception bar .
I ask how much Hoegarden Beer 500 ml half litter she said 350 paid time 400+ she said service charge but they must tell befoe .
Complimentary beer you can get only chang or Leo not a singha .

I giving 4 stars because of this reason
Otherwise everything was good .
