The resort is a short walk from the beach. It features a large outdoor pool with a pool bar and an indoor pool. The restaurant serves local and international cuisine for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the pool bar for snacks and a Moorish café with hot drinks. The spacious rooms have a terrace or balcony with views of the sea and the garden. Nice place for summer beach holidays with the whole family.

I am a budget traveler and I was excited to see that I could afford a place like this. The reality of the place looked just like the pictures. However, the front desk workers are kind of rude. I’ve stayed in several air bnbs and hotels around Tunisia but this is the first time I’ve had people seemed annoyed that I ask questions. We needed an extra towel for the room and it was a frustrating conversation with the people at the front desk. They are also quick to ignore you even if no one else was waiting in line. The rooms are clean, the pool is nice if you can find a shade but those spots get filled quickly. You can walk through the courtyard to get direct access or the beach. But for the price we pay, I think we could have a better time at a 3 or 2 star hotel and enjoy the company much better while saving money.

Except for the outside pool bar 2 annoying staff, all the staff is friendly and professional. The pools are clean and great especially the inside warm pool if you dont enjoy cold water much. The hotel seems old but that's what's charming about it. Marble and beautiful paintings and gardens inside. The roof and the balconeys over the hall is worth a look. My "coup de coeur" is the spa. Nassim will happily chat you at the entrance with his big smile, Zarzia will take care of you at the hammam, and the rest of the staff will make sure you get the massage you expect. Just make sure to tell them what you'd like. And please think about tipping them. They dont expect it but they do work really hard. The place is indeed very french oriented but we've met people from different nationalities who were really happy. The food is absolutely awesome with fresh and renewed menus everyday and I know my fresh mediterranean food pretty well! Every member of the staff is absolutely warm and adorable with kids, which feels really good compared to Europe. They are not ignored here, they are chatted to and welcomed, and invited to the kids club everytime! and they feel at home. Lovely stay. Lovely smiley and hard-working people. will be back soon hopefully ❤️

I was in this place twice in this year. I'm not going to say about rooms, food etc. because it depends on ouerselvs. I think that all people whose working there making everything for tourists. The most important thing is fact that You're the person who making yourself holidays - not place is doing it for u. Best regards for all stuff and Jumbo Team.

Animation and music in this hotel geared only to French people. Poor animations. You can't have fun. The food is tasty but the rooms are old. I do not recommend to Polakom, Czechs, Germans and others. Better choose another hotel.
